My son was invited to sky zone for a friend’s birthday. I paid for him and left. I received a call about 20 minutes later that his friend was hit in the eye and his eye lid was split: I was told staff was helping to clean up the blood, did an incident report, and the boy was taken to the hospital. While on my way to pick my son up, I called and spoke with Laura who stated she was the manager. I explained that my son was not able to jump due to an emergency. She said it wasn’t true and no one got hurt, and I was not getting my money back. I attempted to explain what my son told me and she stated it was not true. When I arrived, my son and another friend showed me the staff that witnessed the incident, provided bandaids and completed an incident report. I asked Laura was she able to verify that the situation did in fact happen. She just continued to ignore me and threw a pass to return on the counter. Another friend requested one also as she came later and also was not able to jump. She threw the pass on the counter and snatched her pen out the girl’s hand who is age 13 or 14. This is unacceptable! Why would we ever want to return here?
