Management at liberty street franklin pa location
Brittney a manager at Sheetz on Liberty street in franklin pa has hung up on me 4 times . The reason I called was because I swiped my debit card outside to get 27.00 worth of gas and then went in store to get cigarettes but my card was declined so I left without cigarettes and I checked my bank account and was charged a 150.00 hold on the gas I got which over drafted my account leaving me unable to get cigarettes . I then called the same location and Brittany the store manager answered the food. She didn’t even let me finish talking n cut me off saying yea yea yea I don’t care n hung up on me so I called right back for her to say no one cares [censored] and hung up on me again. The third time I called back she merely picked up the phone n hung it up right away. I kept calling back repeatedly and no one answered the phone. This wasn’t the only problem we’ve had with this manager . Others on Facebook posted about how horribly she treats the employees under her. I’ve heard her call them “stupid” “don’t be retarded” “shut the [censored] up” this is why I’m a manager and you’re not” “oh my god you’re so [censored]ing slow” these are just a few of the things I personally witnessed with my family . I also overheard another employee ask if they could bring their garbage in to throw it away in Sheetz dumpster and Britney told her no and the employee said but you do it all the time and brittney said “don’t talk back to me if you value your job” she’s mean and hateful. She’s abusive to those workers and she’s not discrete about it in any way. How is she the highest up in ranking when she treats customers so poorly. I also heard her announce loud enough to the entire store to another customer” your welfare card got declined again!” She did it to embarrass the woman . She’s hateful and we will not be using that Sheetz any longer due to her actions . She treated us badly. Lastly I like to you that when we were shorted an item on our food order she was talking over me again and I asked if I could just talk to “Mack” a female employee that I have a good repor with and Britney said” she said she hates you so yea good luck with that one” I left In tears after she embarrassed us.
Desired outcome: Fire Britney and retrain everyone on hospitality
Gas
Friday night i went to sheets & filled my vehicle up . Sunday (next day i drove) my engine light came on and a warning to go to my dealership. I then went to my dealership monday where they tested my gas. Over 3/4 of the “gas” was water. I have a picture of the separation between the water and gas that could have easily caused many issues in my car.
Desired outcome: Sheets pay for the service to get my car fixed

On March 12th 2023 I called Sheetz and spoke to the manager “Brittany “ the stores general manager to the best of my knowledge and we’ve had nothing but bad interactions with her. I work for the state of Pennsylvania and all of my co workers have complained to me too about her attitude and how terribly she treats her employees on this occasion I called her to tell her that my daughter who is an employee at this location sbd is a full time high school student had fallen down the concrete stairs at home in our basement and Brittany screamed at me and hung up the phone. I took my daughter to the hospital and she had X-rays of her back and was treated for a concussion. My daughter Liberty fears that Brittany will get others on the bandwagon to discriminate against her verbally accosting my daughter because of her missing work to go to the emergency room. She’s been called stupid, slow, dumb, idiot, ugly and has been verbally assaulted by not just Brittany but a few others in management also. No one should be afraid to go to work. There is a whistleblower law in Pennsylvania that states if you’re treated disrespectfully after complaining about the abuse you receive by your bosses that there will be a lawsuit, we’ve looked into hiring an attorney Michael antkowiak is who we will have represent us if not more lawyers if we need more. No one deserves being assaulted at their job. She’s even having nightmares about how brottney. Lily Donna treat her while on shift n the names she’s called and all the times they’ve yelled at her. This is not over and it’s not ok. My daughter is starting therapy for this also.

On [protected] I stopped at the new Sheetz store in Madison OHIO for fuel. I told the clerk wanted to pay with a T check and she said no problem. I purchased $600.00 worth of fuel and also received $900.00 cash back---(check amt was $1500.00. The manager could not print out a receipt for the fuel and after waiting 1 hour she took all my info and said corporate would contact me later on that day. I AM STILL WAITING AND I NEED THAT RECEIPT.

Missing items
On March 7,2023 at 10:23 pm I placed an order for delivery. That’s order # [protected]. I ordered a 1 L of Pepsi, and a 1 L of Mountain Dew. I ordered two totz platters, one whole steak and cheese sub, a king size caramel, Twix candy bar, and an 8 1/2 ounce bag of flaming hot Cheetos. In that order 4 of my items were missing in someone else’s order I had received in their place. Just a couple hours later on March 8, 2023 at 12:45 AM. I placed another order number [protected] large Reesie’s peanut butter lovers milkshake an order of cheesy bacon broccoli bites an app sampler a 1 L Mountain Dew and an 8 1/2 ounce bag of flaming hot Cheetos. My order came again. I was missing the 1 L Mountain Dew again the same day March 8. 2023 at 5:07 PM placed another order number [protected]. That order was for a 1 L of Pepsi a1liter of Mountain Dew.2 app samplers and a small bag of fries. When that order came, I was also missing one item once again, the 1 L of Mountain Dew. All three of these orders were placed within 24 hours of each other upon receiving the wrong items for the first order I tried contacting the store which I was informed I would need to contact DoorDash so I hung up and I contacted DoorDash DoorDash told me that I would need to coordinate the issue directly with the merchant because the merchant won’t share details of the orders with DoorDash . I hung up with DoorDash and again contact the store where I made my purchase, which is store number 626 by the way. I explained to whoever answered the phone when my problem was, and when I had been done so far in the outcome of my conversation with DoorDash. I was placed on hold and then someone returned the phone again. I was told that I would need to contact Sheetz customer service and give them an 800 number that 800 number [protected]. I hung up with thr Sheetz store for the second time. Proceeded to call the number that I was given, but the number that I was given did not direct me to Sheetz customer service as I was told that it would instead it connected me to a hotline asking me if I preferred Hot men or if I preferred Hot Woman. With this I feel like I was being ignored I was just being tossed around. I had to work in the morning. I was tired, so I decided not to continue to push the issue for the evening and I would proceed the next day to try and find a resolution which led me to where I am right now. In those three orders I lost a total of $21.64 and I still can’t get a resolution. My losses for all three orders was one 1 L of Pepsi $3.39 three 1 L of Mountain Dew $3.39 a piece one king size caramel Twix 2.89 and one 8 1/2 oz bag of flaming hot Cheetos making the title loss a total of $21.64.
Desired outcome: I wish to have everything that I was missing and all three orders refunded
Steak sub
I ordered and picked up steak sub in store on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 5:40pm. I live 2 blocks from store and I got home at 5:45pm to find I’ve got an ice cold sub. I ordered it hot and it being steak you would think that was the only way to serve it. I picked up food so I didn’t need to cook or warm up food. But I now know why I don’t get food at sheetz. Very disappointed.

Stopped at the Sheetz near Donegal, Pa. to fill the gas tank and get a couple burgers at the MTO..Once we got back on the road and attempted to eat the burgers we were to far from the Sheetz to turn around and complain about the food. In short, both burgers were WAY over cooked, dry, tough and totally tasteless. And to top things off 2 of the items ordered to be placed on the burgers were absent...VERY DISAPPOINTED
( seemed as though the hamburger patties were left in the microwave for about 10 mins on high !)

Cashier had caused me to use my last $17 dollars. Then when I went to ask for refund so I could get my 17 back they said sorry wasn't their fault. The manager told laughing when it was happening.
I tried using my food stamps it kept coming back declined and the cashier was pressing all kinds of buttons. So I ended up using my last 17 dollars. My niece went in and used my card at a self check out register and my food stamp card went right threw no problem. So I went back in to see if I could get it straightened out and that's when the manager said it wasn't there fault.
Desired outcome: The manager and cashier giggling saying it wasn't their fault. I was humiliated I already have issues when I walk and to have them not care to help fix the problem.

I came to grab a carton of Newport wich i do every 3 days. But i was so disgusted by the treatment I received especially from Marco. He(Marco) is the worst. So racist…. Denying me the sale 1 dollar off packs and trying to impose on me that i have to buy a carton so i loose on the discount. Hey. I work 3rd so I’m at your at Sheets, Goldsboro NC a lot.
Customer service be okay. However Tiffany (name on badge) was rude cause I messed up her recording. I over looked the rudeness till my food was half done. Is this what y’all paying employees to do? I went another night and customer service was good. I did see the recording didn’t stop. I decide to search it. I will share the video in the attachements below.

I work for Sheetz and as long as you are in the "In crowd" you can basically do whatever you want whenever. You can treat others as you wish good or bad and if you complain watch out the retaliation is absurd. This might cost me my job however at this point I do not care if I get the right kind of attention. I'm bullied almost every shift I am scheduled. Apparently one manager who is at least 15 years younger than myself doesn't care for me so when we are scheduled together NOBODY TALKS TO ME AND IF THEY DO IT ISNT THE NICEST. Mind you I said a manager yes one who was promoted to have more authority and supposedly proved themselves a decent employee by whose standards is beyond me ...I have left in tears and I'm about a middle aged women. There is no respect at my store and actually when I started the "friendliness of my particular store was a 52 percent! That right there alone needs some desperate attention. I love Sheetz coffee, but the new fresh brewed coffee 1 takes way to long and your standing there wait for someone brewing there coffee and 2 you get about a 1/4 cup of dark coffee then you get water then it looks like cream but its the froth , it was so much easier to put a the handle and 10 seconds your on your way not any more , I buy a lot of coffee there but I have to stop cuz its way to long to have to wait plus it doesn't taste the same, I'll wait for the old machines to come back, please hurry them back, and other people was complaining about the machine. Subscriptions
Sheetz had a drink subscription and turned it off without any knowledge to the subscribers or employees. They have not refunded any days owed to any of the customers. Employees are still unaware there is no more drink subscriptions. Sheetz never announced on any social media the drink subscription was ending and still hasn’t to this day. They have multiple complaints on their Facebook regarding the drink/coffee subscription. Reach out to those consumers as well.
Desired outcome: Full refund on the last drink subscription and all the drinks owed on my sheetz card.
Points deducted
My Sheetz points were expunged from my account at the end of last year. At Another similar establishment I was able to carry over my points earned. Also, I was supposed to get an extra 5 cents for per gallon of gasoline for my birthday and it only amounted to an extra 2 cents, so the email was an all out lie. They, also, use fake eggs for their egg McMuffins.
Gas sign and broken door.
Today I went to the Sheetz on route 460 near Lynchburg, Va. todo get gas. The sign on the highway said regular gas was $3.19 but the pump read $3.29. I ask the manager about it and she didnt understand and asked me to show her so we went outside and I pointed to the sign. She said "Oh our sign is broken, sorry." Not good. Slso one of the entrance doors has been broken for a year. Why cant these problems be serviced by a maintenance person? Does Sheetz have maintance people?
Desired outcome: Get maintenance to the store on route 460 near Lynchbirg, Va. to fix these problems.
Breakfast platter
Ordered a breakfast platter with peppers and onions on my eggs with a everything bagel w/ cream cheese on it on the side. First off... The peppers and onions are the consistency of mush they are indiblble and disgusting. Secondly they were not even mixed in the eggs, yet just thrown right on top like mush mountain. Thirdly I was charged.79 extra for cream cheese and the lazy lady could even cream cheese the whole bagel. She only did 1 half and left the other half plain... Bagel was not even toasted which made it like rubber. Also inedible... Charged me $10 for inedible garbage and im going to wawa and rutters from now on!
Desired outcome: Refund!!! All the way!! Maybe a freshly made breakfast platter the way the picture shows it. Instead of feeding me farm scraps.
