too bad i used to trust shopathome in the past but they totally messed up my cashback recently.
i made two big purchases separately via shopathome website with 110% guarantee. boost mobile and virgin mobile online.
i didnt get my cashback instantly but i did see the tracking number so i think it was fine. couple of days later i still saw nothing but the website requires me to wait at least 7 days to submit a ticket for missing cashback( so no time for me to modify my order before shipping or reject delivery).
today i did submit a ticket and they did a quick response. however they claimed that my clicks for these two stores were not through them and they could not credit me back. i told them i was super cautious because i opened a new private window and only logged into my account and clicked though them. the tracking time and order time for offers can prove it. they said because i submitted 110% cashback guarantee so my last click was though the competitor's cash back website not them. i found that ridiculous because i do not even register with the competitor website they referred to. And i waited more than half a day to get the 110% approval before i shopped.
their universal answer is because they cannot get credits from store and they cannot credit me back. Case closed and no more investigation. i asked them to give me the proof that the last click was from a different website they cannot provide.
so never use their 110% guarantee or this site again. they wont admit the system error/cashback track problem. good policy turns bad when customer service rejects to do further investigation and do proper adjustment. stay away.
110% guarantee not received
They cheated me out of a 110% guarantee that I requested the day I placed a large order. I am absolutely positive that I did everything correctly and should have been awarded an additonal 4.8% savings on my order. The so called "customer service" claimed that I never sent a request in for 110% guarantee, when in fact I did it 2X just to be sure! I even received a confirmation email from them that I submitted the request! Called the customer service number 303... listed on this page 3x and nobody answers, it just goes to voice mail. Don't waste your time! Find a better rebate site like ebates.com that won't cheat you...
Shopathome.com has resolved my issue by giving me credit for the 110% guarantee! I was not able to reach them by phone but resolved my issue using email.
I am new to shopathome and so far hate it. I bought allyou magazine form magazine.come because shopatehome give 60% rebate back on 8/9 and I bought it on 8/9 and now under my account it said bought 8/10 and only get 28% back. That a lot different. I would like to get 60% that was promised at the time of buying. I even got email from magazine.com telling me I bought it at 8/9.

I, M. K. RAJ KUMAR, S/o Sh. M. P. Kesavan, R/o House No. 2751/1, Sector 47-C, Chandigarh would like to bring into your notice about the frauds committed by online shopping company convincing the common people of this country to pay their hard earned money to the company in lieu of huge amount of prize money won by the individual.
One such company namely Shop at Home started asking for some registration fees to activate my file for winning the amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- (Rupees Three Lac Fifty Thousand only). They also asked for more money from time to time to release my winning prize money.
After paying them almost Rs. 39, 025 (Thirty Nine Thousand and Twenty Five only), they started making one or other excuse for not paying the money. Then suddenly, all their phones switched off. I had no idea where to approach them. While I was thinking of lodging a complaint with Police authorities, I again got a call from the same company from another new phone number.
This time they told me that they are going to pay the prize money to me and again demanded for Rs. 20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) to again reactivate my file. I once again become victim of their false guarantees and again I paid them the amount of Rs. 20, 000/-.
Again, this time they are not paying anything to me and on 13.06.2014 they asked for another Rs. 20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) to get my prize money released.

Now, I do not understand how to recover my money from this company. I have understood that this company is a bloody cheater and they are not going to pay anything to the poor people, rather they are just trapping the poor people by alluring them of false dreams of paying huge money to them and defrauding them by taking away their hard-earned amounts from their pockets.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from ShopAtHome for over a month. They promise action in one week but after multiple requests they are still hijacking my emails with unwanted adds. I need to be rid of them.
Cash Back not Received
I purchased a eharmony membership through shopathome.com They were offering 50% cash back for first time ehanrmony memberships. I went through the shopathome website as directed. This was back on March 17th. As of today I have not received the 50% back on my membership. I have contracted shopathome.com and even emailed then my invoice showing I paid $119 for membership and the date I purchase it. So far I keep getting the run around of them saying it takes 30-45 days to get cash back or to get eharmony to report that I made the purchase. I have sent several emails. If this was for a $5 cash back I would not be pushing the issue but this is for approx $59 cash back amount. One of the reasons I decided on this website was because of the cash back incentive. I had planned on using shopathome.com for other shopping but I will not now, I will continue with ebates the

I will never use their site again
I received cash back for my first 2 small purchases (about $7 total). However, I made several follow-on purchases thru this site and received nothing - one of the cash backs should have been $25. All of the purchases were made 2 months ago. So I go to file an inquiry request and find out that there are no track back numbers for my transactions, so I can't file an inquiry as this info is required for the form to be submitted. I can't find any other way to contact this site. I don't know what their problem is, at least a very poorly run website, maybe more. I will never use their site again.

I have been a ShopatHome.com customer for almost a year. I purchased a $900 camera from BestBuy, but NEVER received the cashback. I inquired about this, and never heard back. Other purchases are a hit or miss, and takes upto 30 days to hear back. If you dont hear back, you can file a cash back inquiry. They don't respond to these inquiries either. Id recommend eBates or fatWallet.

I was impressed by this site and even downloaded their toolbar. I used their coupon section and was beginning to use their rebate section. But then they did something unforgivable in my book -THEY POSTED THEIR ADS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE!
Not on the side but on my wall where the comments go, like I was endorsing them. I don't know how I was tricked into giving them my Facebook page. I was so angry I UNINSTALLED their toolbar. Glad to see from other reviewers, I'm not missing much!

No response on cash rebate inquiry
I made a purchase thru this website. Order never showed (nor the pending cash back amount). I'm only .02 away from being able to cash in my rebate check. Geez! Tried e-mailing customer service 2x. No response. Only an automated e-mail stating that they were looking into my rebate inquiry. What BS. I went with shopathome.com because they were offering a higher cash back %. I've also used ebates, and they are WAY better. I already received a check from ebates. These people stink. I'm surprised they are still in business. I guess I will have to report my complaint with the BBB if I don't hear from a rep by Monday. I'd advise anyone to stay away from shopathome. What a Rip Off and waste of time!

ShopAtHome.com advertises one cash back amount and pays another. New to their site, we recently purchased a television at Sears through ShopAtHome.com, with an advertised 15% cashback. Our Sears order total was $539.99. Cashback should have been $81.00. We were instead credited $27.00, only 5% cashback! We also never received the new subscriber $5 cashback bonus. After making numerous attempts to contact ShopAtHome.com, both by email and telephone, with NO RESPONSE, we will be reporting them to the appropriate regulatory agencies. ShopAtHome.com is a scam!

ShopAtHome.com looks like a scam. I purchased at safeway.com through ShopAtHome by clciking at the right deal which said 20$ cashback for orders of 49$ or more .I order edat safeway.com for little more than 49$. I received my ordered items as well. But my shopAtHome.com shows up only 13$ rebate cashback amout. Also i signed up and purchased for the first time through ShopAtHome.com, which means i need to get my 5$ bonus cashback as well. But my account says 0.00$ signup/bonus amount. Also no customerService number to contact them.. phh!
We are currently offering $13 on Safeway.com purchases to first-time safeway.com customers (see our Cash Back Guidelines on the Safeway.com store page on our site: http://www.shopathome.com/Coupons/shop.safeway.com#vr). If our site stated $20 cash back, that may have been on Extra Cash Back event where we offered an extra $7 cash back bonus. Currently, our system processes the bonus after the purhase is processed, and you will see the bonus show up days later sometimes. This is being modified so you see the entire cash back (including bonus) at one time. Stay tuned for that improvement!
Some merchants take up to 30 days to report our customers purchases to us. Yes, they pay your real cash back but their cash back system is not reliable. About 30 % of websites they advertised, won't pay you cash back as promised. You have to wait until 30 days if no cash back show up then you can send cash back inquiry, asked them to investigate. They never ever responded and resolved problem ! You will only received automatically responded email. That's it.
I lost my eligible cash back more than $20 from 3 websites so far . I do online shopping almost everyday and experienced many cash back websites. I would recommended "Fatwallet" or "eBates" which are more reliable and great customer service.
Beware, they are cheating
