On the website it says overall I should of recived my order within 11 days I subited a complaint ticket on there website 3 times and each time being told I would recive a reply within 48 hours.. I have yet to receive any reply!

One star ha there isn't an option for zero stars? Warning stop don't shop with soulfeel jewelry unless you want to wait three weeks for your items. I purchased a ring and watch from here and my order still says processing a whole week later. It says 3-5 business days and still say processing not shipped not delivered but processing. When you call the supervisor is extremely rude and does nothing to help you out or apologize for the inconvenience. I would definitely not recommend anyone shopping on this website. Go to jewlr or another engraved place like in the mall.

Hello, I have ordered something 3 weeks ago and paid extra for delievery between 5-8 working days. It still hasn't came and I haven't had a response from the team. This is unacceptable as I need it next week for a funeral present. I am furious as I paid 12 pound extra so it came on time and no one is responding, I either want my item to arrive before Friday 12 October or a full refund as this is a gift that's needed for then. I ordered a necklace that says "jet" 4 days ago & haven't gotten an email confirming my transaction. It charged my phone but never notified me about anything. I clicked the "track my order" & put in my email but it says an order using that address doesn't exist. I'm worried & I hope this isn't a scam. It made me fill out a survey so I did. It even said the purchase went through & finished completely but it never sent me an email. I DMed the company on Instagram & they said to get with customer service so I hope this can be resolved.

bad quality of product

but unfortunately, 2 months after buying them, i started to feel really disappointed with the quality of both products, and here's why:
1)the color of the small hearts dangling from the charm turned to a rusty silver color
2) the chain attached to the charm opened, which i realized when the charm fell off (but i still have it)
3) the lock of the bracelet turned to a rusty color as well.
both products are supposed to be silver, which shouldn't change colors, as well as the price of both products should imply that they are of an excellent quality (which they aren't). I now feel like i had paid a great amount for a fake product.

I contacted you yesterday, Nov.7th, 2017 at the time I couldn't figure out how to put the safety Chain on the bracelet I'd ordered. I have resolved that issue. I apologize for that.
