I have received two shipments at my SNS account in NY on 03rd of April 2017, unfortunately both shipments was unacceptable shipments to my home country. I have been asked to pay the charges for both to ship to a local address inside the US, and I paid the charges for both to be shipped to Missouri, one shipment is already picked up by UPS to be shipped to the address I provided in Missouri, however the subjected shipment is still pending and I don't know the reason and no update on my SNS account either. this such delay is strongly unacceptable and I am no more satisfied with your service which lead me to close my account and ask whoever I know to stop dealing with you anymore. since 3rd of April till today 21st April my shipments would have been reached to Mercury. I have contacted my local store manyu times and chatted with your employees dozen of times without any positive feed back. this is really dissappointed me and this will be my last shipment with you.

Horrible Customer service. My package has been out for delivery since 27 hours and no one at shopnship has any idea about where the delivery guy is and what happened to my package. I have been following up since hours and no one is bothered. These people have no respect for anyones time. Even in the past after specifying constantly to deliver my package between 9am-1pm, the delivery guy arrives at 9pm in the night. They have no decency as to the time they deliver. They have no respect for the customer. Even now i have been trying to find out about my package since yesterday and no one has any clue. They promised me on twitter that i will get the delivery by 12pm today but its 2pm and no sign of delivery and they dont even bother to reply on twitter and no one at the call centre has any clue where my package is.
i think its time to stop using this service. use to be good but its got completely terrible now.

The call center always said hold on they try to reach Ahmad Kamel but he not answer!

When I arrive I asked to see Ahmad kamel he was in next floor but he didn't came to meet people and try to help them! I give it to someone to give him.

Further to above subject, please note that after so much delay of delivery, I have called your customer service department and we have learned that my order has been destroyed due to no address info and blamed me for not calling them . package assigned to another account and delayed
On 07 Sep 2016, Shop & ship NY, USA office received my package, however the package was assigned to someone else account ( despite the unique Account number clearly shown on the package invoice), and till date not even moved from NY office to me. I issued many complaints and had many chat and phone calls with Saudi & Qatar customer support services without any actions for 10 day. They told me we are aware of the error but package cannot be assigned to your account but it will be shipped to you, they promised that I will be contacted many times, which never happened till now.my first compliant was closed on the same day with silly reply that "We will update the shipment soon" on 08 Sep 2016, and one 10 Sep 2016 they replied "Please note that your request has been sent to the concerned team to assist you with your inquiry at the earliest time possible".
chat services and call support are contradicting with each other and no one knows, they also told that the delay for the reply due to Eid holiday in Saudi from 10 to 15 Sep but this cannot justify the delay in the shipping also. I also asked the chat support how I will be compensated for this damage and he replied that he has no idea about the compensation procedure and the concerned team will advise when they contact me ( which I don't know when will happen if ever?)

sudden unannounced ban on mobile phone shipping
I am dumbfounded that a big company like shop and ship (Aramex) does not have the minimum required customer support service. I have shipped Mobile phones multiple times from Shop and Ship (Hongkong) without issues. Previously shipment numbers # [protected], [protected], [protected] all contained mobile phones (offcourse with their battery).
However suddently my shipment # [protected] is marked as "Unacceptable" ... when I contact customer service they say they cannot ship "any item with battery" and told me to tell them destroy it (destroy a brand new 399 USD value mobile phone?) as it contains a battery which cannot be removed.
Forget about informing customers of new ban on mobile phone shipping, nowhere it is updated on their website that mobile phones are banned from shipping from their HongKong SNS office.
Moreover the crazy suggestion that since mobile phone contain battery they cannot ship it and I need to tell them to destroy it or return to supplier for which they will charge me shipping cost is just unbelievable. Can anyone buy a brand new phone without battery? Can I tell Apple to ship brand new phone without battery?
Its unbelievable how an International company like Aramex has so horrible customer care.
Really shocked by the unapologizing and pathetic behaviour of customer service rep rejecting all my requests and parroting same words "Items with battery" cannot be shipped, without answering why its not on website or customers informed.
I kept contacting them and they finally agreed to release the shipment with the mobile phone (with battery offcourse).

One of my friends was using Aramex Shop and Ship for some time in Sri Lanka and as a result I also created an account and ordered some items from USA during November 2015. My first impression and experience is extremely bad. I would not recommend anyone to use this service in Sri Lanka (I'm not sure about other parts of the world). This is mainly due to the unprofessional and poor customer service. This is what happened, I ordered few items from NY, USA in separate orders and experienced following issues: 1. Charging twice for custom duty for two orders: Aramex Shop and Ship online portal allows to make the complete payment for the shipment (this is including shipping and custom duty). However the currier who delivered the items charged me again as he did not had a record of the online payment. This is absolutely poor information management. Once I phoned them, they said that they will deliver both packages on the same day, however only one package was delivered in the afternoon. Thereafter I talked to Aramex Colombo, Sri Lanka office again, what I heard from the person who answered the phone was, he cannot track where the package was at the moment and he will get back to me ASAP. But he never get back to me until I phoned them once again on the next day. Finally I received the package after talking to them several times on the next day. 3. Unprofessional customer service Due to the above problems, I talked to a person called Paddy Hoole at Aramex Sri Lanka office who manages the Shop and Ship service. The tone and the way he talked to me on the phone was very unprofessional.

My package is just sitting with Aramex, Riyadh (Exit 16) for 8 days now. I live as close as Exit 15! There is no further response to my emails bar the one customery automated reply. In my estimation 8 days and counting is poor service. What Shop and Ship have to realise is that customers have already paid for an item that is not yet in their possession. Just deliver it to me, please?

on 16-2 2015 i purchased a pc monitor from amazon India and everything went smooth and the item was shipped to my mailbox in India which is a shop and ship service that i paid for and used more than 10 times with little delay problems .
days past and the shipment which was planned to be moved to Egypt in 3 to 7 working days . never moved and i tried to contact support service and only online support responded after 9 days and said they are trying to move the shipment but there is a problem in the airlines and it will be solved in 2 days
the 2 days postponement repeated 3 more times till they decided to transfer me to the head of customer service who called me and here comes the surprise she told me either i return the item to the seller or i find an address in India to ship to but they can not ship out of India due to customs regulations.
I told her i have a contract with the company that i shop and they ship and i do not find in the regulations of aramex company anything that point to that item is prohibited or forbidden or any drawback against this item
moreover i checked Air India regulations and Indian customs regulations and i never find anything against moving a pc monitor from India to Egypt
she insisted on either i return it to seller or i give an address in India, which i do not have and which why i used their service instead
moreover i contacted DHL and they say there is no problem moving the item from India to Egypt
not to mention days wasted on communications the delay reached 20 days and the item never moved
then the head of customer service is fed up with me and neglected my issue
so i tried to contact the CEO of aramex and i managed to email him and he promised to make someone contact me and that is all
and after that no one contacted me and the item till today is still in India
i will not mention how many loss i had because of this childish behavior of this company and i intend to go to the end of the way to get my right

Aramex / Shop and Ship had delivered my package to the wrong address/ person, how come this happens when they should be checking the ID first prior to hand over?! I have contacted them and brought the issue to their attention, but till now, no representative is giving me any explanation.

Please have a look at my shipment# [protected]; I lost a lot of money the moment I started dealing with ShopnShip, this purchase falls under the special commodity category, there are two spray bottles inside the pack, Shop and ship should unpack the item and treat the sprays individually rather than sending me an email telling that what I purchased was restricted item, I never hear anything from them after replying back. They take very very long time to respond and when they do, you reply to all and no more feedback comes back to you.
I tried calling, emailing, contacting, and everything in my power, no luck with shop and ship, no body is even interested to help me. I am screaming loudly ! Does anyone here me?
I need an effective solution, and a special customer service, the online chat is poor enough to the extent that customer shall wait very long time (exceeding an hour) to get connected to an agent, and sometimes does not get connected anyways.

I have requested to change my old e-mail adress in my SnS membership which I was using when I was living in Saudi between [protected]. My old mail adress is yahya.[protected]@ncr.com and I want to change it to [protected]@hotmail.com because my first e-mail adress was company mail adress and I am not working for that company any more thus I can not receive any e-mail from that channel. On Thu, 10 Sep at 5am, I ordered, for collection, and paid for (R699) a Microsoft Explorer Mouse. At 5:04am, I received a confirmation email. At 8:01am, I received an email that my order was confirmed and that payment was received.
On Fri, 11 Sep 2009 at 8:30am I arrived at Shop and Ship to collect my order. The order was not ready. This was a misunderstanding, since their system sends out several status updates. However, as a customer, I do not know that I need to wait for a different status update. To me they already sent two emails, the first receiving the order and the second confirming the order -- therefore being ready. This was annoying, since it was the weekend and I wanted the mouse before the weekend. I also drove through traffic for an hour to get there.
On Mon, 14 Sep 2009 at 9:45am I received a status update: 'Goods Ready For Collection'. However, I had been told on the phone to collect on the Friday after 3pm before 4pm? At 4pm, after battling traffic, I arrived at Shop and Ship to collect. They presented me with what looked like a second-hand mouse, out of the packing in a plastic bag, inside a Logitech mouse box. This is totally unacceptable.
