First of all, we love our Sleep Number C2 wirh Flexfit 1 base. While in the local store the salesperson told me to check the web and I would get any additional discounts that were there within 30 days. A week or so later, I put the exact same bed in my cart and it was a significant difference than what I paid. After being on the phone with customer service for an extended period of time and then switched to a supervisor I was told that my browser was “recognizing” me as a customer and that is why it was cheaper and they refused to give me the discount. Im not buying that because I am sure the lady that sold me the bed that has been with the company for 14 years would not have told me that. At any rate ….. We love the bed but not the bad business of honoring what was promised. If you are not going to update the pricing to reflect the sale price then don’t advertise it. I honestly think the website was wrong and my call to request the refund prompted the change. I have attached my original receipt along with the website price that i had in my cart as of today which is significantly cheaper
