Good morning,

I made an order almost 1 month ago the 10/03/2017.

Here is the order number: #DM1427039

1x Men's Military Style Jacket - Khaki / M for $34.99 each
1x Men's Formal Two Colour Dress Shirt - Black / S for $19.99 each

The payments have been made, and I still have not received my order. I think it's not very professional. As a customer we buy with confidence.

I would like to make a complaint, and I would also like an explanation.

DEALMAN is a scam retail site - they never shipped my order or responded to any of my inquiries. They provided a fake shipping number. I contacted them via FB messenger, email, telephone. If you google their company you'll see numerous complaint boards that express similar frustrations (several of them include replies from dealman where they essentially impugn their customer rather than address the issues). I'm going to have to submit a credit card fraud request / chargeback since I cannot get any reply or product.

I paid for mu order in February. Till today I did not received 1x Shield Sweatshirt Bundle - light Grey. What should I do?

I got one email from customer service. That wrote me soma explanations and a delivery number that has never exsist. It was in may. Since Then not even a Word!

Tried to contact them via e-mail and on Facebook - Messenger but no success

No sense complaining. If you ordered, you are not getting your stuff. Contact your bank to demand a fraud investigation. We must find a way to shut this company down. I wish there was a class action lawsuit to go after these types of people but they will continue and I cannot even get facebook to listen to me to get them off of marketplace. What a scam but I do believe in karma so if you hear something bad happened in new zealand, where this may be out of?, just think it was one of the [censor] involved!

I ordered 1x Lix Formal Suit - Black / XL for $116.99 on the 01st September 2017, invoice number DM1411912. I also ordered 1 x Armadillo Oxford Flats - Black/ 9.5 for $33.99 and 1 x Oxford Redux Flats - Black/ 9.5 for $31.99, invoice number DM1414349. I have sent countless messages through e mail and Facebook messenger but have not received feedback as yet. I need to know when can I expect my goods to be delivered.

I purchased goods back on 9th december 2016 and they took £69.59 out of my bank account and I havent recieved my goods, I have emailed them countless times and they have been ignorant and then they have the cheek to send me an email telling me I am a vip! I am now going onto trading standards to report the ignorance, bad customer service and thieving money off me for good I havent recieved!

Ordered 5 products on August 22nd, still no information on the order. I live in Florida so I assumed it was an issue with shipping and such because of the hurricane but nope.. still nothing. I emailed them twice 3 days ago and no response back. Their website doesn't seem to have a phone contact number either. Going to request a refund from paypal and flag them as a fraudulent seller if this isn't resolved very soon.

I bought a sweatshirt from deal man and did not receive the item at all. . Its been a month now and have not receive it. . Emailed them twice but did not get any reply from them. .

I bought a jacket one month ago and it has not arrived yet but the company says that the shipping time is 30 otherwise will give me refund or ship again.
They also sent me a tracking number #RO137964408CN but this number does not even exist.

No one replies emails and now they blocked me on fb from posting on their page and even blocked me from fb messenger. The only time that they replied on FB messenger, they said as long as I've emailed them, they will get back to me but nothing. I even check my spam mail everyday.

This company is fraud and a cheat. Steal other people's money.

Product/order not yet received with #DM1353110 (order number). I order blazer.

I places an order online on 26 Aug 2017 and tried to follow up with them. I sent them 3 email and they dont reply. no sign of the order or the tracking number online.

I saw the goods was on instagram but I logged to their website and register to place the order.

I did not think of this website as fraud but I think they are. and I need the way to claim my money back.

I speak in relation to order # DM1414032. I have constantly been trying to reach out to these people to provide something as simple as a tracking number so that I can follow up on the items I purchased. They have not answered any of my emails and at this point I'm about to report this to my credit card company as a scam. To make it worse, I leave the shipping address that they have for me in a next couple of days, so right now I don't even know what to do as I have no idea what the status of my order or the money I spent is.

I ordered a pair of oxford shoes on august 10th. It is now September 15th and i have yet to receive and item. I have not had any communication from them when i have sent (10) emails and (6) Facebook messages. This is a scam! Order # DM1404592 I would like a full refund of my money or at least receive the product for the money i paid! Then they try and scam you into referring friends as well as using you "discount" for a referral.

I have tried to contact the customer service via E-mail and Facebook but i have had no response. My question was to know about the status of my order ( #DM1407657 ), since i havent recieved anything yet.
