S&S shipments missing
Hi, two of my shipments are missing/ pending to be updated on my S&S account. I have sent 3 emails to S&S team but have not received any response as yet. One shipment is in Italy and the other one in India. I have confirmation and delivery details from the supplier which confirms that it's successfully delivered to my S&S account. Please can you help resolve my case?

Fraudulent acts
Hi my name is Alfred Koroma, FNA 5493 I have been experiencing fraudulent acts coupled of weeks ago I have received an empty box which my item got missing right at the aramex center at springfield garden my seller provided all evidence that the phone was ship inside it box I also have two incoming empty boxes which my phones were removed from it package. Kindly investigate this issue and solve my problems here are the evidence From the seller.
Bad service
Expensive, long delay to ship goods and lucky if your goods have been recorded. Sometimes more than a week before being uploaded to my account. What is the point of using S & S? Better buy to places where they deliver directly to your place. Not worth the price to pay and time spend to settle issues!
Parcels delivered at NY Office on the 6th of October 2020. Never been recorded to my account as of today and therefore never been ship to my country. See screenshot.
Need to chase them but after 3 emails, no reply from S&S in Qatar where the goods must be delivered. Shameful service.
Appalling service received
I don't expect a resolution to my complaint about the appalling service received from Shop & Ship and Aramex, who have made it very clear to me that they couldn't care less that my package (a suit) is stuck in customs and has been for 11 days now. You would think that someone would tell me why, and what I need to do for customs to release my package but, no, in spite of several phone calls (which they charge for) and messages to what is laughably called Customer Services on their website I am still none the wiser. The clue is there, in that you can't actually contact anyone. That's because they don't want to be bothered with the drudgery of communicating vital information to their customers. But, my, they are super quick at charging extra for shipment and for the phonecalls you will make trying to find out what is going on. If you need a postal service, look elsewhere, you will just be wasting your time and money if you use this company. I have cancelled my membership and have contacted companies in the UK to suggest that they also look elsewhere before their reputations are tarnished by association.
They contacted me to explain the delay in both my parcel delivery and information about it, and it was a reasonable explanation.

The most pathetic company aramex deserves no stars at all. Weeks of calls to the useless customer service where I have to wait about half an hour for a representative to resolve my issue.
The reps at aramex are well-trained to fool their customers and pretend that it is their ‘operations department' that handles the tracking.
Once a rep comes on the line, like a repetitive parrot, will mention to you one of the following statements: 1. Please provide us the invoice as proof of purchase to help track the package or 2. I have forwarded the invoice to the operations department. Please allow two business days to get back to you with the updated status (a "huge lie") or 3. Please let me check with the operations department regarding the status of the shipment... Can I place your call on hold? Beware! They will disconnect the call within 30 seconds while you are waiting to hear back from them.

Delivery of goods
I purchased goods from a vendor in US. The goods was shipped successfully to SHOP and SHIP, on 14 May 2020. It is now 20 May and I have not gotten any feedback from Shop and Ship. And I have 2 shipment recieved my account address in turky since week but till now I don't receive any update or activity 8n my account related theses shipment, and every time I contact the customer service here in Saudi Arabia or on twitter, they give me only promises wethout give me any update or solutions.

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to contact them to inform of change of address. They don't even have a support email on their website. whenever a shipment used to arrive, I have to go through their stupid whatsapp bot to determine the location for next day delivery when they have the address printed on the f***ing package. Dear Sirs,
Please, be noted that my above mentioned shipment (two iPhones, covers and chargers) is delayed for a long time (15 days). I sent all the required documents 3 times to the Aramex team without any reply. After few days, one of Aramex office (Mr. Ibrahim Elhaddad) replayed to confirm that the documents are complete and he promise to push the clearance operation. Nothing happens.
Finally, my shipment is still at the airport waiting for someone to complete the clearance process and deliver it to me.
I am really, disappointed for this delay. I would like to know the delay reasons and the final delivery date and time.

Is it possible that a shipment is taking almost 20 days just to be shipped from NY ! Submitting many many inquiries without any reply! The only reply that I am getting was it will be transferred to the team responsible with no action! For your information other shipments arrived after this one and were delivered before it!
Today and finally I noticed that it reached my country! I WILL NEVER EVER use shop&ship again this all happened and I don't know why am I a Flex customer shipping costs are the same and no special treatment!

i like to draw your attention to the followings:
- S&S should provide the original tracking number from the shipper (for example Amazon) beside S&S tracking number, evidence base document prove that original packages are divided by S&S and this is not in line with S&S declaration about keeping the original packing thus costing customers more money
- packages and goods are abused at customs (missing parts, broken boxes, ...etc) and S&S duty is to make sure that such misshandling is avoided
- S7S should work on training their ignorant and often stupid staff who does not speak any understandable language, Chosing cheep staff will only reduce the chances of growth and theraten business sustainability
Quality is not an accident its is the result od sincere and honest efforts

I hope this message reaches you well.
I have a shipment with tracking number; [protected] that has been held at customs since 27th May 2019.
I got an email from Mr. Islam Abdelhamid ([protected]@aramex.com) on
Jul 16, 2019, 1:48 PM apologizing for their disability to complete the customs paper work and clearance procedures and that I have to travel my self to complete the clearance procedures by myself.
He assured to me that he will send the papers regarding the shipment ASAP.
I emailed him again on Jul 24, 2019, 1:27 PM reminding him to send the papers and he confirmed to me that he will.
Today is 3rd August and nothing came to my office nor he contacted me to confirm if he sent the papers.
This is my first time to have a problem with S &S, this never happened before!
They do not contact me unless I call the call center to submit a complaint. then I get an email not a phone call! I think this is means ignorance and means that my shipment is not as important!
A shipment before this one was sent to south Africa by mistake!
And I received nothing in return, no apology no discount no nothing. Not even some respect.
I do not like the way Mr. Islam and his team handling any situation.
I need to get my shipment out. My workflow is affected and delayed for their ignorance.
I hope this issue gets solved soon.
