This morning, April 5, 2024, I place an order online to be picked up at the drive thru window at Store #722, 3999 S. Hamilton Rd, Groveport, Ohio. I arrived at the store, proceeded to the drive thru window, and was given my order; however, I was given the wrong size drink. The drive thru worker has already left the window so I could not immediately get their attention. Once I was able to get someone's attention, I pointed out that I was given the wrong size drink to which the associate very rudely interrupted me by telling me that she was the only one working and that I would have to wait. When I again tried to speak, she again, interrupted me and said again that I would have to wait as she was the only one working. I know for a fact that she was not the only one working because she was not the same person that originally gave me my order at the window. I left the drive thru, parked my car, went inside and asked to speak to a manager. A manager came out, I told her the situation, and asked for a refund. The manager, then proceeded to have another associate handle the transaction and quickly disappeared. I received no apology or any kind of empathy from the manager. The manager just pushed me off to another associate. Not only was the drive thru associate rude and unprofessional but the manager seemingly did not care enough to apologize and handle me as an unpleasant customer on her own.
