I bought a sony ear buds and sony headphone from croma-Pune - Viman nagar on 5th of Oct, 2024.

The earbuds of right ear has stopped working and no voice is coming.
Need immediate replacement.
Currently I am in Gurgaon, so need to change there only.
Pls check immediately and get it changed in my locations
