Soufeel Jewellery they took another sum from me and didn't provide two orders

I bought 2 bracelets with charms from the company www.soufeel.com. This seller fooled me and didn’t deliver bracelets. I asked to provide money back, but they advised me to place another order and they would pay for it. I believed them. I placed the second order, but this seller fooled me again. They took money and stopped to communicate. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Soufeel Jewellery badly made bracelet and rude seller

Don’t trust to the scammers from the website www.soufeel.com. I ordered bracelet, which looked like Pandora, but it was badly made and torn after couple of weeks. I sent them emails and told that it was torn and I wanted to get compensation, but the seller spoke with me in rude manner and refused to help me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Soufeel Jewellery all bracelets were torn

I ordered 10 bracelets from the website www.soufeel.com. All ten arrived in damaged condition. Almost all were out of 2 or 3 beads. It simply missed. Also one was totally torn. I sent emails to this company and complained, but everything was useless. The seller simply ignored all my complaints. They are liars and scammers, so be careful and better avoid them. As well as post comments about your experience with them.

Soufeel Jewellery I have never heard from them since.

I bought 3 bracelets from soufeel.com. The bracelets were said to be worth $120.00 but were on sale for $39.00 for that one time. I thought the bracelets were pretty so I bought 3. The first time I wore one a little jewel on the end broke off. I was kind of mad, but sent them an email explaining the problem. They agreed in the email to give me a refund. I mailed the broken bangle back and have never heard from them since.

My bubblehead doesn't even resemble 5% of what i look like nonetheless they cannot do anything. Its like ordering tomatoes from a supermarket and receiving bananas and u cant do anything about it.

Its a scam .

Ordered my daughters birthday present on 19th February so it would be here in plenty of time. Today is her birthday and still no arrival. On contacting sustomer support all I keep getting is its in customs so nothing can be done and I can't get a refund to purchase elsewhere as "its not lost".

All im getting is the run around i never received the packages yet im being offered 30% back on my refund. I just got out of the hospital and i do not need anymore stress. Yet all i been getting is customer service being so unempathic and so rude. I went ahead and order the items from a different company; therefore i want a full refund!

I placed a order on 4-13-20 and i still haven't receive anything they sent me my tracking number but the last update on my order was 4-30-20 and no update haven't been posted it's finna be a whole month since i places my order trying to figure out was going on

I've been waiting for over a month now for my product I've emailed so many times about the constant shipping date being changed you've recieved payment and I am still waiting I will be reporting your company to trading standards and will be contacting my bank to hopefully get my money back I am very disappointed in your company!

I just recieved the light up ball and its no hwere near a photo . Like you can bareley see the picture tht was put on the ball . I meed thia resolved it even took more then a month to recieve and then when recieved its a horrible gift . So disappointed .

Horrible customer service. Always loosing packages. When ordering always make sure to click the shipping insurance or they WILL treat your package carelessly.

Well I ordered a watch for my boyfriend's bday and I didn't receive it yet or got a respond the watch is still in California and nobody to help me with order or to talk to I don't have $33.00 to just give away someone please respond or give me my money back my order #[protected]
