I await delivery of parcel with tracking number SF6042007603396. Parcel left Shenzen via SF Express on 11 August 2019. On 17track website is shows delivery failed on 10 September 2019 at 16h47. On the 13th of July I placed an order with Rotita for a pair of jeans. The information on their website states that it was being shipped by SF Express. I have submitted numerous tickets to get this matter resolved with NO end in sight. The package was shown to have been delivered on 7/26/19 which is not the truth. I have not received the jeans yet! OMG I have never seen anything as unprofessional as these two companies. I have learned my lesson and will NOT be placing any more orders with Rotita. It will probably do no good but I am doing further research to find out if there is such a thing as an international Better Business Bureau. It is ridiculous that they do not have a 24 hour customer service department in the 21st century! I want my money back and they should just give me the damned jeans for all of the misery that I have endured. Can I PLEASE get some resolution!

Hi. I was supposed to receive a parcel from cityodyssey.com. On this tracking number [protected] is saying I have received it on the 31st of May and I signed for it. That didn't happened. The sender doesn't cooperate so I am asking you to see what happened. I am almost sure it was made a mistake during the delivery process since the flat number changed suddenly that period. The only thing that changed is the flat, from 7 now is 8A. This is because now there are new flats ready in the building. Please let me know what happened. Thank you.

driver walked away because I didn't speak good chinese
On June 27, 2019 - Well, another complaint about SF Express. I am presently in China and I tried to schedule an International pick up from China to Canada and it took me 2 days. I called 95338 for a quote and then I was informed to call back the next day to schedule a pick up (not sure why) nevertheless I followed her advice. I called the next day to be informed that I had called the wrong phone number. The International line phone number was 9533883 and offered no English service. Naturally, I was not told about that. I thought that this was interesting. I called back the local number 95338 and they said they would transfer me to the International line. I scheduled a pick up and once the driver (driver phone's number 156-2585-3357) came and realized that I didn't speak good Chinese. He left. I called back SF Express to complaint about his behavior and they said they would ask him to come back. Did he come back? No! I am still waiting. LOL I did speak via translation tool with the driver apparently I am too sensitive. WOW! Seriously?
unprofessional service, courier lost, no response

Shipper/Sender made a typo / mistake by writing short name of the Receiver/Consignee on the courier and that of course did not match with the full name given on the Consignee's ID.
However, as per SF Express advise, consignee submitted a signed letter/certificate confirming that 'Short name' mentioned on the courier's AWB No.
(Waybill # [protected]) is for the Consignee whose "Full name" is as per the name mentioned on the ID card AND a scanned copy of the ID was sent to SF Express as requested.
Further, requested SF Express to work on two options as follows:-
OPTION 1:
Once the courier is released by the Customs, then the courier can be delivered to the consignee against the show of or collection of the original letter of this scanned copy and additionally after sighting the original ID at the time of delivery. The consignee also agrees to pay additional charges as mentioned in your letter.
OPTION 2:
OR once the courier is released, please have it delivered back to the Shipper/Sender from HK.
The courier was sent from HK to India on 30th May and as on 24th June COB (Close of Business - time in HK) there is NO solution offered.
In fact, SF EXPRESS Customer Service Team has even stopped responding to emails sent to them about complaints even after Sender/Shipper and the Receiver/Consignee of the courier have already provided SF Express with every document as requested.

I called SF Express customer service on 19/6/2019 for pick up and was told that it need 2-3 days to reach China. Today is the 2nd day and I called to check for the shipping tracking number which my receiver ask for. Unfortunately, I was told that this parcel was still not in their warehouse because GDEX haven't sent to them. I have to call back GDEX to confirm about it and was told that they're unable to receive cash from me and the parcel is being held "HOLD" by SF express for 1 day and today will be sent to them and GDEX need to refund me the cash. Then, I need to call back SF Express to check how do I make payment and will my parcel be sent to CHINA today and their staff keep telling me they don't know even after the 5th call. No one is able to provide me any answer! I even sent e-mail to them and until now no one reply!

Package arrived today with severe damage to the bottom of the box. The damage was severe enough that parts from the order fell out and were never recovered by SF Express.
After taking an inventory of the contents, it appears there are several packages missing that are critical for the safe operation of this chainsaw.
You can tell simply by looking at the package that no care was given to the handling of the material and the damage was done early in the shipping cycle.
missing document
I am writing regarding a missing document that was indicated by SF Express delivery personnel as "delivered" when we did not received the document. I called on 4/6/19 about 946am enquiring on SF1001177304762. Was told by agent, Geana that this document was either stuck with driver or warehouse, updated Geana on our new address since the doc was meant to be delivered since 27 May. Geana mentioned she will update system and revert. At 1pm, I rec'd an SMS saying that the document has been delivered. I have been in the office the whole time and there was no delivery. I immediately called and spoke with agent Ancella, who said she will check and get back to me. I asked to speak with a customer service supervisor or someone more senior but my request was refused. While apologising profusely for the mixedup, Ancella was also giggling in the background, speaks a lot about the sincerity of the apology(!) It is now 6/6/2019 5.54pm on 6/6/19, no agent, supervisor nor any co rep has called to inform on the status of my doc. I called again and spoke with agent CK Lim, who is clueluess and can only tell me that the management is checking. Asked for the name or email of "management" so that I can expedite this matter but was told that he doesn't know the name of his supervisor, country manager, CEO etc.
The the sender of the missing document has been informed by SF Express that the document has been delivered and signed receipt. This is causing a lot of anxiety and miscommuncations between the sender and us, but yet there is no response nor update, despite my attempts to check with the courier company.

Parcel was being shipped out on 29 May. Receiver have yet to receive the item and today is alr 4th of June. i called the hotline and she mentioned that it is out of delivery. but to my horror, it did not came as per what was mentioned to me. how come sf express delivery boys do not pick up the item and tracking always says out of delivery but delivery was not done. so disappointed.

bad attitude of hotline staff
[protected], parcel was still not delivered from Apr 26. for 8 days already. Called the hotline but received impolite response every time. Last call was May 3 at 9:39.
I do not feel the staff has any feeling that SF is responsible for the long delay. Her attitude is like the fault is at my side and as a trouble maker.
Please return the parcel to original sending place without any charges as my customer cancelled the order and no longer needs the good.

On the 31st was updated out for delivery, called and no one picked up. Assuming once it is out for delivery, parcel should be delivered on the day.
On the 1st of Jan, called again customer services told me the parcel is currently at depot and no delivery on public holidays. And I have to leave HK on the day to fly out to Singapore via Guangzhou, China airport.
Incorrect update confused me as a customer, if correct information was shown, I would go into the depot and pick up if required. This was delivered into my hotel after I left, therefore I have to redirect the parcel into a 3rd party logistic to send back to where I live -Sydney Australia.
This is totally unacceptable, I have yet receive the parcel and already cost 204rmb to deliver into the 3rd party logistic via POD SF express.

I'm the founder of Borneo Martial Arts Expo, i order 1 championship belt & 300 medals from China for my event B-MAEX dated 28th - 30th December 2018. I been told that my parcel been sent out by using SF Express service dated 22nd Dec 2018. I started calling SF hotline to follow up & told them this parcel need to be send before 28th December 2018. I tried to call almost everyday to follow up the parcel. 26th December 2018, I been told by email & telephone call regards i need to settle the duty/tax & handling fees RM616.20, and shipping charge RM1591 before 3pm so the kastam can release the parcel to be send to Labuan. I had make the payment of RM2207.20 dated 27th Dec 2018, 2:17pm, and i did email the receipt and call them by phone to inform about the payment. 28th Dec 2018, i call GDEX HQ again, i been told that my parcel was miss routed to Sibu. I can't get my championship belt and medals to be present during the welcoming dinner on 28th Dec 2018, i look bad in front of the Guest of Honor, VIPs and the sponsors during the press conference. And i got no medal to present for my whole 3 days event. The service of SFEX & GDEX had ruined my reputation as the founder of Borneo Martial Arts Expo 2018. Untill today 3rd January 2019, i haven't receive anything or email notice at all. I need them SFEX and GDEX to pay for my lost in terms of reputation, i need them SFEX & GDEX to compensate me ASAP.

The day 21-nov-18 in Guangzhou I send two package, 1 to Xian and another to Beijing, the man always change me more weight, and the package to Beijing arrived broken, and today the same man came and the package weight 850gr and he charge for 1.5kg to panyu guangzhou to huangpu guangzhou, really bad service, I can't speak chinese and they can't speak English, but it is not fair they want to change more for that, and for give a really bad service.
