Shop and Ship (Aramex) lost a very expensive item of mine. The item was delivered to Aramex - Springfield Gardens, New York. I have the signed proof of delivery and all the tracking information. It has been two months now, and Customer service has not found my item and is now not responding to my emails or phone calls. The item in question is very large, and on a wooden pallet, so not like it could get lost. I'm very disappointed with this service, and customer service.
