employee actions
There is an employee working at Sheetz at the intersection of S. 7th St. and Wayne Avenue Indiana PA by the name of Zach who is the hospitality manager. He has been actively talking about his active PFA regarding child abuse to customers inside of the store. I feel as though it is very unprofessional to have an employee actively bring this up to customers. This is especially concerning due to the number of kids who frequent this Sheetz location. I know that I will not allow my child to enter the store if I know he is working. It makes the community feel uneasy about an employee knowing that there is the potential for him to cause harm to the children in the community. I will no longer patronize this store due to his actions.
service at cambridge ohio sheetz.
Specifically the supervisor, Karlee. My order. #765 did not ring up with the other 2orders properly so one order beeped twice. Hearing 3 beeps I assumed that my order rang up. I came back to pick up my order and was told, through my son, that it want paid for. The young supervisor did not look at me and told me that it wasn't paid. Yelled it out and kept walking. So I went to the register and then he took the time to find the order. Couldn't find it though. Karlee was there and never ONCE addressed my in nice way nor looked at me at muttered to the clerk, "either way it's not paid for..." and kept walking. No smile. No eye contact nothing. She should NOT be in that position and needs SERIOUS customer service training. Your clerk was very kind and apologized. Her NOTHING and walked away and complained about me to another worker, tiny blonde with lots of makeup and she stood back there and laughed looking right at me. Don't think they deserve a job quite frankly.
mac n cheese bites
I ordered mac n cheese bites today and the ones I received were burnt. When I brought them in to show the cashier, her and another lady said that there is nothing they can do other than replace them, but the other ones will come out burnt as well because of their oil. The two ladies made me feel bad for coming in because of my burnt food. I tried the replacements which were burnt as well. I didn't go back in because I didn't want to face the rude service for a 3rd time. I would just like a refund. I still have the mac n cheese bites if it is necessary to exchange them for one.
cashier service
At around 7:45 PM at the Scottdale Sheetz in Pennsylvania, I was treated unfairly and rather poorly by one of the cashiers. I'm not sure of her name, but she is a shorter Hawaiian woman with short black hair. I am nine months pregnant, and was shuffling for my Sheetz card as well as my money to pay for my Pepsi Slushie and my fiancé's order of hotdogs. Upon approaching the cashier, both my fiancé and I were rushed and she had asked if I wanted my slushie free after giving her my money and card. Confused, I told her that I didn't know how I could get it free. I contemplated for a few seconds whether or not I wanted it free, but thought it was just part of the Free Offers that Sheetz sometimes has with their card. She shouted "yes or no, " at my fiancé and I in a harsh and rude tone. I then asked her if there were any other offers that were free, and she ignored my question and there were a few moments of silence. She rang it up free, only to find out that she took the points off my card that add up after certain purchases within the store. Essentially, I am just disappointed with the service and the fact that I now lost all my points unknowingly.

employee problems
This morning, May 21, 2017, was my first time in a Sheetz store with my family for we are from out of the area. I stopped at the store in McKee, Pennsylvania on the Woodbury Pike. While in line I over heard the girl at the register more or less bragging about coming to work in what she called a "messed up" state. Then when my wife and I were at the register the employee told us that she felt as if she were going to pass out and proceeded to inform us that she takes a pain medication. I truly believe that this statement should be further looked into, from my understanding in this area Sheetz is a respectable company and this person is just ruining the strongly upheld reputation. When an employee brags about how "messed up" they are in front of customers, it really makes me question how this fine company would hire such a person, these statements are just not acceptable in the work place. I also would like to add that my family is all members in the medical field and this person is putting herself and others in danger by coming to work on such medications.
denial of beverage - fee for service members
This event happened at the following Sheetz location:
39 Berlin Road, Weston West Virginia 26452
I am a Sergeant in the West Virginia National Guard, Buckhannon, WV. I live in Martinsburg, WV and once per month drive down to Buckhannon for duty.
On Friday, May 19, 2017 while driving to a project site while on duty and in uniform, my team and I stopped at the above mentioned Sheetz for food and refreshments. I asked the cashier if the drinks were free - this is a practice that is typically practiced at almost every Sheetz I have visited south and west of Morgantown and I have not been denied at other Sheetz locations in that area. The cashier replied to me "No, you must pay for the drink.". After leaving the store, I asked the other team members with me, who had drinks in there possession, if they experienced the same rejection and they told me that they received free drinks.
The only explanation I can come up with for this different treatment is because I am an African American. My fellow service members are caucasian and all of us were in military uniform at that time.
I find this discouraging and disappointing. I would like to point out that not all Sheetz act in this manner - in fact most are friendly and offer free drinks to service members - which I do not think is a right but indeed a much appreciated privilege and extra service that the Sheetz' stations provide to the military.
I was just shocked that the specific discriminatory act was so blatant.
Sincerely,
Richard Smith II

employee service complaint
Every time I go into the Carrolltown Sheetz and see Edie working, I cringe. Her customer service skills could certainly be improved. She never smiles or greets me appropriately. Not sure if it's just me or if she has an unpleasant personality with everyone. Pull the camera footage and observe her interactions with her customers. She definitely should not be behind the counter working. She seriously looks like she is unhappy at her job. I hope that someone will have a talk with her. I would suggest telling her to smile a lot more and work on her greeting skills. That's all.
food
The sheetz in grove city pennsylvania has not once but twice forgot to put guacomle on my walker texas sandwich... I dont habe time to turn around and make them fix it.. I understands mistakes but not reoccurring mistakes. Will not be goinf back unless something is done. I just want a couple new sandwiches. I think it is fair since I go there every morning and spend money.
6 inch chicken salad sub
I ordered a 6 inches Chicken Salad sub today with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. When I opened up my sub, everything was just thrown on top and I couldn't eat my sub the way it's intended to be eaten. I had to squash everything down before I could begin to eat it, and after doing so, I had a mess all over my hands which made me even more upset. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. Almost every time I go to Sheetz and order a sub it comes out with everything stacked on top. Is it a build your own sub? I don't understand why this happens. If this doesn't change I will find another place to do business with.
mto food order
I recently went into Sheetz store # 213 in bloomsburg PA and ordered MTO food. 1st I waited 18 minutes for my order (thought you were faster than that). 2nd after I left and got to my destination I looked at the food and it was completely cold. I ordered a egg sandwich on a English muffin and the egg was cold the cheese wasn't even melted at all... I ordered a burger with fried pickles on it and it to was cold, the fries were cold and hard like they were old... The only good thing was the soda... I called you store and asked to talk to a manager and she apologized and said there was a big order in front of me, ok that explains the 18 minute wait not the cold food, this isn't the first time this has happened, I have keep my mouth shut cause of respect for food personal, I worked for Wendys for years but this was to much. I am tired of excuses and I am seriously thinking about not going back to your stores
mto food
Everytime I go to the sheetz in reedsville, p.a. 17084 an i get the made to order food its messed up everytime or they forget part of my order. I was just there tonight saturday may 13th an order a reese peanut butter milkshake. It taste nothing like peanut butter. Its not blended all you taste is ice an chocolate chips from the top. Im very upset by this. You cant expect to have customers return if you cant make the order correctly.
mto order
I ordered mini hash browns and a cold brew coffee and a chicken breakfast sandwich. There were three mini hash browns In the bag and the chicken was about half the size of the sand which. I ordered lite cream in the cold brew and my coffee was completely white and tastes like milk. When I asked the employee for a new one with less cream she refused and said that's just how it's made. Then why is there an option on the MTO for the amount of cream? Not only was all of the food I ordered disappointing, but the employees were extremely rude about it.
employees
I order a HOT chocolate and waited over 7 mins and when I finally received it I walked out of the store to take a sip and the lid was not on tightly so I had hot coffee down my shirt and pants, this is unacceptable I expect more from this company and all it's employees it has, I then had to sit down in my car with HOT ### coffee, and I'm at the super sheetz on 17th st Altoona pa, I'm still in shock that this happened #Smh #WTF
Cigarettes
I went in2 Sheetz 2 get my daughter & her boyfrind cigarettes cause they didn't have money, so the woman (Charity) said "Do u have an ID?" & I said "No", cause I thought my purse was at home, well I started lookin around cause EVERY1 in this store knos me & she seen me looking around & she said "They can't help either" (VERY NASTY) I went back out 2 the car & realized tht I did bring my purse so I took my ID back in she looked at it & scanned it & then looked at me with a slight grin & said "I can't use this it's expired!" so I went back out 2 the car & told my daughters boyfriend (Tommy) tht if he wanted them he would have 2 get them so he goes in & the woman said "Are u gettin these 4 tht other lady?" & he said no cause they were for him & his girlfriend.. He came out cause he needed my pin # & when he came out the lady at the register (Charity) came 2 the door & looked at both of us & when he (Tommy) went back in she would only sell him the pack tht I didn't ask 4 when I was in there.. What don't make sense is how can u sell 1 pack of cigarettes 2 some1 & not another, if she THOUGHT they were 4 me then she shouldn't have sold NONE AT all! What I should have told her be4 I left, tht the pack she sold him was my brand & the 1 tht she wouldn't sell was NOT my brand so if anything THE JOKE IS ON HER! But I didn't say anything like tht cause I am the bigger person!
Glad you love your child enough to give them cancer.
Knowing what smoking did to my families health, and mine, I ask "Why are you killing your children by buying them cigarettes?"
Well if it was any of ur concern... My child is old enough 2 make her OWN choices..
hose that had a leak in it and sprayed me with gas
On May 5, 2017 at 11:34:39 I stopped at the Sheetz @1900 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, PA 17013 - # 263. There telephone number is: [protected], I went to pump no: 06 - inserted my sheetz card & the form of payment card and was going to start to fill my tank - when I got sprayed and I thought it was with water. (This day we received a lot of rain and also at this location it was very windy.) To continue my story, while I was trying to find the source of why I was getting sprayed, I smelled gas, while looking up at the hose, I seen the hose was spraying out gasoline and by the blowing wind, gas was in the eyes and all over my clothes, in my hair, my glasses etc. Immediately I went into the store and interrupted a lovely cashier and told her what happened and asked for the store manager, The store manager did not come and speak with me but a lovely young man who asked what the problem was, followed me to my car, who accessed the situation and immediately returned with another gentlemen who took care of the situation and put a yellow bag over the pump. I went inside to speak with the store manager because I wanted to get my money back since the gas was spraying out and I did not get any benefit in my car. I then told them also my car needed to get the ultimate car wash. That seemed to cause some problems. I never did speak with the manager and when I went over to the car wash I did not get the ultimate wash. The customers in the store was more concerned for my safety then any one appeared at Sheetz, since I was sprayed with gas from my hips up. I went home took a bath, washed my hair and I still smell of gas. I am 71 years old, my eye lid has a burning sensation and I am not sure if the gas did any damage to my glasses and I have a really bad headache from the gas smell, since I am also an asthmatic. I do understand things happens, but do not turn your back on your customers and pretend that nothing has happened. I had to drive home with gas on my clothes and odor of gas is in my car. I had beautiful customers who helped me more than anyone at sheetz. I fill that Sheetz would definitely be responsible for any bills I have if I go to the Doctors because of this incident and also if I need new glasses because of this incident. I also, fill Sheetz should compensated me for all the stress that I had to endure.

use of sheetz points for multiple purchases is no longer available
I purchase a smoothie almost on a daily basis at one of your Kernersville NC locations. For a while I was able to receive free smoothies after so many purchases and now that is obsolete for Smoothies. The receipt says I can customize my card benefits - Is this true? Can I use my points towards these specialty drinks?
Also, I have completed your survey and indicated that the store on Hwy 66 is very inconsistent in the quality of their finished product!
3 for 3 appetizer
On my lunch break I went to sheets in Neville, PA and ordered 3 for 3$ appetizer combo. In a hurry I grabbed my order and went back to work. I requested tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and popcorn chicken. I got one(1) mozzarella stick three(3) boneless chicken bites no popcorn chicken and plenty tater tots you don't no how disappointed I was and upset I always order and not often my order is messed up but this one was totally wrong and I feel cheated. And on top of that I paid 40 cents for marinara sauce and never got that either.
m.t. no! made to go products
I stopped into Sheetz today to grab some lunch and I picked up a Made-To-Go wrap. It SAYS Bistro Chicken Salad Wrap but what I actually received was a flour tortilla with lettuce in it. There was hardly any chicken salad at all. In fact, the wrap was primarily made up of wrap and lettuce ONLY. Not to mention the lettuce was old and wilted.
I am VERY disappointed. With places like Wawa making premium made to go items, Sheetz just looks like a joke. This isn't the first time I have gotten something MTGo from Sheetz and was extremely disappointed.
I really want my money back because $3.99 for what I got is ridiculous. Sheetz needs to upgrade their Made To Go case. In my opinion, it should be completely overhauled. Or just stop trying. Seriously. Date: 5/2/17 @ 12:30pm Store#: 345
rude register employee/ forcible removal
Hello, I was at sheetz on Pugh street in downtown state college. It was approximately 2 am and I had just gotten off work. I was waiting in line behind a man who appeared to be paying with lion cash but his form of payment was not accepted. I had never met him in my life and I generously offered to pay for his meal if he venmod me. The guy said " I cannot serve you, next customer please" I asked for a pack of juul pods politely. The man then walked up to one of his superiors who approached both of us and said that we were using vulgar language/ being extremely rude. I explained how I had never met the person In my life and that I was only offering to help him pay. The man then said that he "saw us walk In together" and that we knew each other but his hat was extremely low as he apathetically looked down and did his job. I was then grabbed by my collar by a security guard and removed with excessive force as I politely explained that this was a big mistake. The person working at the register was mouthing off, making false accusations and I don't think that him having a long night or a bad day constitutes me being thrown out of sheetz after I had done nothing wrong. I would like to see this person either be fired or removed from the convenient store. I felt rejected and very uncomfortable with his attitude and overall treatment with me as a sober, polite and paying customer.
