My loan servicing was sold to Selene in Jan 2021 by Mr. Cooper. I have numerous payment discrepancies that I have disputed with Selene on the phone and in writing and have had no resolution. They have misapplied my payments causing me to show late and applied payments to fees that I did not authorize. I have requested to validate payment history and they provide information from their system that does not match what shows on their website. Some months are showing multiple payments and then they reflect that I am late due to their errors. I filed bankruptcy in 2010 so my mortgage does not report to the credit bureaus and I fully am relying on their system's payment history to provide to other mortgage companies that I am trying to refinance with. I just want the errors corrected to reflect that I am current on my mortgage obligations. I have provided Selene with the dates and amounts that have cleared my bank and even highlighted their discrepancies. Every time I call their customer service I am given different answers and they cannot seem to provide me with adequate documentation or past statements.
Desired outcome: I would like my account corrected asap as it is preventing me from refinancing my home with a reputable company.
