Beware. You will have to sue them
I purchased the Sleep Number mattress with the lift mechanism, and after only a year and a hlaf, the bottom side of the mattress ripped because the magnets are not properly holding it to the box spring. This issue is clearly a manufacturing defect, as confirmed by your technician during the service visit.
Despite this, I was charged a $190 service fee and an additional $425 for a mattress cover replacement. Given that this is a defect in the product and not due to misuse or wear and tear, I believe these charges are unfair.
Since they won't stand behind their product, I'm filing a small claims lawsuit and will need to show up!

My husband did a ton of research and he was the one who decided to get a Sleep Number for our back issues. We got a base, the mattress and pillows, and everything has been very good overall. We are sleeping great.
Replaced Original Select Comfort with Sleep Number and L them Both
We have a pre2000 Select Comfort which is now in our guest room and a Sleep Number in our bedroom. We tried an expensive traditional mattress and moved the old bed to the guest room. Hated it. Gave those mattresses away and got the Sleep Number.
Most Comfortable Bed Ever
I've been a sleep number customer for 25 years. I have serious back and pain issues. Sleep number is the only bed that relieves the pressure points. I've tried foam, traditional etc... Frankly I dont understand the bad reviews because its adjustable! Too hard, deflate. Too soft, inflate.
In love with it
I have a bad back and I had gotten a Tempur-Pedic and hated it. I couldn't roll over on it at all. So I finally decided to go with Sleep Number. Their live chat online was helpful but I knew what I wanted so it took very little time for me to buy it. I already had a good base that lifts up on both ends like a hospital bed so I only got the mattress. After just the first few nights, I fell in love with it. I get up in the mornings and I'm not as stiff. I can straighten up pretty much as soon as I get out of bed and it is wonderful.

I called 800 number. No results. Then I got onto online chat. Female directed me to a male, Nathan as I had wrong person. My remote kept saying Connectivity Error. On remote I could not get it to work. Changed batteries which I had done 4 months ago.
Not that. I want to tell Nathan I found error myself. After 20 attempts unplugging and my hand flowing cord under the bed. My last attempt I felt under the bed to a raised square item. Edge of my mattress cover was over it. Pushed it back and said Binder is cleared. Bed is back ans Remote works. Last night. 11/12/2022. I am 87.
We love our bed
Several friends and my daughter had all bought Sleep Number and they enjoyed it so I got a mattress for myself. Nancy, their online sales representative, was absolutely fantastic. I went on the site first to just get some information. Nancy took her time and explained all the different features. Through our conversation she found what my Sleep Number was and she helped me to find which pillow would feel the best for me because I was also interested in it. When I put my husband on with her, she went through the same thing with him. I never had such good customer service as I did from her. We love our bed.

How much do you value a good nights sleep? Over 20 years ago I started to have neck and back issues, and back then Paul Harvey was advertising what was the call back then the Select Comfort beds.
I purchased my bed back in 1994, and my first mattress lasted 18 years!
Recently because my neck and back issues have become so bad then I decided I needed to get a foundation that would allow me to change positions electronically and I saw them advertising on the TV. I purchased the multiple position bed and it has been a godsend.
So my sleep number bed, along with mypillow.com pillows, have allowed me at least to get a good nights sleep.
If you are dealing with ordinary arthritis even, as you get older, I absolutely recommend this bed!

Mine doesn't have the numbers on the pump control because I got the lowest-priced Select Comfort mattress I could afford, in 1993. Note: If you want to save $, you don't need the box springs! It's an air mattress for heaven's sakes. It looks good on a platform bed.
Never mind that -- I find it exceedingly comfortable -- I feel cradled. It is supportive even when it's underinflated.
After many years, one of the 2 chambers developed a slow leak, so I was able to purchase a new chamber from the company for a very reasonable amount. At that time there were some signs of mold on the old chamber, which can be a problem with these, so I sprayed with a mix of grapefruit seed extract and tea tree oil.
Now both of the chambers have a very slow leak (after 21 years!) -- not enough to take action, as I need to add air only once every 2 weeks or so. Eventually I'll upgrade in order to get a new air pump (that may be where the problem is) but it will be the same brand.
Customer service is not for the customer
I ordered a dissembling and reassembling of our sleep number bed on March 6, 2024. I received the confirmation email that day of my order and the receipt. This service was set up for March 25th (dissembling) and March 28th (Reassembling) for a local apartment move. I got the confirmation email on March 20th and it had the order reversed. It stated that the assembling was scheduled for March 25th and Dissembling for March 28th. After trying to fix this issue with the after hours online customer service, she couldn't do anything. I had to call the delivery team. I was on the phone with them for 34 minutes on which they informed me that there was nothing they could do. The scheduling team wouldn't budge and basically didn't care that they put us in a difficult spot. We have a moving company set up March 26th. This was 100% the fault of the company and there was nothing they would do to fix this issue. I will not believe that they couldn't rearrange the schedule since this was a local address on both apartments. The main reason I had this set up was to make sure nothing was done wrong to mess up any warranties. Since they had to cancel the order, I wanted them to make a note in my account that if anything went wrong because we had to dissemble the bed, that the warranties are still good. They will not even offer that! As of right now, I will never buy another sleep number bed and I will inform anyone who asks me about the sleep number company to look at other companies to spend their money at.

Only gave 1 star because I had to mark a box but deserves 0/Zero. Sales manager lied to us the whole 2 1/2 hrs we were in the Norton Shores, MI store.
Obviously we found this out after we received the bed. We didn't want the movable frame back but we got it! Called him to complain & he pretty much said "too bad". I told him to come & get it because we wanted to return it. He refused.
Have filed with BBB & talked to customer service but did NO GOOD even though my 2 request were within the 100 day time period!?!
Bed loosing air & sags in center just like a blow up mattress.
Now my husband has fallen out of the bed twice. The 2nd time he fell (too soft) out he hurt himself. Went to doctor & my husband just got done getting Shoulder Replacement Surgery! It was suggested that we contact SN about the injury & we will?!?

My bed busted and my pregnant wife had to go to hospital after falling out of bed
Our bed busted un middle of night and my 6 month pregnant wife had to go to the hospital. My wife has been with Good year for 9 years and I work for a well know construction company and it truly bothers me when bad things happen to good people. We tried the bed for 100 night free trial and 80 days in we are asleep and our bed pops on my 6 month pregnant wifes side and she falls off the bed and has to go to the hospital because of stomach pain. I called in this morning and the only thing they had to tell me is to wait a week for them to come take the busted mattress back but we have to keep a 2500.00 bed frame we have not signed no paper work and was never told about keeping a bed frame or we would have never done this FREE 100 DAY TRIAL. When asked to talk to someone hire then there trained specialist you see the true colors of Sleep Number. I want answers and a phone call. There is a Facebook page titled "Never buy a Sleep Number bed". Soo many complaints... The word is getting out to the public.
Sleep Number has very poor customer service all the way around. They need to consider their customers & keep them satisfied. They very easily could reimburse their unhappy customers, take the beds back & donate the them to a charitable organization. They could then write off the beds! Less unhappy customers.

Pump failure on sleep number bed only two years old
The pump on my sleep number bed purchased in 2022 has failed already. I've called the company and they said it is no longer covered and if I want to replace it, will have to purchase a new one and have it installed for a $150 charge. Give me a break! I paid more than $4,000 for this bed, and now have to pay them even more. Second time purchaser. I will not be purchasing any more beds or products from this company.

Have to amend my statement above by correcting the amount I paid for this bed. Just looked it up, and it is $8,687 including sales tax. My goodness, I didn't realize I paid this much as I thought and still no resolution to my failed pump situation. This company needs to be held accountable for its inaction and treatment of customers.

My name is Raul Yescas, and this is our second Sleep number bed we have purchased. we are having problems with our bed, and we called customer service and set up and paid for a technician to come out and do any repairs need to get our beds to work, my side was losing air and wood have to put air in the bed at least 3 times a night and my wife's side would not release air it stayed hard all the time and this had been going on for over a week not sleeping and resting well all night. So, when we called customer service, they were not able to get out to us for a few days and we understood that, so they came out on 2/14/24 and did some adjustments and said that it was all good to go and the needed to replace a line that was chinked and were going to come out and replace it when it came in, I'm guessing. Well, that night on 2-14-24 I go to bed and after a few hours asleep I realized that the air is out again from my side of the bed and once again I'm having to put air in it 3 times last night again. so, I had my wife call again to customer serves California time 6am and the first lady my wife spoke to she said was polite and wanted to charge us again to send someone out to repair what we had already paid to have fixed, the second lady Pam the supervisor was rude to my wife and said we would have to pay my wife asked to speak to her supervisor and she said it may take a few days before someone could talk to my wife. if this is the customer service, we as return customers are receiving this will be the last time, we will be purchasing anything for sleep number beds.
Claimed loss: a weeks' worth of sleep and rest, and the work that I do my sleep and rest means a lot to me. I can't put a dollar amount to my sleep but would like to receive the 195.00 we paid for a repair visit that was not done.

Hello, I purchased a sleep number that was installed last year on January 4th. I didn't really use the heater during that winter because our winter was very mild. This past December of 23, same year we purchased the bed, we did use the warmer because it was a little colder. I noticed we were having issues with the warmer on the app. I finally found a remote in December so I purchased it thinking that might fix our issue of the warmer shutting off. Still had issues, so I went to the local store shortly after Christmas, the week between Christmas and New Year but the rep I purchased the bed was up north, 50 miles working at another store. So, I decided to wait until after the holiday to go back. I was receiving an F1 error on the remote so I called the 800#. I purchased a heater and went to the local store a few days later. They had an email showing that there had been issues with the app on certain heater settings. My heater is still not working correctly and SN wants to charge $250.00 to install it. I don't understand why they won't do this free of charge when I paid 8K for the bed and it's a known issue you have! To me, that is not good business practice.

if I could I would give this company O stars! Avoid this company all together. Purchased a king I8 mattress with adjustable base on 11/24/23 with a delivery date of 12/09/23 between 1:30-4:30. Got called at 1:50 on the delivery date by Customer Service to tell me my order wouldn't be delivered today because they order wasn't at their delivery warehouse and would have to reschedule delivery on 12/20-11 days later! I asked customer service why they weren't aware that my order wasn't there first thing on the morning of 12/09 and all they could tell me was this was the info they received. So this big company doesn't communicate this internally that the order won't go out. I said that there is no way I should be pushed back for delivery until 12/20-basically the back of the line, and that I should be ahead of any other scheduled deliveries they had after my original date. The best they could do was 12/13. Called the rep at the store the same day and told him what I was told and he said that their store has been dealing with irate customers with the same issue all day long. rep called me back and checked my order and confirmed it was at the delivery warehouse on the day it was supposed to be delivered to me. He told the store already had 3 cancellations over this and I would be the fourth if I cancelled which would have cost them over 35k in sales from that day. I wanted compensation from Sleep Number for this because I was flat out lied to! Our rep contacted his district Manager and followed up with a text message to me on 12/11 stating that the DM would gives us back 5% off of the original form of payment we used after taking delivery. Delivery and set up came on 12/13, but never got the 5% refund put back on the credit card used for this purchase. Made several calls to the store (Store # 10371 in Metairie, LA.) and went in the store right before Christmas and was told the DM was out on vacation for the holidays by the rep at the store. He emailed the DM because he felt that this should have been addressed like stated back on 12/11. Finally today 12/30 I get a text message from our rep stating that the DM approved our 5% refund amount of $334.93 as a store credit. So basically this DM lied to me as well. Why would I want to continue to do business with this company when they have repeatedly lied to me? IMO this company cannot be trusted to do what they say.
Desired outcome: to get the 5% amount of my purchase $334.93 refunded to my credit card that was initially stated I would get from DM over store 10371 in Metairie, La. instead of being issued as a store credit as I was informed of today 12/30.

Updating this review. On 01/02/2024 I received a call from an Executive Team consultant from Sleep Number stating that they would refund the amount that I was originally told by the District Manager would be refunded to me. As of 01/08/2024 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED the amount credited back to my credit card used to make this purchase.
Sleep Number is an absolutely horrible company to do business with. Will never recommend them to anyone!

First of all, we love our Sleep Number C2 wirh Flexfit 1 base. While in the local store the salesperson told me to check the web and I would get any additional discounts that were there within 30 days. A week or so later, I put the exact same bed in my cart and it was a significant difference than what I paid. After being on the phone with customer service for an extended period of time and then switched to a supervisor I was told that my browser was “recognizing” me as a customer and that is why it was cheaper and they refused to give me the discount. Im not buying that because I am sure the lady that sold me the bed that has been with the company for 14 years would not have told me that. At any rate ….. We love the bed but not the bad business of honoring what was promised. If you are not going to update the pricing to reflect the sale price then don’t advertise it. I honestly think the website was wrong and my call to request the refund prompted the change. I have attached my original receipt along with the website price that i had in my cart as of today which is significantly cheaper

I bought this bed in 2018 from a Sleep Number company. The bed is the ILE Sleep Number bed, can only be purchased at given times during the year it is a top-of-the-line bed. The bed is now not quite five years old. When we started having problems with it, we notified the company we notified the store we were only given replacement parts for the issues that were giving the problems, we spent eight to $10,000. When you spend money like that on a bed, the bed last two its lifetime or extend the lifetime, it didn’t. It didn’t even make the 15 year that they say that they’re supposed to last this bed started having problems two years ago. Knowing what I know now, I would never purchase another one of these beds. This bed is made of foam in the mattress portion, and the tubing, the connects from both sides of the mattress to the base on this bed completely tore themselves out. We tried to get plugs from the company. We tried to glue the plugs as well as the hoses back in so that they wouldn’t deflate, the mattress would not stay inflated. We were constantly inflating it every hour. The foam has become so smashed and malformed that it isn’t even creating a firm environment for the back to lay on or for the body to lay on. We’ve had to put pillows under the mattress so that we don’t have this lumpy pit in our bed. This was supposed to be a bed that lasted a very long time, and to help the issues that we have with our back and our body. I would never spend this much money on a bed again a foam mattress that’s inflated with air and the hoses won’t stay plugged in and continue to come out and the mattress is not firm it’s lumpy, that’s not what we paid for. Contacted executive offices showing them pictures telling them what we’ve experienced and at this point I’m getting the runaround I will continue to file a complaint and I either get a reimbursement for the mattress or the entire product.

I placed an order for above after visiting a showroom while on business trip in Houston TX. My wife and I explained the type of platform bed we have, and the salesperson informed us it would work fine with the mattress we wanted! Our delivery date was 11/9/2023! The install got into our bedroom and told us we needed to remove the 2 drawers at the end of the bed and all the slots bolted to the bed. That of course was a no no and would ruin out bed over a short being of time. They called dispatch and she requested to see out bed and confirm the installers request and we declined and exchange the adjustable bed for the temperature regulated slots. That required another visit, and they left us with the mattress at 50 % compression. Upon the second visit the temperature control sleeves were placed above the mattress with these tan looking sleeves on each side of the bed, with an external pump outside the bed. My wife called me out of a church meeting and was furious. We cancelled the order and demanded a refund. When I got home, I notice they did not take to mattress back, in fact the manager informed me the there is a minimum 30-day trail required before a return before they could accept a request return. I ask the manager what was I testing! I never got anything I paid for ($5059.42) Then she told me there was a return fee $250 plus tax to have it picked before the 30-day return. The new return date is December 9,2023 and that is 31 days after Nov 9, so again why are they charging for the return. The level of incompetence and confusion, being placed on hold and every time she attempted to close the order there was an error! This became a nightmare of dishonest and very poor customer service!

Don't walk away, run away! Do not trust them when they tell you that you do not need a remote for the adjustable bases. Although that may be true initially, just wait until you have issues with the adjustable base because it will happen! In order to trouble shoot the base you have to have the remote! Oh and the fact that you have spent $11,000 for the bed does not matter! You still have to buy the stupid remote!
I literally spoke to the manufacturer of the adjustable base and the remotes are included for free with the bases. However, they try to ding you another $50 for the stupid remote that they received for free! Horrible customer service! Do not buy anything from them! They will not help you if you have issues!
By the way, if this happens to you, call the base manufacturer. They will at least send you the remote for the cost of shipping and will actually try to help you! What a joke sleep number! Terrible service! I will be posting this review on every site that I can find! I will never buy from you again and everyone that I know will hear about this story! I did't even dicker with you on the cost of the bed. That's what I get for being a good customer? Shame on you!

Delivery of my Sleep Number Bed
I need a delivery time frame of the afternoon yet Sleep Number is not willing to make any change to work with me. When I said I wasn't available for morning delivery, it's because I work.
They changed delivery from Wednesday 11/14 7am - 10am to Friday 11/17 and sent me both an email and a text stating the delivery would be on Friday 11/17, 1:30 to 4:30, only to send me a text changing it back to 7am - 10am today. After more than several attempts I am left very frustrated and ready to cancel my order.
Instead, I will be sending Sleep Number a bill for my pay for missed working hours as I wait for my bed to be delivered during the wrong delivery frame that was requested, and if needed I will take this to small claims court for reimbursement. I bought a very expensive bed, only to be told no change in delivery. Sleep Number is not willing to work with me and I find that a very disturbing fact.
Claimed loss: 4 hours of work at $23 per hour

I purchased the bed in July 2022 in March of 2023 Spectrum updated our modem from a single 2G to a split 5G/2G. That night when the modem was changed the bed, and several online equipment went offline. One by one I was able to put everything back online except our Sleep Number bed. I immediately called Sleep number to assist with putting the bed back online. I was told by the representative that I probably did not have the signal to get the bed back online and that I should purchase a signal booster. Meanwhile they were going to send out a technician to assist with getting the bed back online. When the technician showed up, they were unable to get the bed back online. I have a signal booster set up and still the bed is not online, and I called Sleep Number again. FastForward 11/2/23 which it is now passed my one-year warrantee the bed is still offline. Spectrum comes by doing routine on checking the signals. I again tell them about my issue, and we try to trouble shoot and still the bed is not online. I called Sleep number back now this will be my 4th encounter with Sleep number and last night was appalling. I again did everything I was told including going under the bed taking out the pump box unplugging and plugging. We did app troubleshooting we did it all and finally the representative informs me that I need a new Pump Box. she also proceeds to tell me because my warrantee has expired that I will be responsible for 40% of the charge on the equipment.
I am appalled that Sleep Number would even ask me to pay for a defective equipment. I spoke with an escalated supervisor which she was unapologetic and unsympathetic and stated that this is my responsibility to pay to have my bed fixed. You can clearly see that this bed has been offline for months and we are not getting the full benefits of this very expensive bed.
I am asking Sleep Number to please stand by your product and make this extremely exhausting situation right. I do not want to escalate this; all I want is my Sleep Number bed to work like it is supposed to.

Rip off
Purchased this bed a year ago, called home store numerous times. Called customer service numerous times. Trouble shoot, again and again nothing resolved. Same issues. Bed won't stay inflated, responsive air doesn't work.
So many things we were not told.
After all this they finally agree to send out a technician "free of charge" (as it should be) but it's 3 weeks till they can get there, finally day comes, 8 hour window? so, day off work only for them to show up look at the bed and say it needs a pump, probably, but they did not send one so we can't do anything? now they will send a pump and we will wait another 3 weeks? these men were so unprofessional and downright rude. They told us we should lawyer up! this company is just a rip off. Liars and I believe sell products that are not what you try in the store. I would never recommend this crap to anyone, and I tell everyone who will listen about the horrible product and horrible customer service. I want nothing more than the $9000 back that I spent on this pile!

Sleep number salesman and delivery
When I purchased my bed I talked in length with the salesman about the frame I had. I needed to know if I could keep it or not. I even had a picture of it. He assured me that all I had to do was get rid of the drawers and it would work fine. Well delivery came and said no the frame would not work and had to be dissassembled before it could be installed. I explained to him what my saleman said and he informed me that it happens all the time. They say that to get their sale. I had the bed frame totally removed and scheduled deluvery again. Of course I had to wait until they could get to me. I had a date scheduled for oct 7th and they inform me 3 hours before they were due to be here that it had to be rescheduled again. I got different answers from different people so I know somebody was lying. Meanwhile no one could make it right and get it to me like they promised. Meanwhile I have had no bed to sleep in for 2 weeks. I was told that sleep number does this to get prepaid and then have your money until you cancel. Im looking into the legality of this. You made money off of my money and you dont refund that. Doesnt sound on the up and up to me. I tried hard to speak to the delivery manager and could not get through. I was told that delivery does not have a manager. Maybe thats why its ran like a zoo. I have already contacted better business and am in the process of filing an official report. I will never recommend sleep number to anyone. Not only is it important to have a good product but you need customer service also and you do not have that. Ive seen it for myself I also think I should get interest on my money that you have been using

The mattress is 2 air mattresses covered with some padding. So I returned it under the 100-night guarantee. Then they charged me $249 to pick up the mattress and I was unable to return the base. This deceptive promotion did not make the terms of the purchase clear. I should not be forced to keep this base nor should I be charged $249 to return a mattress that was uncomfortable and over-priced.

My husband and I purchased a Sleep Number bed in Huntington Beach about three years ago. I worked fine for a few years and then collapsed on one side. We called the SN customer service number bed and were directed to a website. We called back and stated what was shown on website was not working to re inflate. Customer Service would not listen. We sent numerous emails with no response.
We spent $3,500 for this item and

I ordered a new set of sheets about a month ago. We received the wrong size and bed type. I called and spoke to a rep who charged me $7 to get a label to return the incorrect sheets and get a new set sent out. The new set arrived and was again the wrong size and bed type. I called and spoke to another rep who did not charge me for the return this time but sent me another set of sheets. She also put in a replacement order for another set that we had used once, and they ripped. So, we were expecting two sets of sheets. Once we paid for and one replacement under warranty. AGAIN, we got the wrong size and bed type for the set we paid for, and the other set were sent to our old address. I called again and spoke with another rep who put me on hold, put in a new order for the set we had ordered and paid for (the only way we knew this was the email that came through shortly after being put on hold) and never returned to the phone call after holding for 20 min. The new order came into my husband's email, but it too was being sent to our old address that we have tried to update numerous times but can't seem to get it to stick. Had the rep come back on the line we would have told her this and made sure she sent it to our current address, but she never verified anything with us or spoke to us again. We called back and spoke to another rep who was finally able to update our address (apparently it had a start and end date set in the system that would not allow the address to update permanently) and then put in a new order for the correct sheets one more time. We had the replacement sheet set resent to us at the correct address. She did not ask for the incorrect set to be sent back this time, so we still have this set sitting here serving no purpose. Today we received the set we ordered and paid for (for the fourth time) and AGAIN they are the wrong size and bed type. I am not sure if we will see the replacement set for the ripped sheets or if they are coming to us here. I won't hold my breath. We ordered a California King, FLEX top but keep getting sent King SPLIT top. I don't know if the reps don't know what they are doing or ordering or if someone at the warehouse isn't paying attention, but this is getting ridiculous. When a set of sheets costs almost $300.00, and no one can seem to send the right sheets, it is a HUGE inconvenience to your customers who spend countless hours on the phone with support and have to package up and send back sheets over and over. This is not how we envisioned doing business with a company that we spent A LOT of money on a bed. It was like buying a car and yet we can't seem to get sheets. THis is not the first time we have gone through this. This has happened two other times in the past few years when ordering sheets. How is it that no one can seem to understand the difference between FLEX top and SPLIT top and KING and CA KING? I am so disappointed and we have still not received the correct sheets, the replacement sheets or a refund. I want someone to address this and make it right or I am going to contact Melissa Barra about this. You should have customer service trained on what they are ordering and warehouse employees trained on what to pull off the shelf.

Sleep number bed
I have had a sleep number bed for many many years. That being said, I now have asthma and hard time breathing. I bought new carpet and new furnisher for my bedroom and I thought may be there was something in them that was making me sick. But in reality I’ve been getting sick for a long time. I had surgery and slept in a different room for 4 months and started to feel better. And when I went on vacation this year, It seemed that I could breath better. I thought it was all the clean air up north that was affecting my breathing better. When I returned to my normal bedroom and after I came home from vacation, my coughing and breathing bad returned. I am getting ride of my sleep number after reading this. I hope it solves the problem!
Home Delivery Charge for New Queen Dual P5 360 Smart Bed
I purchased a Queen Dual P5 360 Smart Bed at 8440 B State Hwy 121 Suite B, Frisco, TX 75034, on 08/24/2021.They advertised FREE delivery if you purchased the bed during Labor Day Sale.
The Smart Bed was delivered on Sept 15th and I looked at my receipt and
discovered that I was charged $199.00 for delivery charge. I contacted Tara G.
Sale Rep, who told me that she could not reverse the delivery charge that was already in the system.
I left several messages for the District Manager to call me. He did return my call and told me it was nothing he could do to reverse or give me credit for the charge.
I also called the 800 number and spoke with several CSRs at Sleep Number who informed me that there was nothing they could do.
Attached is a copy of my Customer Sales Receipt.

Desired outcome: I would like for Sleep Number Co. to refund me for the delivery charge in the form of a check made out to me. I feel the compamy advertised free delivery if purchased during Labor Day weekend but I was charged for delivery anyway.
