I went to the sheetz at 4th and Philadelphia streets only to find out you have discontinued the edible cookie dough, and I could no longer find the "walking taco" option on the touch screen menu therefore I left without purchasing anything for myself.
I am so very frustrated anymore when I come to your stores in Indiana, Pa. The updated menu I find confusing at times. It is sad that when i visit any out of town sheetz store I can find things easier.
Blueberry smart smoothie
To be honest this is awful. It tastes sooooo bad like you are drinking sugar flavoring and greek yogurt... Where is the berries?!
To be honest this is disgusting and I will certainly not be ordering it again. The only thing I want people to know is how disguising this smoothie is. I wish that it wasn't so repulsive and I could drink it. I threw it out as soon as I tasted it. It was a waste of five dollars! That is soooo expensive for this piece of poop. I would like a refund since I threw it out and because the drink tasted so bad.

mto frozen drink
I came in today and ordered my usual drink that I get everyday. The manager was the one who made my drink and went to set it up on the counter and spilled it all over me. My shirt is ruined and im very upset about this. She did apologize, but most of the drink was spilled and she didn't even offer to make a new one. I come to this store alot and everytime I come it's always something. Really debating if I will ever even return smh.

Went to pickup order, waited for it after 25 minutes after order time, paid for it got to vehicle realized that was never given order of onion rings. Had to go back in wait in line again for 10 minutes only to get my COLD onion rings. Then when we got home the subs were wrong. The attached pic was to have tomatoes and lettuce and did not have either. All the subs were to have heavy mayo and barely had any hardly any tuna salad at all for almost 8 dollars. Not a very good experience at all at Sheetz that evening.
employees and knowledge of pa state laws
Tonight I stopped into the Natrona Heights, PA store with my 30 year old boyfriend (I am 24)... he was grabbing a six pack of beer on our way home from work and unfortunately I had left my entire purse at our work place, where I am a certified BARTENDER. He was denied service because I didn't have any form of ID on me. So we left. Upset because I understand all of the liquor laws in Pa, I called the store. I spoke with a female employee named Danny and asked why we got denied our purchase, the response was because "we ID everyone in the party" I said that that was okay but he was 30 years old and that's not how the law works. Any persons over 25 in Pa is allowed servic of alcohol and that is called the Pizza Hut Law. What happens to us tonight was unreasonable and when I asked Danny if she would have carded a 13 year old or younger with the same 30 year old she said no. So I am just wondering why your company accepts this kind of discrimination and neglect of law?

This employee named Deb our at the Sheetz on the corner of 422 & 388 in New Castle Pennsylvania 16101. Is so rude & nasty to the customers she should not be working the cash register! One of the other employees told me that she had so many complaints on her before that they would only let her keep up with the coffee then for some reason put her on the register. She will roll her eyes at you talk about other customers & employees once they've left. She definitely is NOT a people person & should NOT be working with the public. I will let people go in front of me just so I dont have her wait on me I've seen other customers do this also just so they dont have to deal with her. It makes me not want to stop there in the morning. She needs to be talked to her about how she treats people! I hope this issue is resolved!

Placed an order through mobile app. Went to pick up my order at register in which I am supposed to pay and receive my food. Instead the woman told me to pick it up near the kiosks where everyone else is supposed to. I waited several minutes watching each employee walk passed me. By the time I spoke to someone and got my food it was cold! Meanwhile the woman who finally gave me my order was frustrated at the fact I had to explain to her the woman at the register sent me to her to get it when in fact that's not how it's suppsoed to go.

My name is Candice Johnson. First I'll start by saying I love sheetz. My card would reflect that if I wouldn't forget it on most of my visits. Every time I have a complaint it's always at this location. This time I thought to share it. I did an online order for a smoothie while on my way to work since I was in Lynchburg today. It said 15 mins. Fine. I arrived early. Paid for my order and walked around to the station. I watched 3 ppl place an order. That was fine also. I watched your reps behind the counter laugh and joke around and 1 eat while I'm waiting. Not fine. I continued to wait. Wait. Wait. While 2 were working and 1 just carrying on a conversation still laughing and joking. Still not gone. I walked back to the register to request a refund and explain why while the cashier did not once offer to have them fix it right away or see what the hold up was or even apologize. It was as though whatever it's a damn smoothie get out my face. I've worked customer service for 15 years. Your employees could use a few tips.

Seems to me this company has more complaints than average. Should you maybe start looking into some of these complaints? I am not sure how you train your employees but I can tell you this, of all the stores I do business with yours is the only one I have trouble with. Rude employees, refusing legal sells of tobacco and alcoholic beverages. Maybe you need to consider how much money is going down the street.

I am 58 years old and your cashiers have refused to sell me both cigarettes and alcoholic drinks. Not sure what you are thinking but I can spend my money elsewhere. Also word of mouth goes far.
I have been a cashier most of my life and know the laws, I don't need some smart [censored] cashier who doesn't even know what's going on to tell me I can't buy cigarettes or alcohol.

I walked in to my local sheetz and bought 7 bottles of various beverages and a container of grapes, when I walked up to the counter the cashier "tyler" was busy talking to his coworkers, as I started to put my bottles on the counter I got to the 4th bottle and he finally turns around and puts his hand up and screams stop, so I look at him and say okay ? He proceeds to point at the other register as if I'm supposed to put it all over there so I did he scans everything and tells me my total he jerks the money from my hand and slams my change back, I had to ask for a bag, and look at him and wait for him to bag everything he shakes up all of my pop and crushed my container of grapes .

As a avid sheetz getter I stop here every day after a kind shift filling my gas tank with 80$ every three days... I get a crossaint sandwich to go with it . The last three days I have gotten the worst sandwich I ever had from anywhere I let the the first day go as a fluke and second started to get Frustrated paying money for a "bacon egg and cheese sandwich" wich is constantly burnt to a crisp on either side and has no flavor with little bacon and hardly any cheese... I felt very good to go to sheetz but now it seems they just arnt caring for there food "prime breakfast time!" Plz if u need pics I'm glad to send them I took them.

I worked at 12 hour shift today. 15:00-03:00. I showed up at Marietta PA sheetz and ordered my food at 13:37, paid for my order right away and then stood to wait. A huge crowd of people walk in and order. Obviously I'm great full I got there before everyone but then the people were getting their food before me. Granted I ordered three tacos, and French toast sticks...I waited and waited and waited. Still everyone that showed up after me got their food first. At 14:10 I decided to go to the cash register to ask for my money back because I had to go to work. I work at Lancaster general hospital in the emergency room. I've waited over a half hour for food and I felt like an [censored] standing there watching everyone get their food before me. Many employees saw me standing there for a long time and I didn't hear anything about my food. So when I go up to the cash register the lady tells me it takes time to make food as I tell her I've been here for over a half hour. Walks back to where they make the food and grabs a bag and hands me my food that was obviously made and they didn't call my number. The lady proceeded to tell me that I could grab a free drink but at that point I was done. I left on the spot. As I pull out Of the parking lot in my car I grab my food out of the bag and absolutely everything is cold. My French toast, and my tacos. Going into a 12 hour shift I was very disappointed and I went to work hungry. This is very frustrating on my half. I just don't feel like this was right at all on my half.

I live in Huntingdon, PA 16652.. I am only two blocks or so away from our newly remolded sheetz here in town and everytime we get food there it's freezing cold even though it was just made, also almost all of the employees are rude or do not care about working.. seems as though they are ready to work their shift and leave asap. The last three times we've got breakfast sandwiches they've been undercooked and we've had to throw away $20 worth of food. It's sad to see all of the sheetz going down hill because we used to eat there every meal.

I am complaining about an employee
I came into sheetz one night to purchase a drink. And there was a girl working. Her name is Taylor. She completely ignored me at the register and hit on my friend that was with me even though I was paying. Didn't ask me for my card or anything. Also for reference, the guy I was with works at that sheetz. And he told me that she's has been saying a lot of inappropriate stuff about me. Saying that I'm ugly and such. Well I'm offened by what she is saying. But I ignored it and moved on. However everytime I come in she give she me awful facial reactions. And continues to point at me and whisper about me to other employees. I come into sheetz all the time and love it. However I don't feel welcomed and I feel assaulted when she is there. Plus I saw her jump on a coworker's back in the middle of the kitchen and made him fall. I've tried to ask to speak to the store manager before because I didn't want any problems. However the store manger is never there when I would like to talk. I feel violated by this girl therefore I do not feeling that she should work there. I feel she treats me like this, I can't imagine how she treats other customers. I have never once been rude to any Sheetz employee. But she makes me not want to go back.
Also I stopped going in for the time being, and I'm still getting told that she is saying inappropriate things about me.
Please help me feel welcomed in my home towns store. She's doesn't deserve to treat customers with disrespect.

I visited the East York Memory Lane Sheetz in York, PA Tuesday afternoon and ordered the frozen hot chocolate. I was displeased when it didn't have the chocolate chips on it and questioned why it didn't. This was my favorite drink and I used to order it multiple times a week. This time, it just wasn't as I remembered it to be, and the price was increased as well. Not happy!

Last night after working a 12 hour shift I stopped by the Sheetz on Winchester Ave in Martinsburg, WV. I ordered two chili dogs with cheese and diced onions and a cup of frys. After ordering I walked over to the counter and paid for my items. After paying I walked back over by the donut case and stood to wait for my food. After standing here for approximately 5-10 minutes I hear one of the employees say that they needed to drop the fries to complete the order which meant my hotdogs were done but someone wasn't paying attention and doing their job correctly. The place was not that busy at all maybe 3 MTO customers and one at the drive thru. Not even 3 minutes later another employee comes over and calls my number. The first employee stated that the frys were not ready for that order yet but this employee insisted that she had taken care of it. When I got in my car and opened my bag up the frys tasted and looked as though they were something that was scraped off the bottom of the fryer. I was not happy but I was sick and didn't feel like fighting with them so I proceeded home. I am very disappointed in this store! This isn't the first time that something like this has happened to me and because of where I work I frequent this location almost every shift!

I ordered a salad, I was literally more than half way finished with it.. I felt something in my mouth that should not have been there, pulled it out and it was a piece of plastic.
If my children would have been eating that, it would have easily got stuck in there throat. A piece of plastic in my salad! Absolutely disgusting and unpleasant. Very very disappointed & angry!

That at your Lewistown Store and employee Named Melinda Stitzel is being allowed to handle food when she does not shower or bathe correctly and she brought bed bugs into our house and she is exposing everybody to bed bug bites. when I brought this matter to Kayla Johnson attention via Facebook a night time manager at this store I was pretty much called a liar that Sheetz does not hire people that does not take care of theirselves she called me a liar about the bed buges. I called this store again last monday I am Melinda Stitzel's stepfather Iam married to Melinda Stitzels mother Ruby Adair we live a block away from your Lewistown store when I called your store and I stated these fact to the store manager I was promised that this matter would be dealt with and for all intents an purposes this matter was not dealt with or investigated I beleive that both these employees at your Lewistown Store should be terminated This is the only way that this matter can be dealt with and people have a right to know what is happening at your store in Lewistown Melinda Stitzel is still working there as is Kayla Johnson its like Melinda was assigned to work more hours at this store since I brought this matter to the stores attention This matter needs to be dealt with at once I really liked Sheetz food until they are dismissed from your store an not working there any longer I will start buying ffod from there again

Shame on Sheetz for allowing Melinda Stitzel to continue to be employed there preparing peoples food for them with me continuing to find Bed Bugs here after kicking her out of this house because of the bed bugs she had bed bugs when she worked for Giant store in here in Lewistown an she also had the same bugs when she worked at the Southside Hoagie Shop also here in Lewistown and then shen went to York County, Pa Springgrove a convenience store Called Rutters an worked for then until she return to Lewistown an then hired by Sheetz' and she stil;l had the bed bugs and still you do nothing about it so it still continues allowing her tocontinue to work and prepare peoples food for them
