food has been wrong and my shakes are never the same
The past few times i purchased food my tenders n fries was good but missing my cheese sticks and poppers and then 4 different sheetz my orange cream shake was different sizes 3 times and ordered the large everytime ... The past 2 times i asked about the size and wanted to know if each store has different sizes. Was told no should be the same at all... Im in sheetz atleast once or twice a day just not sure why i get different sizes

I ordered 3 hot dogs today from the the new Fairmont, WV location. I ordered them all with boom boom sauce. And none of them had the correct sauce. The time I ordered was 5:54pm and my order number was 472. This is dissappointing because the only reason I order these hotdogs is to enjoy the boom boom sauce.

my hot dogs
I was attending the sheetz in Harrisburg, I order 2 hotdogs with cheese, ketchup, and sourkraught. When I opened the bag of food, my hot dogs were a mess! I have about 5 pieces of sourkraught on them the cheese was all over the wrapper. They ran out of hot dogs so they gave me one hotdogs and one bratwarts, and the bratwarts was burnt! I was u able to eat my food it tasted disgusting.

I visit sheetz on a weekly basis. My son plays sports so after his game it is a quick supper for the family. But lately we have not been very happy with the food we have been receiving. I have gotten fries before and they have tasted like fish, I have not complained due to I only have had that happen a time or two, but the one I'm highly disappointed about is that you have introduced the new cinna poppers which I have to admit I love, but what I don't love is that everything I order fried anymore taste like cinnamon! That has happen to me a lot here since they have been introduced. I think that they should have a fryer designated for fish and one for the cinnapoppers. I DO NOT like my mac n cheese bites tasting like cinnamon or my French fries or anything else I get deep fried...it should not taste like cinnamon. They need to quit frying the cinnapoppers in the fryers !

I have grown up on Sheetz but more and more recently the quality of the food has really been unsatisfactory. The prices seem to go up and up while the quality continues to decline. I am not the kind of person who likes to complain but having ordered food twice this week and having it been horrible twice I felt the need to let you know!
I ordered a California Cobb salad from your pleasant valley blvd location on Wednesday. It had no egg and no guacamole. An eight dollar salad with some turkey lunch meat on it!
Then today I ordered a chicken egg and bacon biscuit breakfast sandwich from the store on Logan blvd. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was completely inedible! I couldn't even bite one piece of it off! It was like a rubber dog toy! Plenty of places offer breakfast sandwiches for much less that are better quality! Like I said I have grown up with Sheetz and it makes me sad to see the quality and price of your food now! I really hope that you will work to improve your menu items.
food order from the drive-through
I drove to Sheetz around eleven a.m. and ordered several items. Usually the employees are very nice at the window, but the ones, who prepare the food always get it wrong; they have left food out of my order. I stopped going to Sheetz, but thought perhaps to try again this morning, since I had family visiting and the drive-through is close... When I got home, I found that my orders for cheese Mac bits consisted of three of them, and so did my order for popcorn chicken. My order of tater tots had been left out. Having ordered chicken strips, I saw that they had cut a country chicken patty into strips. Two orders of onion rings totaled about one. There were several containers of very hot dipping stuff, which I had not ordered, and only one ranch dip, which I had. I realize I had driven to the drive-through during a busy time, but I feel the level of competence is very poor. Perhaps the poor staff is rushed too much, but as a customer, I get very tired of getting home and finding food missing- food which I have payed for- and /or I have been given peanut butter instead of vanilla iceing. Or bacon and ketchup on my burger instead of tomato and mayo. ETC!
cold brew coffee & ice cream
Today I went to sheetz & ordered a cold brew coffee with reg. cream. It was like drinking cream with a hint I coffee. The coordinator was white with slight tinge of brown. It was my first time trying it, but it was nothing like what it should.be.
A few weekends ago I took my daughter to get ice cream. We went on a Sat afternoon and the floor and topping area was a mess! Hardly any toppings had anything in them and most machines were broken. We won't be getting ice cream at Sheetz & I hope they take the machines out. Just a mess.

I've been going to sheetz for a long time i love it there. The last 2 times I ate there I got really sick from the food. I had really bad pains stomach pains and was on the toilet for almost 2 hours. It wasn't a good time. I am so upset because I love sheetz a lot but I can't take this. I think it could be the chicken because I had some of that both times.

My name is George Luther. I have recently been visiting this particular sheetz for a few weeks now as my work is near by. I usually am in store from 2pm-3pm any given time. I have been dumbfounded at the performance of a few employees there, by their lack of speed, attention to detail, customer service, personality, and aptitude to prepare and serve food. Im writing this to explain an incident that happened today at Sheetz #267 in Leesburg, VA;
At around 2:10pm (7/12/17) i went in and placed an order for (5) chicken tenders with buffalo and honey mustard on the side, as i usually do. I purchased a 12oz redbull, a bag of chips and went to counter to pay for everything to wait for my food order to complete. After round about 10 minutes of waiting for my order .. i was starting to question the hold up of what was going on, as MTO didn't seem too busy at the time. Around 2:20pm an employee named "Eric" went to retrieve my chicken tenders from the fryer, and accidentally dropped (1) of them on the floor. I was looking in that direction and saw this. He then proceeded to toss the fallen chicken tender into the fryer bin, for 10 seconds and then dry off to serve to me again... This is completely and utterly unacceptable.. He then proceeded to put them into the dressing bin to "cover/smother" my tenders in buffalo sauce, even though clearly they do not state to do so... He then called the number and asked me if it was OK to serve them to me that way ( being dressed in buffalo and not on the side ) and i told him "No.." He then turned around and re-made the entire order again with new tenders. At this point, not only am i completely disappointed in the store, but i am stressed, as i am not trying to spend 20+ minutes in a sheetz for (5) chicken tenders... I asked "Eric" to get me the shift supervisor/manager on site, and "Adie" came to address me. Shes a very nice lady and did her best to assess the situation, and i told her about the length of time it was taking for the small order ( around 22 minutes at this point... ) and i also brought up to her about what one of her employees did to the food being served. She said she would check video. "Adie" finished my order for me, and served it to me and i left.
My issue with this, is this is not only an employee violation to be reprimanded, but a health code and safety issue as well. I as a customer, do not see everything that goes on behind doors, but i know the quality of a Sheetz and their employees and i do NOT see that with this certain individual "Eric". I then called the store when i got home to obtain some information so when i file this complaint, i could be as descriptive as possible. "Adie" provided me with all the stores info and names, but was "confused" as to what me complaining to corporate would do. Also she stated " i texted him and asked him about it, to which he admitted to it " and that she would " deal with him as a store manager herself . "
My problem with this, is i do not personally know what type of punishment that ensues.
I would like an e-mail back from corporate about this incident and what actions will be taken to provide for my horrible quality of service...Its disappointing to be writing a complaint to higher-ups about a food and health violation, but im sure anyone would do the same, if they saw food falling on the floor, and then deliberately being attempted to be served to paying customers without their knowing. I do not want to be the type of person who boycotts or whines or scrutinizes an upstanding corporation like Sheetz, but this is something to causes issues like that to happen.

wrong food
I made a trip to sheetz last night craving some cinnapoperz with the delicious cream cheese icing. I ordered my cinnapoperz and it didn't take long to get them. I looked into the bag and saw the box and something white inside the little black container. I assumed it was the cream cheese. When I took my food back to my buddies apartment, I pulled out a cinnapoper and tried to dip in my "cream cheese". I soon found out that I did not have any cream cheese but rather a hard boiled egg. I was extremely disgusted because not only do I hate eggs, but I am allergic to them. I was forced to throw away that cinnapoper and then had to eat the rest of them with no cream cheese. I did not have a very pleasant experience at sheetz last night. I provided a picture of the hard boiled egg cracked open next to my cinnapoperz.
If I am not mistaken, the cinnapoperz are made with egg in them, so if you are allergic it may be a good idea to steer clear of that product. That being said, I would be so grossed out if that happened to me! How do they mix up cream cheese with a hard boiled egg lol, did you call them and complain? That is so gross.
cold brew coffee
I have purchased your cold brew coffee several times from several different Sheetz locations, and each time I have basically gotten vanilla flavored milk. At first I thought I put the wrong information in the ordering system, but then I made sure I selected exactly what I wanted. My order has been the same each time: large cold brew coffee with vanilla flavoring, and a light amount of regular creamer. What I have received is pictured below, and as you can see it is quite heavily creamed. I also have noticed that on more than one occasion the barista has used light creamer instead of regular. So whether it's a miscommunication in your ordering system or your baristas aren't trained properly please address this.
45 minute wait for food
Sheetz just opened in my Natrona Heights area. At 7 months pregnant I was super excited to try the food. Waited 45 minutes & my food wasn't ready, and upon talking to the manager wasn't even started yet. I understand that they were busy & had just opened a week prior, but 45 minutes is just unacceptable. Don't open if you can't handle the demand! Highly dissatisfied.

However your grammar skills are pretty bad, and maybe you should seek some psychiciatric help if you find it funny to imitate me & post under false pretenses about a pregnant woman drinking (which is Illegal, by the way). Get a life you immature adolescent.
Oh and because of this incident I was stressed out that I needed a drink, I kept saying to myself that drinking while pregnant is not good, but I gave in. If anything happens to my baby, if is born with effects of my drinking I will be taking you to court.
dirty and problems with the food
We often use the sheets for gas food and a break. Today we stopped at the sheets in Breezewood the address is 16417. We ordered nachos with chili and sour cream and cheese and it tasted like there was something wrong with it. Even worse was the condition of the restroom dirty and without sufficient facilities for handicapped and changing babies. The only changing table was in the handicap room which was being used and a long line for people waiting. It makes us never want to go back. We threw away what we purchased and because with two small children we did not have the time to go stand in line and wait until we talk to manager to return the items. Even the prepackaged ice cream we got was very very soft amounted to quickly to actually eat and enjoy. The only thing that worked out at the sheets stop was a tuna melt that we got my husband. We deliberately chose sheetz because we go there to the one in Wexford Pennsylvania often and I've only had good experiences.

Today July 6th I ordered food at the North Atherton street Sheetz in State College. As I was waiting for my food I watched a lady come back to the pick up counter with her bag of food saying she grabbed the wrong food meanwhile a gentleman came back and said he got his wrong food as well. The women at the counter gave the gentleman his correct food that the lady just returned that she brought back inside from out of the building. Then the women handed the lady a container asking if this is what she ordered I watched the customer touch the food moving it around to say, no this is not what I ordered and hand it back. That was my food she touched and I was handed that same container when my order was called. I told the lady i did not want this because I just stood there and watched someone touch it all. She told me it was not the same container and that I was fine and not to worry about it. The food ended in up in the trash as I walked out the door. This is not sanitary procedures and I watched it all happen. I will not order food from sheets ever again from this experience.
store 496/online order
On July 3, 2017 at 10:20 pm, I was scheduled to pick up the order I had ordered online at 10:24. They were busy so at first I didn't complain about the wait, finally after 10 mins of standing there, they called my number but only gave me my food, which was already cold. I stood there for a few seconds until the one girl asked if I had a question, I told her I still needed my two drinks that I ordered, she said the guy was making them right then. However, I watched him make two other orders of drinks that weren't even ordered till after i paid for mine that again was preordered. I waited another 10 minutes (which was already 20 minutes after I should have clocked back into giant eagle, which is in the same parking lot) and finally I looked at her and told her if he didn't make my drinks right then, that I was going to lose it. She then asked him if the to go orders drinks were made, and he said that he already made them and that they were in the little fridge/cooler beside him. I flipped out and went back over to work, only to find that my milkshake was all runny from sitting in the fridge for so long. When I got off of work I called to talk to the manager and again sat on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for a manager to answer the phone, but got disconnected. It will be the last time I go to their sheetz, it should have never taken that long to get something that was already preordered, busy or not.

Visited our location near us at 940pm and waited for over 20mins not a problem until we go to open our food and it's not only cold but nothing like we usually get. My husband and his brother visit and get the same items weekly. His ordered a quesarito it looked like some one had sat on it and was very skimpy. It was to be the double wrap with cheese and double meat, it was neither.
customer service/ military id
On wed june 28th around 830 pm. I stopped at sheetz to get cigarettes. I had my. Military id available to show identification. I asked the cashier for what I wanted and showed her my id. She took my federal id and walked away!.. She came back with my item and stood staring at my id. Not knowing where my birthdate waa. She tried to scan the card. I told her do not scan it you can ruin my card and it will not scan.. I asked her to hand me back my id. I was going to walk out of the store. At the moment she ran my card through the slider on the register.. Demagnatizing my fedetal id card. (it is a 2 hour drive to have this corrected for the card, and now I have to take off wotk to correct it) I then said again to hand me back my hand and held my hand out. To the response of "no, I got this"... Not only did she commit a federal crime my ruining my military id card and making it unusable, but she took it and walked away, and failed to give me the card back when I asked for it. I will be contacting the manager of the store as well. There is nonrrason for this tonhave happened due to an employee failing to know their systems and ruining a customers military identification. I will be sueing the store and I want the employee and her supervisors who were overseeing her fired!
They did nothing besides mark the complaint as " resolved" and accused me of using another persons ID. This gas station is right down the street and i have been going there for years. I still am going to sue them for destruction of personal and federal property. Seemd to be the only answer. And whoever replied with my ID being fake will also have it coming as they have attemptrd to causw defamation of character. By their statement

I was getting free Ice from the machine which I asked the employee first how much was the ice which i was willing to pay for regardless so I told my 14 year old daughter which it was her birthday straight A student every year, we was headed on a small road trip, so I told her to go use the restroom because we wasn't stopping anymore the employee not knowing my nephew was in front of her paying for gas she said watch those two girls I think there stealing what would make her say that?because we're black? We have her no assomictiom we were stealing had just walked in the store I just don't understand is this the wY of life...my daughter cried her eyes out this isn't fair mama we just walked in the store I'm gonna make this go viral if it's the last thing I Do!
cheese dog, cheese steak
On the 26th i stopped and ordered 4 cheese dogs, a ham and cheese sub and a cheese steak sub. The only thing that was eaten was the ham and cheese sub there was half a piece of cheese on the hot dogs if I'm paying xtra for cheese i want a whole slice of cheese. The hot dogs looked like they were 2 hours over in the heating. There was Probally not even 2 oz of steak in the steak and cheese sub and that was so dry and gross. I didn't open any of this til I got home it was dinner for family because I had just spent most of the evening in the hospital. On top of this I waited over 10 minutes for my food.

The coffee was only half full I have a picture this is not the first time and if it looks full its with a lot of ice. I will not be buying a coffee anymore from you and will be telling people about this.you need to lower prices or raise the coffee you put in them.you need to send me some kind of compensation for this coffee even though this has happened multiple times.
