Singapore Post (SingPost) parcel missing

Recently I sent parcel to overseas . The staff told me it would take maximum 2 weeks. Now its almost 30 days still have't reach destination and my friend never receive any calls or message.
I went to the outlet seek help but they just told me they cant track or do anything if its not registered. i had sent parcels which were registered to the same destination many times all reached around 10 days so are you saying that all parcels without buying register could go missing and nothing to do ?
I called customer service hotline they also ask me just wait they also cant track. may i just know is there any way or just let it go? thanks

Singapore Post (SingPost) limited holding time for return to sender items

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my parcel was handled (RR818659387CZ). I bought an item from ebay that arrived in sg on 10/10/17.

I was closely monitoring the item but status was showing as processing in boon lay delivery base when i checked on Saturday 14/10/17.

On sunday morning 15/10/17 at 11am i went to check on this at Jurong point branch and i was told to give a call to the hotline.

This being on a weekend i decided to call on Monday 16/10/17. Then guess what?! My parcel is gone! sent back to sender.

Now can someone explain why this happened. Would it kill anyone to hold the item in sg for minimum of 7 days before sending it back?! How am i supposed to get my item now when it has been paid for and its not from a merchant store.

Is Singpost going to take responsibility for this?! Please i DEMAND that someone come out and take the ownership for this blame because i am pissed as hell for this idiotic mistake.

Call me back [protected].

Singapore Post (SingPost) mails from post

Recently i having lost of missing / lost mails... started with bigger items, now even small ones too. I got singpost to help me the other time but everytime they will just tell me not registered we cant track. Are you saying that even for items like kids pajamas or eyebrow pencil, i must pay registered mail next time so it won't go missing? Singpost can't or won't do anything about the continuous losing of mails or parcels?

Really disappointing.

Singapore Post (SingPost) mails by post.

Hi. My mails have been missing since the past month. Previously, an elder pakcik used to be the postman and I will never miss any of my parcels. He would have cleared his rounds at my block by 2pm. But now he is replaced by a young Chinese man and since then I have been missing my parcels. I thought it could be due to sellers cheating me cos I did purchase frm Aliexpress, Wish etc. But recently even my parcels frm my 10yr trusted fb sellers have gone missing. Worse she even sent out twice and both wrnt missing. I believe your postmen are no longer trustworthy. I opted for reg mails when I can but some sellers really cant do registered! PLEASE find out where are my missing parcels! I hate to resort to unnecessary arguments but please this is really uncalled for.

Singapore Post (SingPost) poor service from the postman

This delivery notice was issued to me as there was no one home to receive the parcel. The collection post office stated was Hougang Central Post Office. When I visited the Hougang Central Post Office on 26 Sep 2017, the person there told me the collection should be at Lim Ah Pin Post Office.

This is not the first time it has happened. The last incident was also the same - the postman gave me a delivery notice with the collection post office as Hougang Central Post Office when the actual collection post office was Lim Ah Pin Post Office.

This just shows that the postman is complacent and incompetent at handling the paper work. I hope your management will take appropriate action in dealing with this postman.

Singapore Post (SingPost) cd181329684jp

Hi,

I'm the CEO of Life Water Essence Pete Ltd. I am very dissatisfied at the toll call because all Indians speaking to me and their English is so bad and they don't know what I want.

So I ran a business and have been waiting for my parcel to arrive in Japan,
today at 11am your delivery courier sent my parcel and just walk away because my mail doesn't understand him.

So I had to rush back from wok and found out that I need to pay GST.
First, no message was sent to me.
Even so, I had to rush down to kiln post office to pay the gust which I did.

And I couldn't find any local people to speak to regarding my parcel.

As we need it very badly to operate business I would want to self collect today but no busy got in touch with me on that.

Singapore Post (SingPost) staff customer service

On 15sep, about 2.45pm, was served by this elder malay lady at Yishun post office. She was impolite and shown attitude to explain normal procedures. Her tone and facial expressions shown her impatience. It was only a less than 5mins' interaction. Her name tag was also covered by her clothing. It was really unprofessional and made the experience very disappointing.

Singapore Post (SingPost) failure of mail to arrive

I am submitting to the complain board in addition to the feedback form at Singpost website because my first feedback was ignored.

I would like to feedback on the non-delivery of letters to my home from overseas. While I know that non-registered letters cannot be tracked, I have failed to receive letters 4 times within these 2 months! Another two have not appeared despite being sent 3 weeks ago. These are the four that have been received:

1. Sent 29 June from Singapore (SingPost)
2. Sent 23 June from UK (Royal Mail)
3. Sent 13 July from US (US Post)
4. Sent 18 July from US (US Post)

Now I have another TWO which have not arrived despite shipped two weeks ago.

5. Sent 28 Aug from US (US Post)
6. Sent 28 Aug from US (US Post)

Could SingPost please check? I would let the matter rest but this is becoming a frustrating pattern where my purchases do not not arrive

Singapore Post (SingPost) *complaint* [protected]@raffles place po - delivery pending due to insufficient lockers

VERY DISAPPOINTED

SingPost please get back to me on the updates.

So I was waiting for the arrival of my parcel and I got the details that it would be arriving today.

I received the following text at 14:12,

Your parcel (XXXXXXX) is ready for collection at [protected]@Raffles Place PO: 10 Collyer Quay, 049315
(Location: At 24/7 Auto Lobby; Hours: 24 hours). Please collect by 18-Sep.
Collection PIN: 1894
Locker No.: D2

I went down to the POPStation for collection at 3pm and I was very shocked to open up a locker that was EMPTY. there was nothing in the locker at all

I called the customer service of Singpost to check on the whereabout of my parcel and was told repeatedly that accordingly to the system I have already collected my parcel. I told the customer service staff that indeed I have opened the locker but have not collected anything for the obvious reason that there was nothing to be collected.

I then checked online to track the status update for this delivery. Below are what I saw,

13/09/2017 14:11
Delivered to POPStation
[protected]@Raffles Place PO

13/09/2017 14:18
Unsuccessful delivery
Delivery pending due to insufficient lockers
SPEEDPOST SERVICE CENTRE

13/09/2017 15:00
Collected by customer at POPStation
[protected]@Raffles Place PO

SO, delivery pending due to insufficient lockers?! What does it even supposed to mean SingPost? Why would I have received the notification that my parcel is ready for collection if this were to be the case?

Tried numerous times to call in to check on what is going to happen to the parcel and what would happen next, but no one seems to be able to answer to that.

So I am now left hanging wondering if I would still be getting my parcel after their investigation (which will take 2-3 days according to what I was told).

This so far has not been the first time that I am receiving limited support and help when needed.

Utterly disappointed with this service.

Singapore Post (SingPost) delivery service

Delivery by singpost has been very disappointing. Nobody rang my doorbell or even knocked my door to deliver me my product. They just left the slip at my door. This happened four times already. Another recent incident that has been ocurring is that they did not ring my doorbell or knock my door? They also DID NOT leave a slip at my door step. I had to check my tracking number to realise my item was at singpost. This has happened twice already. This has happened too many times and it has made me furious. Please do something about the service of the delivery and please do educate the delivery man or woman to do the standard of procedures needed to perform a delivery.

Singapore Post (SingPost) delivery advice

First received delivery advice #1 article number AS041843859 on 29th Aug that stated I should collect my item at [protected]@112 Katong. So i tried to retrieve my pin number and locker number online but to no avail. On the morning of 31st aug, I checked my mailbox to ensure there were no extra advices in my mail. Headed to pop station @ 112 katong to attempt to retrieve my article. However advice couldn't be scanned and manual input bounced back with no results. Called the hotline and then got informed that the item is in transit to MARINE PARADE post office and will be there in the next 24 hours. So i returned home (on the 31st Aug) and received another delivery advice for the same article number AS041843859 stated that item to be collected from GENERAL POST OFFICE PAYA LEBAR. In my confusion I checked both advices, one dated 29th one dated 30th and I was told when i called the hotline that the item is going towards MARINE PARADE POST OFFICE. I had to make another phone call to the hotline to double check the parcel location with all these advices with wrong collection points. Totally wasted my time trying to retrieve my parcel with all the wrong information given to me. utterly disappointed with this service.

Singapore Post (SingPost) registered article lost

I have a registered article (airmail), tracking number CC290011305TW from Taiwan which has left Taiwan Taoyuan Airport on 12/8/1017, 1:20am, under TR205 flight, and the flight has landed Singapore on the same day 6:00am.

But since that day till now already 21/8/2017, the parcel not even reached airport processing facility? There is no status from there and Singpost is reluctant to help as they claimed that it did not reach the airport, but Taiwan post office has showed that the plane has landed on 12/8/2017.

Have been contacting Singpost for so many times and they always said they are not able to help, keep asking people to just wait and wait and it is more than 1 week since the plane touched down Singapore.

Please at least give me a status whether it is lost, or the article is being left out in one corner or what? that particle is very important to me!

Singapore Post (SingPost) delivery guy

Hi,

This will be the second time I am writing in and complaining with regards the same matter and issue. Earlier today on 17 Aug 17 at about 2pm, the delivery man came over to drop my parcel. I quickly ran over to the door upon hearing the doorbell to open it but no one was outside. I quickly ran down to my void -deck to get hold of the rider and it was true enough that he left after ringing the doorbell without waiting for any response from the occupant inside.

May I know if this is the standard protocols of SingPost? If this is so, why is there arrangements for delivery to doorstep and yet the delivery guy does not ensure that the receiver receive their parcels before leaving?

I really hope SingPost would do something with regards the delivery riders and ensure this incident would not repeat again!

Singapore Post (SingPost) A certificate from delhi university misplaced by singpost in singapore

My original certificate from Delhi University is not delivered by Sing post till now. The tracking ID is [removed]. It was posted from New Delhi on 1st August 2017 and reached Singapore on 4th August 2017 but until now it is not delivered. Sing post is holding my certificate for no reason. They said it is in the processing facility unit.I need my certificate urgently as I need to submit it to NTU as I plan to further my studies. I inquired several times, they said that they are investigating and it will take some time. It is very frustrating that since 10 days their investigation is still going on and the document is not delivered. My father who is 77 years old with great difficulty had got my certificate reissued from Delhi University but these people are not responsible enough to deliver it. They do not care about other people's time and money. How Sing post is going to solve this problem? As a responsible Singapore citizen I want a reply as soon as possible from the respective authorities...

Singapore Post (SingPost) international registered outgoing package

I sent an outgoing registered international package. Even declared the amount of the goods. I was under the impression that once you registered it is also inclusive of insurance. None of your service staff advised me to buy the insurance (which was $5 only). Considering the amount of the declared goods, I would not mind spending $5. Now, my package has gone missing and to know that I will only be compensated for $68 is truly appalling. The staff needs to be better trained. Regardless, if the customer wants to buy or not - your staff needs to ask.

Singapore Post (SingPost) can not receive an important mail

I can not receive a very very urgent and important paper documents with tracking numder: EA263411348CN, mailed from China. I'm losing hundreds of dollars because of this. Money is least important, speedpost is ruining my career.

From China to Singapore, It took only two days. Then one week passed, I still can not receive it.

I'm tracking my item once every two hours, the efficiency is so low. Then the system tells me the delivery man can not locate the address. They can never find my home no matter how much time I contacted speedpost and emphasized the address. I have requested to take it by myself. They told me impossible. I have requested them to send it to the postoffice. I contacted speedpost every day. They keep promising they will send within 2-3 days. Then they do nothing.

I can not understand why the delivery man don't call me when he meets any problem. I have requested to have the phone number of the delivery man, they say their policy doesn't allow. How is such a system going to compete in today's a globalization environment?

Now I'm requesting speedpost agsin, to send my item to the Post office at Jurong Point. I will see if I can receive my item tomorrow. I don't want to hear again something like "2-3" work days. It has already wasted me for one week. If I can not receive it tomorrow, I will contact my friend working for the media to do something, so that every one knows how heartbreaking and annoying to use speedpost. I really don't want to go to that place, but speedpost ruined my career first!

That’s the same thing Speedpost CS staff told me.
“Wait 2 to 3 working days”.
I called on Monday, they said exactly that. I called on Tues, again they said that. Nevermind. I called on Wednesday, they said that AGAIN. Now, it’s thurs, and my EMS Priority parcel from Japan is still not delivered. It’s reached SG the previous Saturday morning.
Come on. How many “2-3 working days” should I wait for? They lost my parce and are now trying to cover up.
When I demand to know what’s the hold-up about? The CS manager blurted out that the “courier team is still searching for it” and “please give them time - wait 1-2 working days”.

Mr Xiang Ge, please let your media contacts know about the terribly low efficiency of our local postal service. I’ve told my friends and posted on FB. More people should come forward and voice out. If singpost/speedpost cannot keep up, they should ship out. Let another company overseas local postal services.

Speedpost is AKA “steal your parcel 💩Post”

Singapore Post (SingPost) sent a parcel to canada for refund purpose but parcel is not delivered after a month

My tracking reference is RC676700122SG.
On 27 June 17, I shipped my parcel at Singpost Tampines branch. Tracking says parcel dispatched on 28 June 17 under dispatch number 4195. And that was it. After 11 days of delivery, item is still under the same dispatched status. Until today, there is no updated.

I called up Singpost call centre and engaged Singpost online customer service, but they only can repeat their policies to me . On 14 July 17, they finally raised an enquiry with overseas postal administration, ref [protected]/17 based on their policy. 15 days went by, what I got was a generic computer generated reply saying no updates. On 31 July 17, I went to Singpost Paya Lebar head office to raise the case on paper. On 2 August 17, an officer from the investigation team called me and repeated to me that they do not have update, will expedite my case and again, repeated the company's policy. So now here I am, required to wait for another 15 days for the next update based on policy.

Clearly, my case has not been expedited at all. All that was done was going through the motion. There were only words of acknowledging that there is a problem but no real action. I have to be the one initiating all request for updates. There seems to be nothing done on Singpost's part to check with Canadapost, Canada Customs, get people on the ground in Canada to investigate.

This was supposed to be a quick 11 days max delivery but now it has turned into a month long agony with the prospect of my parcel being lost in Singpost's blackhole like many of us here.

Yes you have a company policy to adhere to but you also have an obligation to deliver. So before you impose your policies on customers, examine yourselves on your service standard and delivery effectiveness. If you are not delivering as per your obligations, why should we adhere to your policies?

As a repeat customer sending parcels to North America, this is utter disappointment.
