SECTV changed its billing system. They sent an e-mail to re-enter auto bill information, however, a customers current account needs to be re-established. This requires a new customer number. The only way to get a new number is to call customer service and perhaps visit the office. Customer service does not answer calls. You get placed on indefinite hold, there is no call back system, the website does not work and yet they send e-mails to pay bills with incorrect guidance to do so.
