I am dumbfounded that a big company like shop and ship does not have the minimum required customer support service;

I tried calling, emailing, contacting, and everything in my power, no luck with shop and ship, no body is even interested to help me. I am screaming loudly ! Does anyone here me?
I need an effective solution, and a special customer service, the online chat is poor enough to the extent that customer shall wait very long time (exceeding an hour) to get connected to an agent, and sometimes does not get connected anyways.
Please resolve my problem otherwise it will be escalated to the next level, Shop and ship headquarters.

I have 2 packages delivered since Thursday and Friday and it not showing up and I was not able to claim it into my account also.
