Snooze Management A queen bed I bought 4 month ago which delivered with missing screw.

I notified snooze Bankstown store about the bed I purchased around 4 months ago about the middle part of the missing screw which not provided and for safety reason I can’t use that bed from 4 month. After several contacts they didnot took any steps to solve the issue. I am taking it as a great negligence towards customers safety and disrespectful towards customers service though its proven snooze dont care about customers safety however they provided a faulty bed. I paid almost 4 months ago but cannot use it until now so I made my mind I will not keep that bed anymore. Please get back to me regarding the matter.

Desired outcome: Though I paid for that bed over 4 months but cant use it. i am requesting for refund perhaps For safety reason i cant use it.

Snooze Management My style queen bed frame

On the 11/06/21 my partner and I visited Snooze Logan, QLD and found a mattress and frame we loved. We chose a custom made colour for the fabric of our bed frame, we were told by picking a custom made fabric we would be waiting 4-6weeks to have our bed delivered. We were happy to wait 4-6 weeks so placed our order. On the 16/07/21 we were advised our mattress was in and ready for delivery but our bed frame was not. We organised delivery for the 21/07/21 but on the morning of delivery we were rudely called by Snooze Logan and they demanded more money to deliver our bed and loan base which we paid even though we were told our deposit covered the delivery of our mattress and loan base on the day we bought our bed. On 30/07/21 I rang Snooze Logan to follow up where our bed frame is and was told it'll still be another 6 weeks. On the 03/08/21 my partner and I went into the store and the sales person said that whoever we spoke to doesn't know what their talking about. I am obviously beyond annoyed about all the run around over a bed frame. On top of all this with STILL not having our bed frame, the waterproof mattress protector we bought is rubbish. My 7 month old nephew had a leak on our bed and it went straight through to our mattress. After ringing snooze, they assured me they would send a profession cleaner to clean out mattress for us. I never heard from any cleaner. This has been beyond a joke and the fact that my whole family has been loyal customers to snooze for over 10years is embarrassing. I do expect something more then an "I'm sorry". I'm sick of the apologies I've received from snooze, when it means absolutely nothing. Something needs to be done!

Snooze Management Warranty on the mattress

I bought a bed and mattress package from Warrawong store seven years ago mattress has 10 year warranty . The mattress started to take bad shape put it in for warranty claim to get it fixed my warranty was declined as they deemed that warranty is void due to excessive pressure . For them to come up with that excuse to void my warranty is wrong. I only weigh 85 kg and have no children jumping on it that's what they come up with just to avoid your warranty so I'm out of pocket $385 .
Take note when they sell you mattress and emphasise the 10 year warranty it means nothing at all .

Snooze Management mattress

We purchased a mattress from snooze for $5400 and its useless.They used a computer system to advise us what was appropriate ..and indeed changed it the first time.The second mattress was just as bad and now they want us to try a third mattress.With 5 months of aggravation, bad backs, sore arms, necks and sleepless nights we just want our money back but they will not honour their warranty, the franchiser won't speak to us and the satire keep changing their story.our emails to the franchiser are ignored.We purchased two other mattress from them at the time and had no problems.luckily for us we were buying 6 cinema seats at the same time from leather republic but found out in time that they are part of the same mob so we avoided that inevitable anguish by buying elsewhere.they have treated us in a shabby manner.

We purchased a $4000+ mattress from Snooze Moorabbin in June 2015. Whilst the initial dealing with the store was pleasant enough, the mattress is faulty.

In November last year we made contact with the store regarding our concerns as the bed has prominent dips and a huge hill in the centre, and is clearly faulty and in need of repair. The bed was taken away and ‘repaired’ in January. Within a week of its return the dips and hills were as prominent as before and have continued to worsen as the months pass.

Again we made contact with the store in May and this time they sent out ‘Mr Clipboard and Aggression’ to intimidate us – he moved around the bed making comments about body impressions and dramatically circling conditions in the Customer Care Guidelines. Enquiring specific times and dates of when the bed had been rotated – sorry we didn’t mark it on the calendar angry man!

Whilst we rotate the bed as per the guidelines, the nature of the mattress only allows for top to tale rotation, given the size of the bed and the cushion top. This may be a design issue, a problem for the manufacturer and store, not for us!

So now, after spending a lot of money on a ‘premium’ mattress, we are left with a faulty, lumpy bed that results in unsettled sleep and sore backs, night after night.

This was the BIGGEST waste of money. I would NEVER recommend Snooze or Select-o-pedic to anyone. In fact I intend to do the exact opposite and let everyone I meet know that they sell faulty goods and refuse to rectify their faulty workmanship, despite the supposed ten-year warranty.
