I purchased a new $2700 Frigidaire Refrigerator from Spencer’s. After Delivery, it was discovered that the indoor water dispenser was leaking, and the Upper Ice Maker did not work. Spencer takes no accountability for the delivery services that they contract out. It was within the seven-day purchase window, so the manufacturer was responsible for warranty work. Upon first diagnosis, it was discovered that the installer broke a crucial part needed to operate the Ice Maker. It turns out that only 3 of the components required for repair are available in the United States; the Unit is still not 100% functional, which is a disappointing experience. I expected better from them. They pride themselves on having the best prices but do not take accountability for their products or services once the sale is completed. Buyer beware: It's not worth saving a couple of hundred dollars to have an untrained individual and company that does not care about their customers after purchase.
Desired outcome: Customer Service Credit For Future Use or Partial Refund
