I went there this morning and ordered 2 hot chocolates which I do regularly. This morning a girl training made our drinks it took 25 min granted that is okay she is learning what upset me was she asked for help and received minimal assistance and then no one checked that drink before I received it and it was ice cold. Again this is not the trainees fault as she did request assistance. Please make sure that your trainers understand that when they don't double check work being completed that is what creates complaints. I would have waited 25 min without compplai t if someone would have assisted the poor girl making my drink.

Currently sitting in your drive thru for over 15 minutes for two sandwiches and 3 sides... just got told that it will be at least 15 more minutes. That is worse than a sit down meal at a restaurant waiting time. As I type this I am waiting for the girl to give me a refund who came over and said her manager cannot give me a refund because shes on the phone. Now I've been waiting 5 minutes for a refund... so a total of 20 minutes has been wasting... waiting on 2 sandwiches, one of which was a cold sandwhich and 3 sides. This is ridiculous. I will not be back. Oh and to make matters better the manager is currently crying at the drive thru window as your employee tells her she is about to walk out. And she tells me she has called her assistant manager for help twice and hasn't gotten it. Seems like you have a huge issue with your management. The good news is steak and shake is right across the road and they said we will have a 5 minute wait... update steak and shake can actually provide made to order FAST food.
mto ordering and wait time
On 6-24-17 @11:12pm we stopped at the sheets on 3rd 39 harrisburg/ Hershey pa we ordered 2 of the appetizer samplers, I played for them immediately and at 11:45 asked the cashier if she could check on my order as I watched several people who came in after me and order get their food, the cashier was wonderful and had told me that my order wasn't cooked yet she had them make it immediately, so after an HOUR of ordering and paying for my food I was able to eat. I understand it just opened and employees are probably new but I feel as having to wait an HOUR for my food was ridiculous especially with what I ordered 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, fried pickles and chicken bites.

Went to sheetz around 12:30pm purchased a combo meal. Went to get my beverage from the pop station. Tried three different pops, everyone did not have enough syrup in them. They tasted watered down, so I stood in line and let one of your workers know. Only for the manager to go back over and try the tea and come back and say it tasted fine. Of course it tasted fine! It was tea! Needless to say, she did nothing and went back to the kitchen. I am so glad that I paid for a watered down pop! And my sandwhich looked like a kindergartener put it together.
You act like they mix the sodas themselves. What did you expect them to do?
chicken po boy
I ordered a chicken po boy and not only was it very sloppily put together, the top bun was completely off the sandwich, I also got a big mozzarella, and it was very burnt. The po boys cheese was all over the wrapper and there was barely any slaw. There was also no marinara on my big mozz, we didn't look until we got home, and it's not worth driving all the way back out in the rain to get. I'm all around very disappointed in my sheetz meal.

I ordered popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks at the Rochester pa location on 6/23/2017 around 1:30pm. I waited 20 mins and watched people who ordered after me get their food. Asked about my food and found out they never even made it. I told them my order again and when I got the food the lady said sorry about your wait and laughed at me. Im so disappointed in this store anymore
refill cup
I went in to Sheetzs in Staunton Virginia on my way to work and bought a refill cup and filled it up. The only reason I got this cup is since the side of the cup clearly states that refills are 59 cents and I had a employee and the manager tell me that it's 59 cents just to be sure. When I went back to get a refill it cost me more than what was stated on the cup. This is the second cup that it has costed more than what managers, employees, and the cups have stated. I would like to know why this is happening.
hotsub sandwich
I paid for extra topping on my meatball marina at the Wilkes-Barre PA location, across from the casino 9pm Fri, June 16. I personally got the sandwich only cause I was craving the black olives on top! Grab my sandwich only to realize it only has 1 of the 5 things I ordered on it. No onions, no peppers, no olives, no attempt! Seemed like something one with relay to a customer? Cause as I understand paying for something you don't receive is fraudulent? I get that it wasn't Sheetz that robbed me of my money & time, but the employee was being neglectful, buy as a Sheetz employee I would hope the business would care to make this right. This time it cost me extra money, and there's been several other times this location didn't care to complete my order and gave me half of what I requested. I will not continue to eat at a place where I have to gamble with my money & the quality control. Where are the managers? Thank you

Ordered an Italian hoagie. It took 20 minutes for it to be called out and on top of that 3 other customers came in, ordered, paid, and left all before me. This also made me late for work. The lettuce was baked in the oven as well. Extremely dissatisfied. I'm really confused about the lettuce being baked. The employees were more concerned with talking amongst each other rather than taking care of paying customer(s).

At the Sheetz on Avaition Pkwy in Morrisville 2 seperate nights( near 10 pm) this week. 1st time recieved my Steak and Taters burrito and offered thanks with no reply, again no reply. I walked out a bit perturbed at the lack of courtesy. Today same thing but 3rd time raised my voice to holler THANK YOU! Manager stormed out and questioned the problem. My mate was still in the store( I had exited) and he explained the situation only to have it fall on deaf ears. Simple things like a "thank you" or "you're welcome or come again" would really make a diffrence. The people at this particular store come off as a miserable bunch of employees with no regards for customer service. I and my fellow workers will AVOID this place ( near my work and a possible hot dinner spot for us) at all costs. Service industry? I'd add a BAD in front of the service at this location.
bbq boneless chicken wings
I was DYING for some BBQ boneless chicken wings from Sheetz.. so I went and ordered some, but to my disappointment, they were basically PLAIN boneless chicken wings.. maybe 2 of the wings actually had sauce on them.. and I did order Ranch BBQ and these had more Ranch than BBQ... And usually there's extra sauce at the bottom of the container, but not in mine! I'm very upset cause once I have something in mind to eat, that's what I need to eat.. I'm not one to complain and I usually have great experiences with Sheetz.. but I guess today ain't my day 🙁☹️😢
frozen coffee drink
So I have been a Wawa loyal customer but since our recent move, Sheetz is now the closest convenience store. So, today I decided to give them a shot at making my favorite guilty pleasure, a frozen coffee drink. I mean, how different can they be? After all, it is just coffee, ice and some sweetening flavor right? WRONG! It was the most disgusting drink I've ever had, by far! I guess the first clue would have been when the girl making it said to the other girl "eww, espresso and water? That just sounds horrible." And she was right... it did, but with all the added flavors creaminess whipped topping that comes along with it it can't be too bad right? Wrong! Turns out she was right. As I watched her make it, she took the watered down expresso in the blender and added a big scoop of some sort of powdered base substance. Yum right? After she blended the powder with the water espresso and ice, she poured it into a what I consider to be small cup for almost $5.50. Oh and there was no whipped cream or any cream for that matter. All I could taste was whatever the terrible powdered substance was that had been mixed in. It reminded me of an awful protein powder. It pretty much tasted like it called for a teaspoon of powder and a cup of the powder was used instead. I can't imagine that much of the overpowering, disgusting powder mix flavor would have been intentionally put into that drink. After a few sips I decided there was no way I could drink it as is and I'd wait until I got home to doctor it up a little. Well, even after mixing it with a cup of Starbucks iced espresso drink, some heavy cream, and a generous topping of whipped cream and caramel drizzle, still all I could taste was the overpowering powder like taste. I ended up throwing the whole thing out along with the nearly $5.50 it cost me. What a waste and disappointment. It'll be worth it for me to drive almost 10 miles away to my closest Wawa to get to satisfy my craving for a delicious frozen coffee beverage. Sheetz, you really missed the mark on that drink and what an expensive disappointment it was. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that it took over 10 minutes of waiting to get the repulsive concoction as well, with at least 5 people working in the MTO area and only myself and 1 other customer waiting on orders. Needless to say, I won't be returning in the future and the new rewards card I just picked up went right into the trash along with the disgusting drink that you call a frozen coffee beverage.

I have saved up tons of points for the free subs and it all disappeared. I called the customer service line and they said that they had intergated new reward system. Basically ripping loyal customers off their free subs and just replacing with stupid points. This is a total rip off, will not shop there again. If that is the way they treat their customer, by ripping off meals and rewarding with less points, good luck in staying in business.
apps sampler
on bed rest had son go to our nearest sheetz to pick up App sampler which I order all the time...everything in the app sampler was burned or tasted burned...called store spoke with Cody he advised cooking time is set by corporate and he can remake or give coupon no refunds are given...I advised I will send my son back up there once he gets back in the house..the apps sampler was horrible and I know how they should taste why would I have another made that going to taste burned also now that I have a burnt taste in my mouth. This is truly unacceptable from a store that I've visited numerous times.
staff member wound up to mock/attempt to strike me
This morning after standing in line waiting for Travis to finish his conversation with another customer prior to helping he mock swung/wound up as if to strike me while handing me change. This is completely unacceptable behavior and I'm honestly astonished to experience something like this at an establishment like Sheetz. This episode occurred at the linglestown road Sheetz in Harrisburg Pa at approx. 01:38.
This location is incredibly close to my office, which I practically live out of, and this incident will cost the store at least $50-$60 a week in revenue as I will not be returning.
bratwurst made incorrectly
I went to the Dobson store and got a very simple order of two hotdogs with ketchup and cheese and a bratwurst with BBQ onion and cheese and end up getting hot dogs with no cheese and a bratwurst with only onions. It's a real disappointment to get all the way home and fine your simple order couldn't be made correctly at an establishment that prides itself on being accurate for the time they take.
fuel pumps
So this is a new gas station at 45550 dulles plaza sterling va. The fuel pump won't take the quarles universal fuel card but it does inside the store. Hope this issue can be fix asap as is going to save alot of time and space for us truck driver as can get over 100 gallons of fuel. This fuel card works in every gas station in the area including sheetz in chantilly va. I work in a quarry in front of sheetz and most of us have this fuel card. Please get it fix!
boneless bites
I went to the Sheetz on 2068 QueenSt in York PA today around 11:30am to get some lunch. I ordered some boneless bites that were supposed to be tossed in BBQ/Ranch. When I received my order I was very disappointed in the quality of food that was given to me. They did not "toss" my bites in sauce, they merely just dumped some on. On top of that there was a label sticker that fell off the condiment bottle stuck to the inside of my container. As a former manager of a Sheetz store, I was shocked that this store manager was okay with handing this out to a customer. Especially since she was the one that prepared the food.

You send out ice cream coupons and then you dont have any ice cream at the store on hogan blvd in mill hall pa and you ask TT he employees when they are getting it back in and the answer is not for a long time if you are going to send out coupons you need to make sure the stores actually have the product you are Giving away very disappointed with this store
fountain drinks
HOW can a convenience store run out of CO2? It seems like that is a pretty vital part of providing service especially at a convenience store where I am sure they sell a very large volume of fountain drinks. In all the years I have gone to the Woodstock store this is a FIRST. I think that is bad planning on the manager's part. You fired your best Woodstock manager because she held too high a standard of her employees and store. The standard has certainly gone way down hill from cleanliness to now this.
