food
Hello, as a frequent customer of your store, I am VERY disappointed that you guys have removed your fried pickles from your Made- To- Order section. I used to come there every night after work to get fried pickles and now I have to get [censored]ing tater tots. They're trash compared to those grease balls of heaven. PLEASE reconsider them on your menu! I'm sick of having awful diarrhea from those tater tots, and if I'm going through that hell all together it better be for them [censored]ing fried pickles. After parties me and friends would all get fried pickles and now we just get fried and imagine your fried pickles.
mto food
Although I am yet a loyal customer of Sheetz, especially in my town, I have been sorely disappointed on my last two visits. Two days ago, I was ne a rly 10PM getting home, so I stopped at Sheetz and ordered a grilled chicken salad. As I began to eat my salad at home, I realized that there were 3-4 lettuce stalks, 3-5 hard banana pepper stem sections, and some wilted greens in my salad. As I was hungry and it was late, I continued to eat the salad. I began to feel a bit queezy, so I threw out the remainder (about 1/3). By the next morning, I was VERY I'll with stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea, which lasted for several hours.
I chose to give it another try today. I ordered a "steak" wrap. The image led me to believe that I would be getting thin beef strips, like usually found on a Philly speak sandwich. What I found in my sandwich was very low quality, extremely greasy hamber instead. Needless to say, I didn't finish my sandwich today either. I am hoping that I will not experience anything like I did a couple of days ago. I am very disappointed in these recent occurrences! I plan to continue supporting my local Sheetz, however, I will be FAR more wary of the food decisions that I make here! Thank you.
service
On July 19 the around 5 am. Me send my fiance was stopping by there like every morning before he goes to work we seen a great special on hot dogs so we got 3 I'm at the counter paying now we have had trouble out of this woman before I let it go through first time. She has red hair works on third there. She called my number I was saying she looked at me I said I'm right here she give me this awful look and threw my food at me on the counter and says well next time you need to be over here. There was 2 managers neither said anything. I'm tired of the way they let there employees talk to people
mto service
I ordered my food which consisted of ONE order of mozzarella sticks at 11:08 on 7/17/18. I waited and watched my food get put in the fryer then taken out and put into a bag then they sat on the counter for about 10 mins. They begain giving out food to the people that ordered food after me. I didn't get my food and leave until 11:21. Sheets has also been very reliable but tonight's service was just bad all around.
reward "pointz"
They have absolutely no way to give complaints or no customer service numbers and I believe their employees are stealing customers loyalty card numbers and using others "pointz." And when finding the number and calling I am told that there is nothing that they can do. I know that "points" have to be redeemed on your cellphone but there is also no way to see past transactions and purchases. I dont understand how you have an app and dont have any customer service selection or contact selection. Please do something, since this is not the first time this has happened to someone and I am 100% sure not the last. I am about to ditch Sheetz all together and go to GetGo. And I know a lot more people willing to do so, also we all know a handful of people won't matter to a company who is making BILLIONS and a handful of people don't matter to them.
mto pizza
While traveling from Pa to NC, our halfway point and favorite place to stop is sheetz in Chester VA. We made our religious stop last Wednesday and again on the way home today. Both times I order two personal pep pizza. Both times the pizza was raw in the middle and burnt around the outside. They did make me a new one last week but it was pretty much the same thing. This has be the most disappointing trip by far.
gas pumps
7/16/18 I pulled into the gas pumps at Sheetz in Clarks Summit Pa., 1st the pump I chose didn't work, 2nd I had to pull to another peeved me off, 3rd it wouldn't take my sheetz reward card so I got no discount, 4th it wouldn't take my Weis rewards card received no discount there either, 5th when my gas was pumped I pressed I wanted a receipt and low and behold it said see cashier, 6th if I wanted to go into the store I would have. I want my discounts as I pumped 40.00 worth of gas at 3.07 a gallon. I should have went to Sunoco down the street in which was 3.02. I won't go t sheetz again with all this trouble.
your cheapness in codiments
You know it's bad enough now that you charge for every little damn thing extra even though you already make billions. Now you have to be cheap [censored]s and not give enough in condiments! I order 3 orders of cheese sticks and got one thing of marinara even though I ordered it with every order of cheese sticks. Your prices are getting freaking ridiculous and now your pulling that crap. Get the greed out of your [censored] and start showing some damn respect to your customers!
drinks
Unfortunately, today I was at Sheetz and had another bad experience with my drink. I ordered a smoothie and the first problem is that I got a 16 oz ice chunk with peach syrup for over $4.00. I go to the Ephrata store in PA and I do enjoy Sheetz. This is not my first bad experience there. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake a few weeks ago and got no choc or PB swirl. No choc chips on top. The presentation was just bad. The milkshake was ok, but not great. I don't spend a lot of money going out to eat, or buying drinks etc and Sheetz was one of my favorite places to have these splurges. I will not be spending my extra money at Sheetz again. I know, again this is most likely an issue at the Ephrata PA store. I just wanted you to be aware. This has not my first time I was unhappy with what I have ordered there. Thank you. Have a nice Day.

spoiled milk
I ordered a large frozen vanilla latte with 2% milk added caramel and whip cream... usual order. I also got a large frozen sugar free vanilla latte added expresso. I got my drinks and left. I got home and the sugar free vanilla was a mocha and the other drink tasted like spoiled milk. This order was from the sheetz establishment in Rome, Pennsylvania... not my home town.
customer service
Hi,
I have received poor customer service from your Sales Associate name "Caress." I am regular customer living nearby the store. When sales associate saw me she did not come from what she was doing. The other sales associate called her twice to help me and finally she came to the counter. I can spend my money anywhere I like and don't want to see this sales associate attitude again.
fried pickles
I am devastated that the fried pickles were taken off of the "you pick 3". I cannot believe the audacity of whoever took off the best food choice on the menu. The fried pickles were the absolute perfect combination with the mac n cheese bites and mozzarella sticks. Without the fried pickles Sheetz is not the same. I have ALWAYS supported your business in the WAWA vs Sheetz debate. I have defended you for half a decade now and you commit this brutal crime. I highly encourage whoever made this decision to rethink because without the fried pickles millions of customers are suffering. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.
Thank you.
smoothies
hello me and my girlfriends went to sheetz tismorning for are normal smoothies on 7/8/18 when we got there and put our orders in we was the only two in the whole store i went up and payed for my order we waited and waited for our smoothies 30 min later we finally get them they wasnt blended barly had to give them back to the girl to blend again another 10 min goes by she handed them back to us still wasnt blended i asked for the manager she got a attitude with us so we desided to leave didnt want to cause and big arguement over it so i am writeing you all to see if you all can fix the problem thanks much
food
I bought a 7$ sandwich and 3 to 4 bites into the sandwich I noticed a bubble gum colored looking goop at the bottom of my sandwich. Me, my fiance, and our best friend thought it looked super weird and questionable. Im not one to be overly weird about my food either. So I took it up to the girl at the food area, she didn't even really pay attention to me and just said "it's probably pepporoni dye" and shrugged me off. She didn't even look at the sandwich. I just said okay and walked away. I got back to the table and pulled my sandwich apart and it smelled sour and bitter and tasted just as such. It was super super gross and I didn't really get an explanation.
I just wanted to know what it was.
subs and hot dogs
Yesterday me and my family and friends stopped at Sheetz on the way home from a firework show. 3 of us had orders and they were not great. The hotdogs were cold and subs sloppily made. I love Sheetz and hate when this happens. Thank you for helping me. Sheetz is the best. I hope that something can be done about this. I shop at Sheetz everyday and I wish that everyday could be just as great as most. Thank you for your time and help into this matter
checkout lines
I am becoming irritated at your new push for beer. Your customers are not all truck drivers and college students. Families come into your stations too. I understand the money making aspect, but I am ready to personally boycott your places, because I feel like I am getting gas at a bar. It's not just that you sell it, but you make it impossible to turn a blind eye. There are two Beer sale lines and one fuel line when you go to check out. There is always a line forever long at the fuel line because most people are buying coffee or lunch along with their gas. While we wait, and risk being late to our jobs or other commitments, the beer registers sit unused. Your daily commuters are not stopping for beer on their way to work. Please start catering to your customers, or your sudden rise of success will begin to slow. Personally my friends and I will choose elsewhere. I can't speak assuredly for the rest of your customers, but common sense says a change needs to happen.
Are you kidding me with this? You're boycotting a store because they sell a lot of beer? gtfoh
gas discount
I shop at Weis, and had 20 cents off a gallon of gas. Went to Sheetz on Middletown Road, Hummelstown, PA, this morning to use it (it expires on 7/4). I went inside to get my discount & pay, but when I went & pumped my gas, it never gave me the discount🤨. This is not the first time this happened to me, at the same Sheetz location! Each time this happens, the manager is not helpful, and I end up having to go to Weis to get my money refunded. This Sheetz is the closest to my house, so that's why I go there, but I always get screwed overwith my gas points. I sure hope you get back to me with a solution!
food order
I ordered a 6 inch sub from the Sheetz in Haymarket Virginia. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. During which time when anyone would complain about the wait as there were many other people waiting your staff would yell we are really busy. Including when one older gentleman complained and walked away your employee said I don't give a [censored] behind his back. After receiving my sub and leaving promptly because I waited so long I found that it was not made correctly including not having jalapeños when I asked for them and instead of mayonnaise They had put sour cream on my sub.
you beer service
Ok someone explain to me please John and I went in sheetz in the Natrona Heights I order food John went and got a couple of beers he stood in line behind me I went to the counter to pay for my food since I walked in there with John and my granddaughter who is 7 he wanted to see my ID since John was buying beer oh separate transaction I said what are you kidding me my ID was in the car he said in order for John to purchase the beer I would have to either get my ID or leave the store for 3 minutes than come back in are you kidding me John was so mad he put the beer back so that I could pay for the food. So you telling me if I walk in there with someone I don't know I will be carded. He said I know your together. Stick that beer. I don't even drink beer. Tell me what I am missing here this doesn't make sense to me...we're they going to card a 7 year old also. I am so pissed...oh he wouldn't check me out so that why John put the beer back he wanted me to go outside for 3 minutes than he would let me purchase my items. What the hell.
So you are upset because the cashier is following company policy? They check the ID of everyone, if you don't like it, they gave you the alternatives.
food was dropped on floor then used for a customer's order
While in your location at hwy 42 and Amelia Church Road in Clayton, NC I observed an employee drop what appeared to be a hamburger bun or similar type of bread. The employee looked as if to see if anyone had noticed and picked it up and used it to make a sandwich for a customer.
When I checked out I observed the employees name tag. It read "Ashley".
This was quite disturbing as I am a regular customer and order made to order food on a regular basis. I will no longer go to this location.
