poor food handling
That at your Lewistown Store and employee Named Melinda Stitzel is being allowed to handle food when she does not shower or bathe correctly and she brought bed bugs into our house and she is exposing everybody to bed bug bites. when I brought this matter to Kayla Johnson attention via Facebook a night time manager at this store I was pretty much called a liar that Sheetz does not hire people that does not take care of theirselves she called me a liar about the bed buges. I called this store again last monday I am Melinda Stitzel's stepfather Iam married to Melinda Stitzels mother Ruby Adair we live a block away from your Lewistown store when I called your store and I stated these fact to the store manager I was promised that this matter would be dealt with and for all intents an purposes this matter was not dealt with or investigated I beleive that both these employees at your Lewistown Store should be terminated This is the only way that this matter can be dealt with and people have a right to know what is happening at your store in Lewistown Melinda Stitzel is still working there as is Kayla Johnson its like Melinda was assigned to work more hours at this store since I brought this matter to the stores attention This matter needs to be dealt with at once I really liked Sheetz food until they are dismissed from your store an not working there any longer I will start buying ffod from there again
still no resolution for the complaint what is you folks problem either act on this complaint or face lawsuits for this matter
Shame on Sheetz for allowing Melinda Stitzel to continue to be employed there preparing peoples food for them with me continuing to find Bed Bugs here after kicking her out of this house because of the bed bugs she had bed bugs when she worked for Giant store in here in Lewistown an she also had the same bugs when she worked at the Southside Hoagie Shop also here in Lewistown and then shen went to York County, Pa Springgrove a convenience store Called Rutters an worked for then until she return to Lewistown an then hired by Sheetz' and she stil;l had the bed bugs and still you do nothing about it so it still continues allowing her tocontinue to work and prepare peoples food for them

Hello. My name is Tawyna Barton. I would like to complain about the taste of the cinnapoppers that I have gotten from the sheetz on Greensboro Rd in Ridgeway Virginia 24148. I have ordered these several times before and they tasted good no problems at all. Well today and last month when I ordered some they tasted salty. Last month they were really salty I was so mad because I really wanted them. They are the closest thing I can get to a cinnabon because they are an hour away from me to get a real cinnabon. This time they weren't as salty but the salty taste was still there. In my opinion someone is using salt instead of sugar to make them. So please if you would check into this and fix this problem would be great. I don't know if I'm the only one that has thought they tasted salty as well but I don't like it and it's going to make me stop buying them. Thanks in advance!
gross hot dogs
I order from Sheetz many times, but today these were my hot dogs. I threw them away. Disgusting! I have attached pictures of the hot dogs. The sauerkraut was inedible and the hot dogs were hard and rubbery and split on the ends. There was green stuff in the sauerkrauk that I hope was lettuce. I have not been back to this store to eat and I used to on a regular basis. The store is located at 4430 Winchester Ave. Martinsburg, WV 25405. The sore is #546.

I have often gone to sheetz and never really had any complaints. But the past 3 times I went there they messed up the same things. I got a big mozz burger with a couple extras and they never put them in even if I have to pay extra. And I got a side of nachos and paid double for extra cheese cause they didn't put enough on and it still had barley any cheese on them. And the cheese that was on them was just like a pile in the middle. Kinda disappointing.

1st: I ordered it toasted, it was not. I guess I could live with that.
2nd: I ordered cheddar cheese, why is there provolone on it? I can live with that too.
3rd: I ordered Dr Pepper sauce, I got Asian (nasty). That is inexcusable. What IF I have a fish allergy?
I tried to eat it. I just can't do the Asian sauce.
Please ask employees to be careful.

food fixed incorrectly
Ordered 2 hot dog meal at Roanoke Rapids location. Order nbr 200. Got back to work and found that it only had onions but i requested onions, mustard and ketchup. There were two packets of ketchup in bag to be used for fries. Called back but they did not seem concerned that my order was incorrect. This has happened before with a wrap i paid for extra mayonaise for and when I got home there was none on the sandwich. If they are not concerned about ensuring they get orders correct they should not be making food orders. I dont think I will be ordering food anytime soon (even though I love the club wrap as you can see on my order history).
I just wanted to ensure I let someone know of my complaint.

Cabala drive, WV location. My husband and I both ordered nachos, I ordered at least 10 toppings while my husband ordered maybe four. When we received our food, they were exactly the same size. However, mine cost literally twice as much is his. Moreover, unlike every other customer before us, we were refused to take our food to the cashier to pay for it. Instead we were told that we had to pay for our food first and then come back and take the bag. When we got to the cashier I complained and asked why that was. The girl at the register glibly said well, That's not how it's supposed to be. I told her that I wanted the girl to bring the food to us at the cash register so we did not have to walk back and get it ourselves. They refused to this also and made us walk back to get our food. The food is absolutely inferior. The service is worse than I would expect out of Street kitchen. I would recommend that if you want real food, and you want to be treated like a human being instead of a thief… Go to McDonald's. They far far out do sheets in customer service and quality of their food
I forgot to point out how incredibly insensitive it is to feel like you’re being told you’re a thief while giving someone your business. It is reminiscent of WalMart checking your receipt and cart before you leave the store. Terribly offensive.
Clearly, Sheetz believes your money is the only thing they value. They couldn’t care less about YOU.

If I could give it zero stars I would have. I placed two separate orders in the drive thru. When we got to the drive thru the boy working the register used one card for both orders when we specifically said that they were separate. Our food was handed out to us 5 separate times and was wrong each time. When we asked to speak to the manager the boy made multiple excuses and didn't get us the manager and we sat there for 40 MINUTES. For 6 items, I then went into the store and asked to speak to the manager and he didn't seem to care. I asked for my money back and he gave me as well as my friend the incorrect amount of what we paid for our meals back to us. This is hands down a terrible experience here. Our food was cold and when I went into the store my food was sitting on the freaking counter. I watched 12 customers go in and out of he store while I waited and was ignored. This is unacceptable I did the same job when I was 15 and it was the easiest task I've hands down ever done. This is NOT THE ONLY TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I'm given a freee coupon for my wasted time and terrible food.

There is trash on the ground everywhere especially near the pumps. The buttons at the pump are caked in dirt. I understand it is a very busy place but I take pride in the area I live. Store is at 3021 S Miami blvd Durham NC 27703. I like to end on a positive note, I am a frequent customer and will be continuing to frequent this location because the customer service is great inside the store.
car wash
I went to the car wash this morning at the sheetz in Ravenna Ohio. The water cane out black and now my car looks worse than it did before I washed it and it smells like sewage. I called the branch and they didn't seem to care. I spent $12 for the best wash & now have to go somewhere else to redo it. I'm very upset about this. I used the wash at that location several times a week & now I will not be returning and mostly because of the way it was handled over the phone.

On sunday may 20th I ordered 2 iced coffees at the drive thru. I sat at the window for 15 min amd nobody came to take my momey or greet me. I got out of my car and went in. I saw my iced coffees were sitting on the counter in the food prep station. They sat there while workers walked right past them. I flagged a worker down and told him those were mine and im in the drive thru waiting. He said theyd bring them right over. I went out to my car amd continued to wait another 5-10 mim before they were brought over. So I waited a total of 20-25 min for 2 iced coffees. Not once did someone apologoze for a wait or say gave a nice day.

Last night we went to sheetz store #170 have had problems getting the food we order here in past. Since iup on break thought we'd try ordered nachos grande with pinco guacamole sour cream extra nacho cheese and extra chilli get it home to find no cheese none at all. The employees were complaining the whole time how tired they were. Nacho cheese is on the order twice. My order number for this evening was 535 I was there at 11 pm. There was two people besides my self in the store at the time. Having a history in food service my self it is known you do not mess up to go orders...in the past we have had cold uncooked food,. Complete wrong food and long waits at this location. We are closest to this location but will not be going back anytime soon. Thanks sheetz for yet another crappy service.

I ordered a personal pizza the crust was completely burnt and it was soaked in so much grease I could not eat it lately this sheetz has gone down hill the service just is not the same any more they used to care about the customers I was a regular of the night shift cause of work and now they just walk around like zombies dont say hi to anyone and just dont care what so ever

I stop at the moxham store quite often. The staff at the register is wonderful but he people making the food not so much. They are rude, they are slow, and they never get my order right! I am tired of getting my order either burnt or wrong. You will see proof of this in the picture. When they're busy they are quicker I getting my food ready but if they're not busy I wait for my food every single time at least 10 to 15 minutes. I have to go to work in the morning and it supposed to be quick and never is. They said there any talk in the back where they get sandwiches ready for listing end of the quick sandwiches and do not even look at the order is coming up.
preparation of my protein parm sub
I am a Sheetz Freak and I eat at the Homer City, PA Sheetz at least 4 times a week. On May 14th i had an issue with the preperation of my sub. The marinara sauce for my sub was entirely located on the outside of the bun. I could not even pick up the sub without getting the sauce all over my hands. I had to each the components of my sub individually with my fingers and then turn the bun inside out so I could pick it up and eat it without getting sauce all over me. I did not have the time to go in and get it fixed because I was already running late for a meeting.
Pay for extra sauce but don’t get it
So I have ordered a lot of food from different sheetz but why does it feel like every time I pay extra for sour cream or extra buffalo sauce for a quesadilla or the boneless wings or whatever else I never get the sauce? I know i've gotten it a few times here or there but it seriously feels like this happens alllll the time. The amount of money this company has made on me for absolutely nothing is obviously more than i'd like. Pay almost half a dollar for sauce + don't get the sauce = pay more money for nothing. It's getting old. Tonight I ordered a quesadilla and I added sour cream for 0.40 cents. Did I get the sour cream? Nope... I'm really not sure why I order it anymore. I wouldn't mind if they'd put it on the side, or put it on the dilla, but if you make people pay extra for something added, then the employees should make extra sure it is on there. It's seriously annoying and I probably wouldn't say anything but it happens all the time! I guess from now on i'm going to have to be that guy who asks if they put sour cream on it or in the bag so I actually get everything I pay for. I don't mean for the caps tone to come off as angry just putting emphasis on things.. I really don't want to be like that. It's just the extra charge ingredients should be closely paid attention to...
steak and cheese sub
I understand this is fast food, but when I unwrapped this steak and cheese, literally the entire roll was soaking wet. I hardly had enough time to stop for lunch, and came out with that. I ate a few bites because I hadn't ate all day. When I realized my fried pickles were all mushy and undercooked, I took the slop of breadwich back into the store and told the cashier that I know it's not his fault, but I wanted to give this nasty pile of wet bread back to the kitchen and that I would be emailing to get my money back. denied 2 pack special bc of included manufacturer coupon on pack
There is a large sign out front with the deal save $1.50 with Sheetz card when buying two packs. When purchasing cigarettes I am handed two packs both with $0.50 off manufacturer coupons on the packs. I noticed my total is more expensive than the last time I bought the two pack deal and ask why it's more expensive and I am told I cannot get the Sheetz 2 pack special on already discounted price. So because the manufacturer added a coupon to the pack I end up paying more money for my cigarettes. Your sign out front should include this stipulation since most cigarette manufacturers now offer "on the pack" coupons. This same situation has happened to me while using a phone coupon but I have also had all three coupons applied before and would appreciate a consistent answer which again should be stipulated on your giant sign out front that convinces me to buy two packs.

I am complaining about order 005 from state college sheetz on Pugh St, state college, 16801 on may 2, 2018 at about 1:30 am. The server was Named Brendan and for reasons not known to me, he withheld my order as I saw it on the counter for a significant amount of time. I witnessed numerous food orders be served before me as he held my food for reasons I am not sure of. I understand under the pressure at this certain Sheetz as college students tend to yell and harass workers but I did not partake in either. I am very dissatisfied as to the customer service regarding my order and I hope this situation is handled seriously. Thank you.
pretzel melt
My name is Jessica McCutcheon. I often enjoy sheetz food and I am happy to eat it. However tonight I ordered a turkey pretzel melt at your Leader Heights location in Pennsylvania. I am sad to say I was literally unable to even eat the sandwich I was served because the "pretzel" was so hard and old that it actually crunched when I bit into it. I have never been so disappointed in food I have received from your locations. I am not sure if it is just this location or not but I will prob never order that sandwich again and it saddens me that I paid almost 6$ for something that was inedible!
