During a customer insight argument, the India cashier had been requested to give pick 3 lotto results only (day night etc.) customer behind me complains about my telling him send, print.. The black female (newer employee) took his side saying 'we shouldn't have to do that', you can look up online'. I reply not everyone has wi fi, its a multi mill dollar biz. Meanwhile I believe I gave India cashier a $10 and a one for winston 100 longs. I didn't get $5 plus change back. Approx. 7:30 pm thursday jan. 7th.. It's bad enough to have no training, and refuse to redeem tickets (hanes mall blvd.) but I can and have called police before. Pick 3 results is easy to print, and customers behind me can keep comments to themselves. However having a new employee side with uneducated man whom started arguing is unacceptable. I want video to see if clerk kept $5 change for my cigarettes too. 7:30 pm jan 7th 2021.
Desired outcome: Check VIDEO for $5 change/ remove employees not willing to provide LOTTERY results and possibly remove Lotto from store if untrained/ or unwilling to perform tasks
