Shop & Ship review: mail forwarding service

Bogus Company. They take your money and do not provide the mailing service.
They will not answer my e mails. They do not answer the phone.
My packages are in their New York office and I can't get them to send to me.
They sent me 1 mail to tell me an item is unauthorized but they will not tell me which item is unauthorized and they will not tell me how to get the item mailed in the US or anywhere.
