Shop & Ship service

I have had several packages delivered to the NYC Queens location . It takes them day before the item is placed in my account. I have sent constant emails about items missing from my account being reported as delivered . There is no one to talk to and the emails are answered with it has been forwarded to the office or it will be looked into at their earliest convince . I have several packages still waiting and just want them delivered and I will never deal with the service again as it is horrible .

Shop & Ship spare parts shipment [protected]

On Thursday 21st of June 08:43am I recieved an sms to inform me to pickup my shipment from Aramex office, I called to clarify why my shipment was not delivered to me, I was told because it was the holidays but I was aassured that they will deliver the shipment to me on the same day Thursday 21st. I did not recieve it, today is Saturday 23ed of June, I was inforemed that I will recieve my shipment today, still did not, I called the delivery person and he told me that all the deliveries for the rest of tge day were canceled and they were asked to return all the shipments they still have and also they were told that the employes will work only half day today, so I still did not recieve my shipment.
I think this is carelessness from Aramex not to deliver on time and not to inform it's employes on their working houres and ask them to cut the day short and go home.
This unfortunate incident leaves me questioning the reliability of Aramex.

Shop & Ship aramex shop and ship account - cmb 13665

Hi,

I received this unusual account number (CMB 13665) from
Shop & Ship office in Colombo, Sri-lanka.

The email id related to this account is,
[protected]@yahoo.com

At first the account was created in Sharjah, UAE (somewhere in 2008-2009), later transferred to Colombo, Srilanka. After that this account was transferred to Singapore (in 2015). Again it was transferred to Colombo, because of residency change for a short period.
I need to submit my NY shop & ship address to a VIP party to receive an important document.
I have some doubt about the CMB account number received.
Could you please inform whether CMB 13665, actually exists in your system?

Shop & Ship damaged and theft of goods

Very very unprofessional and unreliable service by Aramex. Pls refer to the pics attached in below.

Delivered today - 12-06-2018

Recieved the shipment intact but when opened it, I do not have to explain further please please please check alll the pics attached.

The shipment was weighed 1.5 kg exact when went from my house with all items noted and counted and mentioned in the piece of white paper. But Aramex Mumbai weighed it as 1.51 kg and sent it to ensure I will now pay for 2 kg shipment. Great measure taken by Mumbai staff at Aramex.
I paid for it 13650ngn for 1.51kg and when I open ed it...its all damaged and 1 lipstick is stolen.

Who is to be blamed here? When I got my first consignment even then few things got stolen. I immediately informed here and was told hence forth will be taken care of.

Now it has happened again. Its disheartening and disappointing after paying a huge amount your staff is theifing it and no one takes care of it. Whether Mumbai or Lagos, now everyone will blame the other country staff, but it's me who's suffering in this chaos.

Kindly check the pics, its very clear someone removed one lipstick enclosed and tied with the same shade from the nylon
Other pic both the eye shadows are damaged and the entire consignment is now shaded with aqua blue.

Shop & Ship they take my item

Firstly I bought power bank from Amazon and they shipped to Shop & Ship, then they informed me that powerbanks and batteries are an unacceptable items listed in someplace on there website….looks like everyone should read everything on a website before buying some item, then when they received the item they asked me to pay 20USD for an item worth 11USD JUST to return it back to Amazon so they can be me back my cash or they are going to destroy my item….Which clearly means they are going to keep it...
Is this a new way to scam sustomers?

Shop & Ship cost of goods in package details not match the exact order price in amazon.

I recently received an Email from your company at February 5, 2018 tells me that my package with shipping number of [protected] has arrived at Shop & Ship office in New York, while I was checking my account order page on Shop & Ship website, I discover that the Cost of goods = 450 USD however the price of the order I bought from Amazon equal 169.08 USD only, and I supply an invoice from Amazon that proofs my words.

We are running out of time, as you know this package will be shipped to Egypt in the coming days and the Egyptian Customs will take 13% of package cost as a tax this is too much.

I already have sent an email to Amazon customer service to know who is responsible for this bad situation and they assured me that the bill with the package has the exact price and they have no idea about 450 USD.

How can i cancel the transaction.

Shop & Ship lot of late in delivery ships

Good Day,
I do have a complaint against Kuwait shop & Ship. They take a decade to deliver a ship (around a week). Surprisingly that a product need 2-3 days to be delivered from really far places (eg US). And it need a full week minimum to be delivered as it reaches Kuwait!. Just important tip that you need 3 hours to drive from the North to South of Kuwait, wich means it small country. That day I got a delivery from dhl, it tooks 2 day from the time it reached Kuwait to my door. So its not the custom problem. You can check out most of my shipments ([protected]@hotmail.com). I am thinking of finding another supplier than aramex due to bad service.

Shop & Ship poor response and customer care through the live chat, because of that I had to pay extra $100 duties

Dear Sir,

My name is Hussein Masry - Shop and Ship Account #: JED 1014591
On the 15th of December I made an order through the Amazon, with my Existing account of Shop and Ship - Linked to my address in egypt - I was under the impression that I can change its link to Saudi -where I live now. I discovered that I cannot do that directly and I have to use the Customer Support ( CS) to do it. I connect them through the live chat and asked to change it on the same date of my purchase from Amazon . The team told that it will take 1-2 days to change my address and stop the Egyptian account ( this was my first surprise that it take two days to do that), same date as well sent my new ID and asked for urgent support. I kept following up the following days with the same answer - either an apology for taking so much Time or a response that we will send another reminder ( my second surprise about the service) - we ended up that part of the shipment arrived to Cairo ( I had to pay duties almost $100+) and the rest of my packages are now undersold and even I am not able to see them through my account as the new address is not assigned yet.
So conclusion :
- Package arrived in my old address - because of that paid unplanned duties.
- I cannot track or see where is the rest of my packages now
- Delay in my packages.
- new account not created with new address till now.
- After each complaint or follow up I do not receive any confirmation email.

Shop & Ship shipment update not received despite delivered item to my s&s account

I have placed an order for I phone from an apple store and when tracked it found Delivered on December 12, 2017, to my Ship and Shop account but, I haven't received a notification email from Ship and shop showed that my package has been received at my New York Shop and Ship account and I am not able to track my package. When reviewed the order I found that the address missed the last alphabet in the last name of the account; written ELARAP instead of ELARAPI. So, can you update me on the current status of my shipment? and if the delay in shipment has been solved or not?

Shop & Ship service and non professional behaviour

I have one parcel from US..that parcel is in dubai port for custom clearence.when ever i contact with aramex they ask me to send invoices.I have sent invoices 3 times but even they do not check their emails.they do not pick up the phone.some times their chat system works(mostly not) and they put forward a new complaint and apologize and they say that their person will contact soon, but he never contact.this is not 1st time they are pissing..[protected] this is my parcel number

Shop & Ship non professional behavior and lies

I ordered one graphic calculator from USA..my brother send it to my shop & ship address to NY ..they had to deliver me in UAE..they asked for payment and I paid 77 AED..The product reached at ship & shop NY on 16th November..since then every day they are updating the status that the flight from NY to dubai is cancelled..today is 24th November and tomorrow my son has exam...there fore i spend 500 AED to buy calculator from here..I contact through chat to customer service center, they only applogize and saying that their person will contact you today..but their today never came like tomorrow never comes..before I used local postal service and I found them pretty good..but as far as this shop & ship is concerned this is total fraud..

Shop & Ship checking of goods

Good Day, I received my parcel today from Aramex ship&shop NY to Jeddah and discovered that the gift wrapping was torn open to check goods inside. Please view the photos. This was a gift for my wife. I paid extra for this gift wrap. All that was required was to lift the side flap of the pocket to see contents. But no, Aramax must tare and destroy the packaging as they see fit. Have you people no respect for other peoples goods. This is so shameful. It was a birthday gift, and you people just dont care. This is so not correct. Please give me one reason why I should continue with Aramex after 10yrs of support and not change to DHL?

Shop & Ship shipment from fedex number : [protected]

Dear Shop and ship,

I have shipped by Fedex to my NY Shop & Ship account DHA/4530, the shipment aready recived by Shop and Ship NY office but still not registered to my DHA/4530,

This shipment coms from Victoria secret store with fedex shipment number : [protected],

I think there is missing number in shipment address as it supposed to be To DHA/4530 but it sent wrongly to DHA/450,

Please do needful to rectify this issue.

Shop & Ship lost shipment case reference: ail/0717/695

shoes was ordered from Amazon UK & was expected to arrive my aramex UK box on 28th June, until now it's not shown in my account & no information received about it from shop and ship customer service team, although i have provided them with tracking number & copy of the POD which confirm delivery of my item & receipt by shop & ship.
I was expecting my order to be delivered to my place in Dubai before traveling on 17th July but till now no reply received from Aramex.

Shop & Ship items were not entered to my account

I ordered 10 packages from Ali Express to my Japan SNS account and all were delivered from 1st till 9th May 2017. Packages containing electronic parts and devices. Till this time packages were not entered to my Japan SNS account. The country has annual anniversary leave, Golden Week, or is known as GW leave. The Shop and Ship website mentioned that their office in Japan will resume their work after the 10th of May 2017. I sent an e-mail to [protected]@shopandship.com explaining all this and I included screenshots of all shipments with their tracking information to given e-mail. The Senior Customer Service, Ms Hyam Abed, replied and told me that she will check. I went to our office in Abu Hamour in Qatar and I met her but she told me no single information about this matter. I contacted the customer service in Ali Express and they confirmed that all packages were delivered to the given address (Japan SNS account). I believe those shipments were lost or stolen during the GW Holiday in Japan. So how can I get compensated for all these missed shipments? I need your help because really I got stuck up to hear .
