I have ordered a pair of sandals and a denims worth rs. 3000. There was size issue with both the products. I have sent it back and got the receiving from shein but unfortunately my amount has not been refunded yet. Moreover the number they have mentioned in the customer care section is wrong. clothing returns
I have returned three our of five clothing items I bought from Shein. One. a denim boyfriend jacket, had a foul odor and the others did not fit. To date I have been unable to generate a "ticket" to instruct Shein to credit my card with the return payment. There is no direct Customer Service method to write to the company, merely a drop-down menu of instructions that do not work. Will never buy from this company again!

I had few items to return and this has been very hard!
Firstly your UI is pathetic to carry support cases. Ticket filling doesn't work properly on top of that you got that sick 200 off ad display not letting the user reach out to the chat window or track! I am losing here. Cant track anything.
Secondly, its clearly written on your site "free return and exchange policy". [censor]! You provide no service for returns + impose a condition of *not* getting return fee reimbursed thats paid by the customer. I have a screenshot of this [censor]!

I ordered two tops and two earing sets, altogether worth of INR 1885. It's been more than a week now, I have been waiting for it. The product got shipped the next day but then it has not reached the address I mentioned. I placed an order of over $100 from this company, and paid for express delivery. The order was for some reason split into two packages. One arrived more than a week after I placed the "express" delivery order, and only contained two items (of the nine I had ordered). The other part of the order was supposedly delivered nearly a week later (note again I paid $13.99 for express deliver). I was by this point out of the country, but had a friend coming over at night to collect mail and packages. The package for some reason required a signature. Obviously I could not sign, as I was out of the country. So the package was supposedly delivered without the signature. That evening our friend came by to collect packages. We had three packages, none of which were the SheIn package that had supposedly been delivered. the package still has not arrived. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks. I was told to contact DHL, which I did. They said the package was delivered, even tho the photo they showed as proof was not of my apartment. Now SheIn is stalling — saying THEY are contacting DHL. Just got a message that the package was delivered. Never saw this said package. Never had a package stolen from our small apartment building before. This company is such a scam. Worst customer service. Worst communication. Worst everything. Never order from them.

I placed an order with this bootleg company last year in September I have been emailing this company since October concerning my refund and still no response. I am sure something can be done about this and after reading multiple reviews all having a bad experience with this company it makes me very upset we all should see if any legal action can be taken against this company
cannot return items
I would like to return a few items that I purchase from SheIn. I love most of what I ordered. I contacted them many times. They have indicated that I have to go to their site through Facebook and find my Order information in order to create a return. No orders appear in the Order tab. There is a record of many Tickets created for my issues but I still cannot return without the online information which is not available. The telephone # listed above contains only 9 digits and so is not a valid phone #.

I paid money to get my item shipped here within 4-7 days and it has been at least 9 or 10 days. I need my money back for that ASAP. I am very displeased. It still hasn't arrived. Not only has it not arrived but I have not received anything dealing with when it will arrive. You guys need to fix this. product measurement is way smaller from actual
Today I received the order that I placed 15 days back and unfortunately I ordered for clothes which are two sizes smaller to the measurements mentioned on the items. I usually wear m size just to be on a safer side picked up l size but now will have to exchange for an xl or xxl. To top it all there is no customer care no., have send a ticket but so far no reply.
Unfortunately had not come across this complaint board before else would not have ordered.

This company is a complete joke. I ordered a dress over a month ago and I have yet to get it. No one will respond to me. I want my money back. I never got the 100 points your email guaranteed me to get from having to wait so long. But nothing. Do not order from here. Complete waste of time and money!

I paid for an order of $40 and never received my package. It's been week's. I got a tracking email saying it was delivered but never received anything. I've ordered from SheIn before and even recommended it to people, but never had this issue. I'll never use this website again. And even worse, the customer service and help pages are "unavailable" no matter how I look for them. Unbelievable.

unprofessional company and service
Delivery was very slow and customer service care wasn't able to help me. They claimed they didn't had a tracking number so they had no idea where my order was but still assured me there was nothing to worry about.
I had a chat with different Sheinside reps and all these people were highly unprofessional and could not provide me with proper assistance.
I'm glad that in the end my order did show up, but as I said shipping was extremely slow. I will not buy from Sheinside ever again, pretty unreliable company.

I still haven't received my package and needed them clothes by tomorrow. The package was meant to come by the beginning of this week but yet still hasn't arrived. Hi, I got a package from Shein yesterday (8th of may, 2017). First there was these shorts which already had a broken zipper, so it was unusable. Additionally, there was a skirt which wasn't too big at all. When I tried to pull up the zipper this one broke as well (just jumped out of its track - unable to put it back in).

Since it happened twice, it´ll maybe happen again, and I´m not so sure I want to put my money in to just that. Therefore, I request a refund.

slow shipping, return fee
I have ordered from SheInside only once and they gave me a hard time and I will not buy from them again. First of all I want to mention their super slow delivery service. I paid extra money for fast shipping and they said that it will take no longer than 7-10 days, but in reality it took ages (almost 5 weeks) and when my order arrived two dresses did not fit.
I contacted SheInside and asked for a return label, but they said that I had to pay a return fee and asked me to pay $5 for every item which I was planning to return. So I had to pay $10! And when I made my order I paid $21 for both dresses! SheInside is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will not buy from them again!

I wish I would have read this before I made my purchase I bought 3 dresses I should have known something was wrong when the shipping didn't look right I took 3 weeks before I even got a tracking number I did not get my dresses and no money back but they gone hear from me one way or the other they should not be allowed to do this people work hard for their money I know I do and ain't nobody about to take it from me...
