I drove in to the station 4 Dec at around 21:40. Took the nozzle and put it to start pumping the car - the pump did not reset to 0 and was not enabled by operator. After about 1 minute, Navin Ravikumi, has screamed through the loud speaker as loud as he could "This pump does work, that's the reason a pit cones there" with a very angry and aggressive voice. It was very unexpected, very loud and made me ver anxious about the situation. I come to this station several time a week, and that's the first time I experience something like that - it is outrageous. So I tried speaking to him at this point and let him know, that it is not the way he should speak to customers. However, instead I was greeted with a frustrated look and more screaming into my face. Finishing out conversation with words "I don't care, write your complaint. On top of that, the cones were set inappropriately at the very end of the pump, and it was definitely not clear that they were there to "indicate" that the pump was closed. At some point later, Navin has adjusted their position.
To sum up, when I come to Shell petrol station, I expect some good level of customer service - and I always did, until today. Navin should be trained/disciplined on how to work with customers, or should jot be doing a job away from customers interactions.
I usually don't write complaints, and I need to get very frustrated to do it. Now I am. Very, very bad experience.
