I shop daily at Sheetz in Archdale and have twice had issues with manager Kelly. The first time she was at a register as the line moved and I proceeded to the register she was at. After standing there approximately one minute she then rudely informed me that the register isn’t open. I was really aggravated because she could have told me that immediately instead of having me stand there and wait. The other day she was holding up the entire line chit chatting. Another employee saw the line getting annoyed and came to the rescue. Kelly then interrupted me checking out to ask the employee a question about checking the balance on a gift card. To which I light heatedly and jokingly replied “click balance then enter,” to which Kelly replied “Shut up!” I was super offended and let her know how I felt by asking who she thought she was and she can’t just speak to people that way. She then refused my sale and I left the store telling her what an [censored] she is. She’s super rude and doesn’t belong managing the staff who is always awesome and a joy to shop with every day.
