I went to soft bank to get a new SIM card because I lost my SIM card, the guy there was very unhelpful he asked me for my number like 10 times to tell me I’m not the account holder and I proceeded to asked that my husband and son had a account but I don’t remember under which account I was my son was close by. He told me he can’t tell me. And I asked if he can give me information about how to fix the issue that I was having he was very robotic and it didn’t have customer service skills bad representation for the company. as an existing customer I felt alone in this situation finally my son got to the office they procede to asked him for his ID to told us that my number was under my husband name and they couldn’t help us even though I told them that I might just get a bye number he wasent helpful at all at this point we probably go somewhere else. Since this company it dosent have people with customer service skills. I won’t recommend this company.

Desired outcome: Get more skill people with better customer service.
