Return box request due to perfume as commodity
Shop and Ship new york is worst when it comes to respond or give update . They sent me message that my box cannot be shipped as it contains perfume. I asked them to arrange the return and I will provide them the return label but they said pay them first for the shipping and provided us the invalid bank account address. We sent the return fee as per their request but the bank sent us message that the account is invalid. I again sent them message and asked them to provide correct bank account info. We sent again the fee and now waiting for their response. They are not providing with any tracking number for return package. They also removed the box info from my Shop and ship account too. Attaching their response which is totally unprofessional as they have same answer to all queries (probably auto response). There is no phone number to call them and inquire about anything.
Desired outcome: I am looking for the awb number for my return shipment
Irresponsible customer support
My shipment was fragrance oil but our country customs held it for approvals as its (foodstuff) I refused from the beginning to start the approval process because its not foodstuff and to avoid high clearance charges (please check picture attached)
but unfortunately customer service didn't take my email serious and they started the approval phase and now they are asking me for very high clearance fees (as expected) or they will destroy the shipment! My account email: [protected]@hotmail.co.uk
Lost shipment and unhelpful customer service
My shipment [protected] has been delivered to SNS from Amazon about two months ago, which I still haven't received! I assume it was lost at this point. I have contacted the support team so many times and all they can offer is to ask me to wait like two months is not enough for them!

Good day,
I am complaining because this is not the first time my package arrives so late. For three consecutive time, I called the customer service to ask about my shipment. The answer is it would take time. The question is ; what is the difference between regular mail and express mail. The answer is that shop and ship makes no difference. If you follow the number of the package indicated as 9433021301, you would see that there has been no update about the shipment since December 19, 2021 up to now. You will get just illogical answer from the customer support.
I wish I would get the old Aramex service.

My parcel was delivered to Aramex ship and ship 30 September. It was collected by the wrong person. I have been calling since 5th october to try and get my parcel back. Every time being told it is being escalated, however I believe the person who collected it will not return. I want the value of my parcel refunded ASAP. The value is £100.
Customer service is awlful, no one updates me and if they do it's a generic response.

Lost item
I purchased a moisturizing lotion (1 gallon) from a US site and got it delivered to my address at Shop and Ship US, to be delivered to me in Dubai where I live. I received an email from Aramex Shop and ship saying they cannot ship liquids exceeding 500ml. I was told I could get it delivered to another address in the US after paying the shipment fee. I paid the fee and provided them with a delivery address in the US.
Thats when my nightmare started. It's been a month since then and I still don't know where the item is. Multiple emails and phone calls later I'm still waiting. Every time I contact them, they have a standard reply that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. They never do. I asked to speak to their manager and I was told that he will call me back. He never did. I am at my wit's end. My item cost more than $200. Don't know if I'll get it back.
Totally unprofessional and inefficient company. Never am I using their service again.

It's been 18 days waiting for an update on my package under this reference DXB/0821/2109, no one is updating me.
The package from Amazon (Supplements from Ancestral Supplements) under tracking id TBAEWR503781612 was delivered on 26 July and till now is not in my account. I have submitted several complaints and i always get same answers that they are checking and no one reply.

Aramex Shop and Ship are complete scammers! If you order something from Amazon, and it ships to your Shop and Ship address in two separate packages, Shop and Ship won't wait to receive all packages. They'll send the package they received, even if it weighs the equivalent of a pencil! Then you end up paying $20 for that tiny item, another $20 for a tiny item and another because they don't wait to package all of your items then send it! I'm so infuriated!
Refund my money
I write to request a refund on payment made on the 28th July 2021 with my Visa Card. I made payment of 25 USD for shipment fee for package number [protected]. The said amount was deducted from my Visa Card. I went to collect my package at the Aramex office in Freetown, Sierra Leone I was told my payment did not reflect. So I paid the 25USD in leones.

I am having the worst experience ever! Very unhelpful staff in the Sri Lanka branch. Customer service is virtually non-existent. I just signed up for a shop n ship account and did my very first on-line purchase- 7 dresses from Fab India an online retailer. I paid for one invoice and expected the shipmen to be delivered to the shop n ship address as one package. However the seller delivered the 7 tops from 7 different locations all over India! No sooner did I realise this was happening I contacted the Shop n ship staff in Colombo and asked them to consolidate the package from India and send as one shipment. They out-rightly refused sighting logistical impossibilites! Therefore Aramex a logistical service provider doesn't appear to have any control over their supply chain.!
Although I informed your staff to consolidate the packages as soon as I realized this was happening they showed utter complacency. Very disgusted by the lack of empathy towards a customers genuine problem. This is going to be a huge financial drain for me and I request you reverse the billings.

Kindly note as per Shop and Ship policy, shipments will move individually, however had it been handed over to us as one package from your suppliers end, it would've come under as one package or one tracking number.
Since we are an express service and have high volumes, we ensure to move shipments quickly as soon as it reaches our facility, the only time a shipment gets held is if shipment is unacceptable or overweight and then the consignee is informed accordingly.

We will check with India, as far as process goes it will not be done on Basic package. Even on Flex the packages have to arrive at the exact same second for it to be consolidated.

Shop and ship works on individual movements. There is no warehousing mechanism to group packages that come at various times to dispatch.

I placed an order for 7 items of clothing from Fab India online to be delivered to a shop n ship account in Mumbai.
I realized that these items are being shipped separately.
I want it all to be in 1 package as I will have to pay a huge amount to Aramex for each parcel if it comes separately as the final destination is Colombo, Sri Lanka.
I spoke to a person over the phone who was very unhelpful. He seems to think nothing can be done. Surely there should be a way to contact the Mumbai warehouse and ask them to halt this shipment!
It's not rocket science and flexibility of this nature is expected from logistics providers!
Please advise how this can be done urgently. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Scanning the items
I have shopped from US and France via Amazon, eBay and clothing brand in France.. I was expecting to see my packages in my account as all been delivered by the merchandise! Unfortunately been waiting for days and checking my S&S account every day without hope ! Tried to clime and the answer I received is that your shipment been delivered to you ! Deactivating account w/ refund due to no tax-free address and lack of customer support
I just registered to Shop & Ship only to find out that the US address I get is not tax-free, unlike MyUS and Globalshopaholics, and the service is therefore not very suitable for my current needs.
I would like to deactivate my account and get a refund asap. However, when I try to contact S&S regarding the matter, the site suggests I visit the local S&S office but shows that there is no office in Maldives when I proceed. There is not even an email address for me to reach S&S, social media platforms appear the only way to connect with them.
Therefore, please help me get a refund and to deactivate the account.

Delivery and Packaging
Major issues with aramex delivery. The first is the delay in scanning the items after its delivery by the supplier to the aramex S&S office. I've had several packages which would not have been scanned or takes 2 weeks to get scanned in the system! Second is the packaging, a tiny item would be packed in a huge box merely to increase delivery charges for the customer. Customer service agents are not professional and never have a response to queries.

They are the worst shippers ever.
I had a shipment from the US. After accepting the shipment, they contacted me saying the shipment is rejected and i have to pay for returning it.
They also intentionally divide the shipment in order to charge the maximum.
