unsuccessful payments online, failing to know on time expected receipt of shipments
It's only during the last 3 shipments; 9511596150, 9511729301 and 9511752585 that I'm receiving dozens of emails per day from Payment Services Aramex that payment via my saved credit card is unsuccessful. And despite my explanation to Payments Customer Support Aramex that such problem is not caused by my card nor the issuing bank, and despite that I lately received a response from Customer Support that the problem is a result of a wrong process where charges can not be paid online after the invoice is issued, nothing has been done to resolve this problem or stop the ongoing flow of emails I receive each day. I did receive 2 of the 3 shipments and paid all charges in cash upon receipt, while I'm still waiting for the 3rd shipment with no idea when should I receive it. I'm only contacted on the day the shipment will be delivered.
This is a complete setback from the way Shop & Ship application used to operate. In the past, the system automatically deducted charges from my saved credit card, and I was kept advised of the whereabouts of shipments throughout the process.
Now, I'm only advised on date of arrival of parcels at my London Shop & Ship account, and on the day of shipment delivery, by telephone, to my home address in Giza, Egypt.
Appreciate your advise on whether these problems will be resolved.

As you can see in the attached picture my shipment has arrived to the New York address but i still have not recived a notification from you as delivered.
I tried to call the local office in Saudi Arabia but I couldnt get an answer, and I am getting really frustrated athow are it is to get anyone's attention from your side.

I am regulat customer who ship from USA - Hong Kong - Europe..., recently I purchaced from Hong Kong and I shipped it to my S&S HK address. As per the tracking system that is showing that the shippment recieved by S&S on the 1st of Feb 2019 at 11:11 am - till this moment my S&S mail box is not updated - this more than 3 days - it this a fast shippin or what!? why all this delay?! remember I am a flex member too - please notce that this not the first time the delay happened.

Dear all. Please note since my last complaining nothing happened . and still my package on hold for some silly reason which is 20 USD in cash . and that because the package delivery depart. Put my package at wrong account (Egypt) based on my name is Arabic and default address at the profile is Egypt which everyone know logically it's only formality. And because the country the department chose have issue with the foreign currency. They asked me very Odd requesion which has to be by hand in advance . which CC doing the same option . also I provide to them local address they can deliver the package and take the 20 USD . but still refuse and threatening me by destroying the package if 30 days gone without payment. Which obvious I wouldn't see the prove of destroying the package wirelessly. Which give impression someone need to take the package free . even with all those options of payment . please in the name of heaven do something with them . the CC had been used with Amazone account from long time.

My package has been on hold for over a month although I provided my local S&S office with the SED Form and the Written authorization form that was requested.
I've been waiting for over three weeks to hear back from S&S on my package. It's a laptop that's been on hold at the NY address and I'm having difficulty reaching any customer care representative to help me understand why my package is on hold and what I can do to get my laptop shipped to me. I was informed that I must provide S&S with an SED form filled out by the seller and a written authorization form which I have provided more than two weeks ago. My local S&S keep asking me to wait and that my package will be shipped shortly. Can someone please assist me with this? Prior to this shipment I've been very happy with the services provided by S&S but I've been extremely frustrated with how this shipment has been handled so far.

Now that I purchased again online at Amazon using the JED 1041880 account and it was delivered using the JED 1041880 account. I bought batteries for my camera and when they arrived to US office they sent me an email saying this is unacceptable item for shipping. They said pay $20 to return it to seller. The batteries cost is $13.5!, I asked Amazon(the seller) for a return and refund and they said they will send pick up by UPS to take the item back and will send me a refund.
Aramex refused this and told me that I should pay the $20 also!
changes in greece representatives and shipment changes
I have been a client of Shop and Ship for many years bringing mostly supplements from the US to Greece for my personal use. This service was running perfectly when the Greek representatives were Geniki Taxidromiki. Since the opening of Aramex Greece and the changes in the transfer of parcels (from the UK to Dubai) it is not worth using Shop and Ship anymore. And I say this with great regret!

I have had several packages delivered to the NYC Queens location . It takes them day before the item is placed in my account. I have sent constant emails about items missing from my account being reported as delivered . There is no one to talk to and the emails are answered with it has been forwarded to the office or it will be looked into at their earliest convince . I have several packages still waiting and just want them delivered and I will never deal with the service again as it is horrible .
