Not a transparent! Unethical service collecting my fees from someone else!!! We
When someone is calculating fees on your website you do not provide the full fees calculator. (I ended paying more, and waited longer to get the product, because of your misleading information on your website) When I have asked the detailed breakdown of the additional charges you only provided the customs fees receipt. While I was still communicating with you asking for clarifications you deliver the item to my household and you demand payment from a third person which happened to open the door without knowing any of our communication. I have tried calling the Aramex number as a missed the call seconds after and did not respond.
As this package is addressed to me I should be the one collecting and paying no one else.
Desired outcome: To be fully refund the person you forced to pay just because it opened the door!!
Shipping charges and poor service
The worst shipping company I have ever experienced. Arrogant staff, trying to screw me every time I use their crappy services, very high charges with no consistency at all for sane shipment recurring over and over again. Last attempt to screw me this time: a pair of sunglasses with a weight of 80lbs (!), and they are requesting me to pay AED 1,366.00 as shipping charges! The real weight should not be more than 400g. I am still contesting the case, and I have submitted a complaint to Dubai Consumer Rights. Definitely I will not use this company anymore, and I strongly recommend not to use their services.
Wrong shipment weight and charges.
If there's only a -0 rating, that is the one that this crap and rubbish of a company deserved. It's been more than 2 months that I was battling with an issue for a certain shipment.
The shipment weight was wrong so obviously the charges is wrong too. The difference is almost 2kg! I have emailed them many times, multiple calls, multiple follow ups, but no resolution upto this day.
The most frustrating thing is, they actually acknowledged that the shipment weight is wrong and that they will correct it. But 2 months later, no ammendment at all.
Their responses is mostly a copy paste emails that it seems like you are emailing a robot with a name. Talking with them over the phone is worst! Disgusting customer service ever!
I ended up just paying the wrong shipment charges, and guess what?! They haven't delivered it! I can't just let go of that shipment as it contains important stuff. I really do hope that this garbage of a company will shutdown for good. And I hope all the people in this company that are not doing their job and caused me this distress will face a bad karma along the way.
I attached the picture of the shipment info that has different weight stated from their rubbish app and different weight stated in their sms, both are the same shipment. So you can see that their internal system are disorganized.
Shut down shop and ship! You are a garbage company.

Product kept and not delivered to me
- ordered product and received confirmation that it was delivered to Shop&Ship Springfield NY on Nov 21st under c/o my name and Shop&Ship no DXB943713
- sent weekly emails to follow up on Nov 25th, Dec 2nd and Dec 9th
- absolutely no response from Shop & Ship to not a single email
- multiple calls weekly to Shop & Ship offers weekly- again unresponsive and no answer
Desired outcome: Just deliver my products that I have paid for and you have received
I have had exactly the same experience.
UPS say they delivered my package on 13th December.
I ring the local office and email (uae@shopandship.com) and they keep coming up with excuses as to why they can't find the package - all mine or UPS' fault!
I have used them successfully in the past - but clearly they have an issue.
I have received a wrong item
I bought an item from a seller who send to shop and ship the right item to china through shipping company called SF Express, the item had been assigned under my name with the right tracking number and details, I waited for normal days to receive my item in Qatar, when I went to receive my item from Qatar’s branch I found a different item with a label from a different shipping company called YTO with a different tracking number, I asked them to check and bring me the right item they kept me waiting for more than month and half and then I just received a call from them to inform me that the mistake is from the seller, please find attached my right tracking number provided by the seller from SFExpress and the wrong item that they said it’s mine from shipping company called YTO.
Desired outcome: I need my right item with the right label on it
Shipment lost and need full refund.
I have ordered a product sum of 158.33$ from ebay on Oct 30, 2022 at 10:37 PM and ship to my shop & ship account , shipment detail attached. Shipment was received to my shop & ship account on Sun, Nov 6, 6:10 PM ( i received the email confirmation from shop & ship team ). I paid shop & ship charge 28.50$ on 07 Nov 2022 at 12:16 PM, As per shop & ship policy S & S protect will cover the insurance if item lost. till November 17th 2022 i didn't have any update regarding shipment so i contacted Sri Lanka shop & ship team on same day ( November 17th 2022 ) , then they replied on 29th November and asked me the invoice so i gave my ebay invoice. then on December 1st they replied that shipment lost. again on December 5th they replied again and said they'll pay only 50$ .which is not fare . I want my total lost or similar product.

I purchased a Iphone from China and shipped to my shopandship adress. Once it’s reached in my inbox, they claim that the battery in the iPhone is an unacceptable material and they wouldn’t not be able to ship the item .
Later When I complain to the customer care, they told that they cannot ship an item with the battery I double confirm them that it is an iPhone, which is used and I have the commercial invoice with it even then they didn’t allow me to ship and they ask you have to return back to a local address in China itself. This is strange.

Service
We had sent a package from Arizona to New York and Shop and Ship received our package in good and perfect condition. From New York to UAE, the package had been carelessly tossed and thrown despite us declaring that the items inside the box are food and groceries. As expected, the box itself was damaged and the contents inside the box were disarranged and in total mess. Unfortunately, Shop and Ship refuses to take responsibility for their negligence. Instead, they are blaming the items inside the box were damaged due to poor packaging! What a lame excuse! This is how Shop and Ship works! They have extremely bad service, not trustworthy. Communicating with the is completely useless. Check all my attached photos to see. I hope this complaint reaches their management. Maybe, just maybe, they can do something.

Complaint!!! - delivery of a product claimed to be unacceptable material
Hi there,
I need help with a package I had delivered from Thailand to Dubai. I sent 2 packages containing a gong and a wall picture. I split the packages to keep under your weight allowance so the wall hanging was split.
The gong has arrived at my home but now I cannot see the other package on my account and it hasn't been sent back to the original place. You claimed it was unacceptable material. The 2 initial tracking numbers are, [protected] & [protected]. No where under your list did it state that a wall hanging was unacceptable. Anyway, this is about the 15th time I am writing about this as no one is responding to me and i'm disgusted at the service of this. I want the wall hanging sent back to the original address of which I have paid for the delivery and sent the receipt. I have also sent on the invoice now and the address so there is no excuse to why this hasn't been sent back yet?

Delayed shipment [protected]

This shipment is delayed in NY for around 7 days to be shipped. Furthermore till there is no update about the date of delivery. Customer support team promised to deliver it on 03/10/2022. Till the tracking showing no update about it. This is not the first time my shipments are delayed and in another 2 occasions shipment arrived with damaged packing mostly when shipping from NY.
Refused To Be Shipped
I had ordered a case For a lighter which contains no lighter at all, it says only for a lighter not with a lighter, but Qatar shop and ship is refusing to ship it to me till this moment. They are claiming that it falls under unacceptable items as per the policy and when I checked the policy it is said that only the lighters is not allowed to be shipped, and it does not say about the case for the lighter which does not harm or violate the policy. Shop and Ship Qatar team is refusing to understand or even be flexible to read the invoice or look at the picture which were provided by me which clearly written and obvious that there is not lighter contained with the item.
Desired outcome: I would like them to treat this item as normal item and shipped to my address.
Damage and no delivery
My shippment arrived to my country and not shipped to me, I called them, they said one of the items is damage and they will send you pictures to see if I will accept it or not.
Everyday I am calling them and they promise that they will resolve the problem same day but with nothing is done.
I ve been calling for the past 5 or 6 days , twice daily and every time a new story is coming up.

My shipment was delivered to the France Shop & Ship address on 25th May 2022 but they are continually claiming that they have not received my shipment or they cannot find any shipment under my name/ account. After multiple phone calls, emails and providing the Invoice & Proof of Delivery which clearly shows the stamp from SNS, they still have no update as to where my shipment is. The Customer Service has the same response when I call them, your issue is being escalated, the team will contact you, your issue is being investigated. They only shuffle their answers, every time I call, its one of these answers, no firm update. I fear my shipment has been stolen by one of the Shop & Ship employees working in the France warehouse. This is without question 'the' 'worst' 'shipping' 'company' (not really a company) in the entire Galaxy.
I ALSO have a France Shop and Ship that isn't being followed up on. They requested for me to provide a signature from the shipper...I don't speak french and isn't it their job? I have shown them proof via signature confirmation/email and they still didn't respond - so I am baffled at how they don't know how what customer service is. Can someone ship them a dictionary in Arabic and English so that they might understand?
I got my package, but it was opened and stolen at the Paris facility!! Prada Sunglasses stolen at Shop and Ship facility!!!
I bought Prada sunglasses, which you can imagine were expensive. I am a regular customer of Shop and Ship and never imagined a situation like this would be possible.
The package was opened by someone and resealed, when I open it there was no sunglasses, only the bag to store them.
I have proof that the initial DHL sticker from Prada store to Shop and Ship Paris address states that the shipment was 0.6kg but when it was recorded on Shop and Ship it weighed 0.3 kg. Clearly a discrepancy on the weight. Also I have the receipt from Prada.
Desired outcome: I want a refund.
US mailbox delaying process of shipping
Nowadays it became the worst and slow service as you cannot even expect when you will receive your shipment , NY office not updating the movements, payment delayed more than a month while its still in the account , Flex memebership is not worthy to have or pay as you will get nothing special, the worst customer service experiences, even they dont know how to answer or solve any issue , just like a robot copy and paste the same answers ( Robot gonna be better )

Worst customer support ever
I placed an order, but by mistake the seller send my wrong item, so when I asked ' shop and ship' customer service to hold and wait till the seller send the right item and switch them, they told me "no we can't, we should send it to you 'international shipping' then later on you send it back to the seller ' international shipping'
So I appreciate shop and ship customer service for the worst customer service ever, right now they want me to pay for the shipping that already I said to them ' wrong item please don't ship '
