absoloutely awful product received
An absoloutely disgusting set of flowers was received, completely different to those that were ordered, its shocking that these florists can get away with such rubbish, this was a valentines day surprise for my girlfriend and I wished i never bothered.
I've even attached the side-by-side comparison photos of what was ordered and received.
My new general rule of thumb - never order flowers online again, I've had this same problem with interflora so many times, I chose this other company, same exact story.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

when I complained on line on the day I was told that everything i ordered was present and there was nothing wrong with the quality, even though they are fool of dead leaves. i was told to wait 5 days, i was told to wait for them to bloom and then i was told 'i am sorry the flowers did not reach your 'expectations' at that point i told them where to stick their flowers. i kept being told to send pictures and these were the responses from the photos i sent, i think the most ridiculous response was that i had put them in a glass vase and needed to put them in a smaller, non-glass vase!
the worst thing is the SMELL, they smell like dead, rotting corpses ...
pictures of the flowers I ordered on line and my mother received for Mother's day
I ordered and paid for next day delivery. This was obviously for a reason! The delivery was made a day late which defused the object.
The reason given was "because it was dark" !
Also the Webb site is appalling and makes it impossible to contact them !
Ruined my Valentine's day! What a joke. Who the hell wants flowers delivered at 9am! She must think I am a joke not getting her anything on Valentine's day! She finished work at 5pm! I will be demanding a refund
Still no sign of my Mother's Day flowers ordered by my daughter in law
Between us we have sent at least 8 e mails complaining and all we are told is that the order is out for delivery, we have supplied an address that does not exist ( lived here since 2006!) and various other rubbish
When we ask for a full refund they do not reply
A sham company !
Shocking . Mothers Day disaster bouquet. Flowers DOA. Emailed customer services asking for a refund. No response ...twice. Even visited their distribution centre at Heathrow who contacted their customer services. Nothing heard. Disgusting service. Would never use again. Do not touch
I received my flowers yesterday morning at 10.00am.. And after unpacking them they were dry... I followed the instructions with them, and within 24 hours are pretty much dead. I don't think this is right for a 70.00 bunch of flowers.
