At the Sheetz on HWY 54 in Morrisville/Durham, NC the two cashiers at the front were being extremely rude as I entered the building. As two customers had sat there and talked to them for 5 minutes prior to me entering the building. As I entered the customers, quickly left and one of the cashiers was finishing up a question regarding what had been said prior to me entering the building. But, the cashier to which she was speaking quickly quieted her and the motioned her eyes towards me.

We've ordered food numerous times and every single time the items are missing ingredients. Tonight I ordered a veggie wrap and two of the ingredients I chose were left off; one was cheese which is an extra charge. Last time it was the quesadilla with missing items then before that a sub that didn't have everything I chose. It's extremely annoying to take time and highlight all the ingredients you would like on your item only to drive home and discover half the stuff was left off. Not sure if I'll be going back for food. I will say that while traveling I stopped at a Sheetz out of my state and received a perfect order; everything was the way we wanted it and the food was prepared nicely unlike the food from my neighborhood Sheetz so I know it's possible just not at mine.

On 8/12/18 I stopped at the sheetz on 800 east main st around 430. I order a pepperoni pizza and when I got home it was burnt. So I called [protected] and asked if I could talk to a manger the lady said she was. So I proceeded to tell her I order a pizza and when I got home it was burnt I told, her I was not happy about it that I was tired and I just wanted to eat and not have to go back out. She said she was sorry but the pepperoni pizza always burns, like that.i told her if I would of knew that I would of taken my money else where. And that they should have it on the menu that it burns, like that she said she has no control over that. Plus they messed up my daughters order. I am unsatisfied with this situation and I feel they did not help at all. I would appreciate some free food coupons or something I am not happy. gas stations
I was recently at the sheetz on the Carlisle pike in Pennsylvania and tried using my sheetz loyalty card for gas to get my 3 cents off and it kept denying it and said that store no longer accepts that. I don't understand that as it is a sheetz and I will not be purchasing gas or anything from there any longer or any other sheetz if that's the case. Is this true if all sheetz stores? And if so why and why weren't we notified? And if this is a mistake I should somehow be compensated for my trouble.
chicken sliders
My husband and I watched the employee try and fold up our slidders three in a row. One fell apart and she couldn't get it to fit so she literally threw it on top of the other two and smooshed them together while rolling the wrapper. When we oppened it, it was a mess and falling apart. We couldn't even say anything while we were there because the workers were laughing and fooling around behind the counter when it was very busy. It was obvious to anyone observing that they didn't care much about the customers food. This happened at store #257 on Oregon Pike around 12:15 on Thursday August 9th.

I go to sheetz often. My cheeseburger was rock i threw it away. I ordered a bucket and a cup of fries they were soggy. They went in the trash. I've been there three times and its the dirtiest place ive ever been. Its brand new so how is it so dirty. I have never jad an issue with the one in manchester but i am highly disappointed in this new store.

Beetween the hour of 1:03 and 1:10pm on 8/9/2018 my wife and I were waiting on a food order with our 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son at store #180.
While waiting our 3 year old daughter was reaching trying to get candy from the topping dispensers (they are at a reachable hight for a 3 year old and she didn't know she couldnt)
When this happen, the kitchen manager Tina, ran out of the kitchen, to the waiting lobby and ran at our daughter.
Tina had her arm stretched straight out to grab our daughter, while yelling at her (never once tried being Profesional and pointing it out to my wife of i) saying "You can't do that!"
Mind you. To a 3 year old child...
I freaked out like any normal parant would, and stopped her right before she grabbed my daughters arm...
Confronted the store manager at the time, who informed me he was just hired and not sure how to handle the situation with the employee. He did give us the store # and said the woman in question, was indeed the kitchen manager and her first name is tina.
The professional thing to do, would have been to tell the store manager what the child was doing or at least tell the childs parents...
Running after a 3 year old girl with your arms stretch out yelling at her is insane and should not be allowed from a store employee...

I eat at Sheetz at least 3 times a week My son went to the Juniata 8 th street store to get us some food today I ordered cheeseburger sliders and Mac cheese 2 Hotdogs and Cinnabon Cain rolls with white icing We my son brought us the food I ate mine and less than 10 mins later I got really ill stated puking my guts out I think the cheeseburger sliders the meat was spoiled because that's what came up first I've been buying food at Sheetz for 15 years and this is the first time I ever have gotten sick please have someone Call me [protected] ask for Don
the made to order meals
I have visited the Sheetz in zip code 17013 for awhile now and every time i go, i have an issue with not getting my meals as ordered. Most times i don't even get something in the bag that i paid for. I have lost at least $20 over the span of a year of things not placed in the bag. If this experience continues, i will no longer support Sheetz. Please get a better handle on your employees and more training if need be. They need to read what is on the screen and give the requested order as placed.

i went to the Beale Acenue store on my lunch break and it's always busy so i hurried and ordered my food as soon as i got there so i could be back to work and eat my food within my 30 minute break. The food don't take long so they called my number and gave me my salad . i drove 10 minutes to my job and finally got to sit down and eat only to find out that they had given me no dressing that i had ordered with my salad and they got the order wrong anyway and put things on it i hadn't ordered. so i spent my lunch running o sheetz to get a good salad like i do almost everyday and i couldn't even eat it. i go to sheetz all the time and i'm very disappointed

Tuesday night after I got off my shift at work, I stopped by Sheetz to get some gas and grab some food. I got the 2 for 5 meal deal, Mac n cheese and half a sub. I ordered it with buffalo and ranch, when I got back to my car I opened it up and it was DRENCHED in sauce. I tried my very best to pick some bread off and it eat that but I couldn't stomach it. The mac n cheese was a bowl full of cheese and a few noodles. I love sheetz but was very disappointed by this!
frozen mocha
I absolutely love your frozen mochas and get one everytime I go to sheetz sadly tonight my order was completely wrong 😒😡 I always order the large toasted marshmallow with white chocolate extra marshmallow extra espresso and extra chocolate but tonight I got some kind of vanilla mocha that has no toasted marshmallow flavor or espresso flavor (its not even the right color its completely white when its usually a light brown color) at 1st glance I though ok it may just be a little off which would of been no big deal but its just completely wrong and I am very disappointed in it

Went to use lottery machine and a female worker was doing her ticket inventory. (Which I only found out by asking after she claimed the machine was down and not working. ) no, apology from her for the inconvenience just a cold demeanor and response which to me seemed as though I was annoying her and interrupting her 9:26pm closing routine. I had did an online order for a pepperoni melt. All I wanted was the pepperoni, cheese, and light Marinarra sauce on a pretzel roll. Let's start with the bag. It had sauce at the top. Ok maybe it was on the person glove no big deal. Get into the bag, the sandwich was covered in sauce. I opened up the wrapper and the pretzel roll looked burnt. The sauce was oozing out of the sandwich when I asked for light sauce and the pretzel roll was burnt, stale, and hard to even bite down on. From a person who has been working in the food industry for 13 years was very upset about this.

I have gotten the boneless bites quite often. And i normally get them tossed in the garlic parmesan. And it seems that the last several times the sauce leaks out cuz it was put in a cardboard box which seaps and leaks the sauce. I have actually gotten boneless bites once where it didnt leak. He put it in the container that you put the fried cheese curds in.

I stopped on the way to work today to get myself and a coworker and breakfast sandwich. When I started eating mine I was embarrassed that I had gotten her the same thing. The biscuit was dry and fell apart, and tasted like it was very old. I this was unusual for sheetz... but it's going to be a while before I stop there for breakfast again. hair in my food!!!
Just looked in my cup and I have a piece of hair in my food! The people in the back should be wearing something to cover their hair. There is guys back there with facial hair and it's exposed. To spend money and find hair in your food is just nasty. Plus the guys were pissing off. They took long to get me my food. Sorry but I can't even eat this now. Just spent money for nothing and I know it's not your fault but please tell these guys get a hold of it.
Not happy at all with the service I had to deal with tonight. First off I ordered two simple things off the menu a cup of tater tots and Mac and cheese bites and didn't get my order for 20 minutes. And I was the only guy that was ordering at the time. I paid for my order already and the guy that was ordering and paid for after I was waiting for food got his food before me. Me while I'm standing waiting these two jerks are sitting back there giggling and pissing off that they forgot what my order was. They forgot to put my tots in the fryer when the guy after me purchased fries. And to top it off they over loaded the fries cause they were rushing to make my food knowing that they messed up. It's bad when you hear one of them say you got to remind me to make that. It's total [censored] cause my fries are too salty to eat and they want to just jerk off and play back there and it's not like it was busy that my order got mixed up. How do you forget an item when there's only two?!?!?!
the manager told me that the sheetz card discounts were not working
I came into sheetz at the corner of pearl rd and whitney rd (44136) it. Was about 2am on 7-23-18 and the manager told me that the sheetz card discounts weren't working and I would receive no reward points . However out of habit I produced my sheets card and after my items were scanned it started discounting my items . So I told the manager and she came over to the register and suddenly the discounts were gone and my price went back to full price and she then said that I wouldnt get .

I recently purchased a sausage egg and cheese muffin from your store in Emporium PA. And I was completely disappointed with the product. My English muffin was barely cooked the egg on it was ridiculous it was like you put powdered eggs next time together and throw them on the grill. I use this app solutely love those schmuffins! I don't know if you changed the egg but it was disgusting and I couldn't even eat it. You really should use real eggs when it comes to those sandwiches. I will probably never buy one from there again when I go to McDonald's and buy one that use real eggs great tasting sausage and the cheese is actually melted. That's another thing the sausage that was on that muffin was so Bland and disgusting. In my opinion I think you need to switch to real eggs and better sausage.
icee machine
Every time I go into the new oxford pa store (brand New store) the cole slushy is down or broken! I stop there specifically for the coke icee, and Im always dissappointed! I end up going over to The neighbor Burger King and spend my money on their food and slushie.
I really thought this store was a blessing as I love the food and gas! Too bad the manager doesnt care enough to take proper care of the icee machine. (I worked at Royal farms as a mgr). The machine isnt that hard to keep up with! So sad!
