On March 6th between 5:10 pm and 6pm, a woman took it upon herself to remove mine and my kids stuff from a chair. She put it on the floor. My money, my sons iPhone, my key fob and my air pods were missing out of my sons pocket. The woman wouldnt get up so I could get our stuff. A manager I believe it was came over and the woman still didn’t get up but handed me my key fob and pulled my son’s phone out from the side of the chair. I was livid at this point. There were words exchanged from both parties. The workers never spoke to me till about 10-15 minutes later when I was in the dodgeball area with my son and on the phone with my husband as well as on my sons phone with my mom explaining what just happened. My husband is incarcerated so the entire incident is on recording. Things kept escalating and cops were called. The workers did nothing to try and speak to me ahead of time to see what was really happening and why I was so upset. They only spoke to the woman. I was given a notice by cops to not return to sky zone. I asked for the woman’s information cause upon further inspection the back of my son’s phone is broken. I had $100 I put in my sons hoodie so I could play with the kids. My air pods were fine and my key fob is fine. But the rest of this is not ok. Now I’ve lost all 7 memberships that I need to get refunded for and I’m not allowed back there, but the workers never once asked what was missing or broken or anything.
