I purchased goods from a vendor in US. The goods was shipped successfully to SHOP and SHIP, on 14 May 2020. It is now 20 May and I have not gotten any feedback from Shop and Ship. The merchants tracking number is not found on Shop and Ship website. I cannot raise a query or complaint as the website does not have the facility to do that. I tried to call them but no luck.
This is the first time I'm using this service. I appreciate your assistance.
