Waiting
I paid for white glove and the 1 year in home service when I ordered the scooter. The next day I was told there is no service area near me and was told that my bank debit card would be refunded. That was on March 24. Today I called about the email that customer service said they would send me when the rear basket for my scooter was shipped. I learned today, the 28th that they have just sent the $274.00 refund and they are sending the basket today also and they will send me emails on both items. I got the scooter quickly and got it put together except the front basket doesn't fit. That's not a problem. I just hope I'm not getting the run around about getting my refund sent to my bank. I tried to send a picture of the proof of purchase but I don't know how to make the picture smaller so you would accept it.

Excellent Service
The chair came over a week earlier than predicted.
The quickie is a great rigid, minimalist chair.
Well built. Feels very solid. Not prone to tipping either on the roll axis nor backwards.
My sales representative, Phil, was very helpful, went through explaining all the variables to be certain I got exactly what I wanted.
When next I need a chair, Spinlife it is
Kudos
Spinlife
They were very good with helping return and replacing a new rollator I purchased from them. The first one was jammed in lock position. I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I had a Drive rollator that didn't hold up at all. Tried their Invacare rollator and it seems to be a lot more sturdy, a higher quality rollator. Am very pleases with the product and the service of spin life!
Excellent Customer service
I would like to commend Mr. Wilson, who helped me yesterday with my order of 2 extra wheels for a wheelchair (that I bought from you in March 2019 but unfortunately arrived damaged via a following shipment to Venezuela). When I explained that the person in need of the wheelchair could not use it until the new wheel was ordered, Mr. Wilson was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the correct wheels. I am very grateful to him and
SPIN LIFE SURPRISE WOW
Bought an EW-75 Scooter that had to be replaced by EW-72 after a long wait. I escalated my complaints and was contacted immediately by the Senior VP Pattiann McAdams. She was genuine in her concern for the last minute substitution due to parts' shortages that we even decided to order a Twilight PR-761 lift chair recliner from them because of it. We're ready to go to the local store to make a deal but changed our minds and made it with her instead. She's the best!
They met my expectations
I purchased a travel pro last year for my disabled son. The price was terrific. The decision to buy was a no brainer. It arrived within 4 days. I figured it would take a week or more. Put it together in twenty minutes myself. Showed my son how to operate it and we've had no issues. This scooter has ridden allover the streets of Boston and even Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The only negative is battery life. They degrade rapidly. I have switched to lithium batteries which has increased range by 4x, unfortunately I have yet to get charging the batteries figured out. I have had no reason to call the company and that's a blessing. All companies are short on old fashioned customer service. Click and buy, then you're on your own. If you want and expect the service of yesteryear, go to a brick and mortar store and pay a higher price.
EXCELLENT SERVICE EXCELLENT SCOOTER
ORDERED MY PRIDE RAPTOR ON 9 DEC 2020, IT WAS DELIVERED ON 18 DEC 2020. I WASNT EXPECTING DELIVERY UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF JANURARY. MY SALES REP BETH DID A GREAT JOB ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND TAKING MY ORDER. TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TO UNPACT THE SCOOTER AND INSTALL THE MIRRORS AND COWLING. CHARGED THE BATTERIES OVERNIGHT. SCOOTER CAME IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT. THE SCOOTER IS LARGER THAN I EXPECTED. THATS GOOD. IM A BIG GUY. LOW SPEED IS ABOUT THE SAME AS MY GO GO SPORT BUT THE HIGH SPEED IS AMAZING, THAT WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE THUMB THROTTLE BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO. THE BRAKING IS REALLY GOOD. R&L CARRIERS DELIVERD THE SCOOTER. TED THE DRIVER PUT THE SCOOTER IN THE MIDDLE OF MY GARAGE, MAKING IT EASY FOR ME TO TEAR DOWN THE PALLET WHEN UNPACKING THE SCOOTER. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SPINLIFE PROVIDED, R&L CARRIER. IM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SCOOTER.
Hi once again, getting older begins to take its hold
Hi once again, getting older begins to take its hold on my walking and it is getting harder and harder to get around. I have come to the conclusion that I need a vehicle now to get around. I went to this site called Spinlife.com and purchased a scooter so I can get around. When the scooter arrived it had everything I needed to get around and it is easy to take a part. The heaviest part I believe is 32 pounds. The scooter breaks down to 5 pieces and the battery is good for 15 miles, it really lasts long. Once I showed everyone how to break down the scooter everyone wanted to put it together and take it a part. The scooter costs around $680.00 I believe, go and look at the site, you can change the color from maroon to blue if you want or change it back the colors came with the scooter. I love it and it lets me get around, it has everything you need to get around, trust me, the price is right and the vehicle is sturdy seems long lasting. If you need to get around this is the place to look, why rent all the time when you can buy it at a reasonable price. Bye bye for now. Stuart
I purchased model #**** and I really like it, but unfortunately, it stopped working
I purchased model #*** and I really like it, but unfortunately, it stopped working. After their repairmen came three times to install a new part, they discovered that the motors were wired incorrectly. SPIN LIFE was very helpful and replaced my scooter with model #***. The reason I am writing to you is that I would like to purchase a 2-year warranty for my new scooter, but I was informed that it is not possible. As a senior living on a very limited income, I am concerned about what I would do if this scooter breaks down.
Sent bariatric power wheel chair. The seat was huge. i have to pay them 15% plus shipping to send back the huge chair that would not fit through my doors. They charged a lot more for the chair when they added standard things that come with the chairs. The guy that brought the chair out put the chair together in my garage after he got to my house. Beware of this company. Also the delivery date was moved way past the date shown when chair was purchased. First delivery date was 04/12 then they changed it to 04/28 then changed it to 04/30. I need the chair 04/12 not 04/30. After having to pay to send this huge chair back plus 15%, I purchased one at a medical supply place.
Like many reviews on here, mine is also very negative. I purchased an electric scooter for my 94 year old mother. It arrived late and the front right axle is bent. I have been in communication with the supplier via e-mails and twice they have sent the wrong part for the front end. Now they are not returning my e-mails. After 3 months, all they can say is the correct part for the front end will be shipped any day. I will not be recommending this supplier to anyone.
This company promises you products at a certain time but does not deliver. They just want to get you money. Don't use them. Promised the product in a week, and it has been a month now and they keep blaming the manufacturer. Poor business practices. I feel sorry for Numotion, who just bought spinlife...a poor deal if they keep up their poor delivery estimates. I talked with a manager at Spin life and she said she would get back to me that day, but she blew me off. No return phone call.
I wish my experience was different from most of the other complainants, but unfortunately, it is not
I wish my experience was different from most of the other complainants, but unfortunately, it is not. I paid for a chair that was supposed to be shipped within a few days from the warehouse, but it didn't happen. The projected shipment date was initially set for September 2nd, but it was changed to September 13th on that same day. And guess what? As you already know, it still hasn't been shipped. I assume we are all in the same situation, having placed an order with a company and not receiving something as simple as a pair of socks or any other trivial item, but rather something that is crucial for our health and well-being. I am not happy about this, and I understand that my little rant will not change anything, so why did I write and, more importantly, send it? Because I believe my opinion matters! I understand that the world is currently facing many challenges and delays can happen, but that doesn't mean anything to someone who relies on a mobility product like me! And by "depends," I don't mean diapers or anything like that, at least not yet.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have bent dealing with them for three months with no help. I gave them the old number of my old chair and they sent me the wrong chair and wanting to charge hundreds of dollars to sent it back.
THEY LIE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
they did a HARD up sale trying to tell me I needed more expensive things. Used to trust them, called regarding new batteries for my scooter and they did a HARD up sale trying to tell me I needed more expensive things. No more - do not trust
Ordered a lift chair for my adult son who is multiply handicapped, who was excited to get this chair, along with his staff. I saw that the money went through on my credit card, so after 3 1/2 weeks of no emails regarding when it would be delivered, I emailed the company. All I received was a VERY short email ONLY saying they couldn't process my order and the money would be refunded. Why didn't they let me know sooner so we could've ordered a different one sooner? And why the short email? Usually there is an apology, an explanation, SOMETHING. Also, when the refund wasn't showing up on my credit card website, I emailed again making sure they refunded me (which thankfully they did). But again, a short rude email with no apology or explanation or even a suggestion for an alternate chair (if indeed my choice of chair was somehow the issue - who knows?). Perhaps the products are quality (I wouldn't know) but the customer service was lacking and inconsiderate in my opinion.

I ordered a wheelchair on July 21. I was told it would arrive by August 12. However, when the 12th came, there was no email with a tracking number. I had to call them for an update. They informed me of another delay and promised I would receive a tracking number once it was set to arrive on August 26. This was confirmed via email from the company. Yet again, on the 26th, there was no call or tracking number. I had to contact them once more, only to be told there were difficulties with the delivery. I had already made it clear in an email that if I didn't receive confirmation of delivery, I would request a refund. The representative put me on hold to speak with a manager. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. I immediately got in touch with my bank. The company's customer service was unsatisfactory, and the pandemic is no excuse for this level of service. I've missed special events and doctor's appointments because of their lack of communication and reliability. I recommend finding a trustworthy merchant that can provide quality customer service and deliver on time.
Wish my story was different than most of the other complainants, but it's not. Paid for a chair that claimed to ship in a few days from the warehouse and didn't. Had a projected shipment date of 9/2, which was changed on that date to 9/13. Guess what? You already know, it hasn't shipped yet. Guessing we're all in the same mess and placed an order with a company to not get a trivial item, but something that is vital to our health and wellness! I'm frustrated and understand that my little rant will not change anything, so why did I write and more importantly send? Because I matter! Understand the world's upside down and delays happen, but that doesn't mean it's insignificant to anyone that depends on a mobility product! Depends, and I'm not talking about any trivial items either. Not yet anyway.
This company experience is teaching me to check for customer comments before buying service furniture. I've been fortunate that I got my chair earlier than expected, but I think that is because I called a few times with addtional questions and pleads for expediency in delivery. However, the in-home warranty service is proving to be a farce. The numbers the delivery man gave me directed me to call Spinlife for consultation and directions before anyone can come to my house if they see fit. 24 hour emergency repair service doesn't exist. You can't talk to a customer rep at night or the weekend. You must call Mon - Fri at 9AM - 6PM only. ULTIMATELY...when I spoke to Spinlife, they instruct me to do physical repairs myself. When my remote stopped working, I had to let them send me a new one to attach my (disabled) self. When the hindges made straining sounds, I was told to buy oil spray and oil the joints. Does this sound like a comedy skit? THEN, they can charge me to send someone to assess the sounds, then replace any broken parts found for free. I hate to think what the parts replacement process would be. I'm stuck with a noisy lift chair.
Chair was advertised as being delivered "white glove assembled" and came in 4 boxes
Chair was advertised as being delivered "White Glove assembled" so I ordered it thinking I wouldn't have to pay someone to assemble it for me. I was delivered on a pallet in for boxes (see picture) so I called to speak to representative and she acted like she really didn't care and said she would see if they could find a technician in my area to assemble it for me but couldn't say how long it would take or even if she could get one. I told her my neighbor was going to try to put it together for me and I would pay him something for doing it for me. Would spin Life credit me whatever I pay him. They said absolutely NOT. HE WAS NOT CERTIFIED. Long story short, my neighbor put it together for me and I paid him two hundred dollars, he did a great job! Never use Spin Life again. Lousy service and don't provide what they advertise.
Recommendation: I would not use them again
SpinLife Review: Terrible Company, Heartless Customer Service, and Faulty Devices
I bought two mobility devices from SpinLife because I have a muscle disease and a bone disease. I was really excited to get them because I thought they would help me get around more easily. Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with them.
The first problem was that they kept breaking. I had to have SpinLife come out five times to replace parts. Even though the devices were under warranty, they refused to replace the scooter. Can you believe that? FIVE TIMES! Each time it broke down, I was out alone trying to enjoy my day, only for it to break down and leave me stranded miles from home. It was really frustrating and made me feel even more disabled than I already am.
One time, the device broke down and I got overheated. I have a disease where I can't get overheated or it affects my heart. I also have a broken shin, so I couldn't walk and had to wait for help. It was really scary and I felt really helpless.
The worst part was that SpinLife blamed me every time. They said I drove it too much, I drove it too far, it was only meant for inside my house, and so on. According to them, I can only be disabled in my house, not go to the doctor or around the block with my family. It was really frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about my disability at all.
I started using the other mobility device as a backup, but the battery won't stay charged. I bought new batteries, but they won't stay charged either. I've spent over $4000 and I'm trapped here with no mobility device because this heartless company DOES NOT CARE that you are disabled. They just want your money. They blame you, they are dismissive, and obviously have not a care in the world about your disability.
Please, please, please do not buy from SpinLife. They are a terrible company and they don't care about their customers. If you're disabled like me, you deserve better than this.
Warning: Frustrating Experience with SpinLife.com's Wheelchair Purchase and Service Provider
My husband and I recently purchased a wheelchair from SpinLife.com for his early onset Parkinson's disease. We were excited to receive the new chair, but unfortunately, it didn't take long for us to experience some issues. After only two days of use, the back wheel locked up, leaving my husband unable to move around freely. We contacted the service provider, Pride Mobility Corp, who informed us that it would take 5-7 business days for someone to come out and assess the problem.
To our surprise, Pride Mobility Corp called us shortly after to say they were sending out a part for the wheelchair. We were confused as to how they knew what part to send when no one had even looked at the chair to see what was wrong. We waited for days without any word from the company, so I decided to call them myself. To my dismay, I found out that the part had not even been sent yet. I was frustrated and disappointed that we were left in the dark about the status of our wheelchair.
After some discussion with the customer service representative, we were finally able to get a technician to come out and assess the chair. The technician informed us that the left motor was malfunctioning, which was surprising since this was a brand new chair. He advised us to order a new part and wait for it to arrive, as he had seen people wait months for replacement chairs.
As you can imagine, this was a frustrating and stressful experience for my husband and me. He has already paid for the chair and needs it to get to his job, but he has now gone over two weeks without it. This is unacceptable, especially for those who rely on wheelchairs for safety and quality of life.
I want to warn others about the potential issues that can arise when shopping at SpinLife.com. While the website may seem like a convenient option for purchasing medical equipment, the lack of communication and slow response time from the service provider can cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope that our experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others who are considering purchasing from this site.
SpinLife Review: Good Products, Poor Service and Customer Support
The products at SpinLife are pretty good, but if you need to get them serviced, you better buckle up for a long ride. The problem seems to be that the customer service department and the sub-contractor company that actually does the service don't talk to each other very well. When the service tech came out to evaluate what he needed, he put in a request for parts to SpinLife. The parts got shipped to my father-in-law, but when the service tech came out again, one of the parts he needed wasn't there. We told SpinLife, but they shipped the wrong part again. The chair still wasn't working. After a lot of back and forth, we finally got the right part and it got installed. But it was a real hassle.
One thing that was really frustrating was that the parts got shipped to us, not the service company. We never got an invoice or anything, so we didn't know if we had the right parts or not. Luckily, we didn't have to pay for the messed-up service call because the parts were under warranty. But we still had to pay $179 for the service call, which was a bummer.
The customer service department was pretty unhelpful, too. They said they would call us back, but they hardly ever did. I left a bunch of messages over the course of a month, but I only got two calls back. It was really stressful and frustrating.
I thought SpinLife would be a good company because they have a good rating on the BBB website. But when I looked at the customer reviews, I saw that 68% of them were negative. So I guess you have to decide for yourself if you want to use them.
Disappointing Experience with SpinLife: Unreliable Chair and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with SpinLife. My dear old mother, bless her heart, decided to order a chair from them a few months back. She's 80 years old and not in the best of health, so it was important to her to have a comfortable and reliable chair. Unfortunately, that's not what she got.
Within just two months of using the chair, it started to break down. Can you believe it? And this wasn't some cheapo chair, mind you - she spent over $1500 on it! The thing arrived in November 2018, and by January 30th 2019, we were already having issues. I called up SpinLife in early February to order the necessary part, and it wasn't until early March that it finally arrived. Talk about slow service!
But that was just the beginning of our troubles. I called them over and over throughout the month of March, trying to get a service tech out to fix the chair. Every time, they told me the same thing: "Someone will call you soon." Yeah, right. It wasn't until early April, after I got pretty heated with them, that they finally scheduled a guy to come out and take a look.
To be fair, the service tech seemed like a decent guy. He spent a good three hours at our house, trying to fix the chair as best he could. But no sooner had he left than the chair started acting up again - and this time, it was even worse. It was like the thing was slipping gears and jerking around, which was really scary for my mom, who's almost an invalid at this point.
So I called SpinLife again, hoping to get some help. But no dice. Every time I call, they give me the same old runaround: "We'll call you back soon." But they never do. I've been calling them every day since April 15th, trying to get them to fix this dang chair, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They just don't seem to care.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend SpinLife to anyone. They're a terrible company, in my experience. If you're looking for a reliable chair or any other mobility equipment, I'd suggest going elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.
SpinLife Review: Frustrating Experience with Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with SpinLife that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a Golden Tech. Assist Chair from their website and paid in full. However, after waiting for two months, I still had not received my chair. I decided to contact SpinLife to inquire about the delay, and they informed me that it would be another two weeks before I could expect delivery.
Another month went by without any updates or returned emails from SpinLife. I began to feel concerned and decided to investigate. To my surprise, I discovered that my chair had been delivered to a store 200 miles south of my location. When I contacted that store, they informed me that they could not deliver the chair due to the distance. However, they did inform me that there were three stores within four miles of my home that could deliver the chair to me.
Despite this information, I waited another two weeks without any response from SpinLife. Frustrated and feeling ignored, I decided to cancel my order. However, I was informed that I would be charged for delivery fees and a restocking fee.
A week later, I received an email from SpinLife claiming that their delivery person had contracted COVID-19, which was the reason for the delay. However, I knew this was not true because I had spoken with the southern store twice, and they had informed me that the chair would need to be reshipped.
Recently, I received a call from another white glove delivery store, but they were located 100 miles north of my location. They wanted to deliver my chair on Saturday, but I refused to accept delivery. I knew that there were three stores in my hometown that represented SpinLife delivery, but they had been overlooked.
One of the biggest frustrations with SpinLife is that you cannot actually talk to their management. Instead, you are directed to a call center. Additionally, there is no actual brick and mortar store, as it is just virtual.
Overall, I would not recommend doing business with SpinLife. If you do decide to purchase from them, I would advise against paying in advance. And, as always, buyer beware!
Disappointing Experience with SpinLife: Overpriced Chair and Poor Customer Service
It's been a long time since we got our chair from SpinLife and we're still waiting for them to fix the problem. We paid a lot of money for this chair and it's disappointing that we're still having issues. I tried to leave a review on their website, but it seems like I can't do that. Strange, right?
When we ordered the PR 535, the agent was very enthusiastic and recommended it highly. We paid extra for upgrades, including oversizing the chair and getting a "lifetime" premium fabric called Brisa. Unfortunately, the chair's actual dimensions are smaller than what was advertised. They sent someone to fix it, but it's still not the right size. It also lists to one side. It's been over a year since the repair person came, and I can't get anyone to respond to me.
The seat back is comfortable, but only if you're not a large person. The website claims that it fits someone who is 6'2", but the back is very short. My grandson, who is about 5'6", has his head above the back. The back on our old chair, which cost less than 1/6 of this new chair, was higher! My husband needs to use an extra cushion on the seat because there isn't much padding. The "premium" fabric is so slippery that my husband has to be careful when he uses the lift mechanism. The "protective" covers are useless.
Overall, dealing with SpinLife has been a disappointment. We spent almost $2,000 on a chair that doesn't meet our needs, and their customer service has been nonexistent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Wrong lift for my chair-bruno lift - (lift is good) they should not have approved for my chair
I am so very angry. I provided detailed information as to my needs. The salesperson assured me she knew best and told it would work for my wheelchair. Well after waiting almost a month, got it installed a 90-minute ride from my home, and get back home, the wheelchair does not fit. I have contacted them, and they have not taken responsibility. They offered...

I ordered a patient lift, a digital scale, and a wheelchair for my grandfather, who recently had both legs amputated due to stage 4 kidney disease. He is unable to move on his own, and it is challenging to transfer him from his chair to the bed. Constant movement is necessary for him to breathe properly and prevent bed sores. The expected delivery date for the order was May 18, 2020. We received the package and had someone come to help assemble it on May 19. However, we were unsure how to attach the scale, so I went online to do some research. It became clear that the patient lift we received was not the one we ordered, but a cheaper and incompatible model. On May 20, I contacted the company and spoke to a customer representative named Carla at around 11:00 am. I explained the issue and emphasized the need for someone to come and disassemble the product, considering the time and my grandparents' age. Carla said she would contact the warehouse to arrange for USPS to pick it up and promised to get back to me within 24 hours. However, I did not receive any calls within that timeframe. Frustrated with the lack of customer service and professionalism, I called again at 12:50 on May 21 and coincidentally spoke to Carla once more. It appears that Spinlife does not have enough employees to provide satisfactory customer service. I informed Carla that I had not heard back from the company, and she mentioned that they usually return calls within 24 hours. However, she seemed unaware or unconcerned that the 24-hour period had already passed, which prompted me to call them again to address the issue they caused. I tried to find out when we could expect to receive the correct product, and Carla informed me that the earliest delivery date would be May 27. In other words, my grandfather would have to wait an additional week and a half to receive the correct and more expensive product that he originally ordered. In conclusion, Spinlife does not prioritize providing quality service to their customers and disregards the consequences of their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
When the scooter was approximately 3 months old, a defective battery charger caused the batteries to become fused together. As a result, the scooter ceased to function. It took several months to replace the batteries and charger. Between July and August 09, 2021, the scooter lost its ability to go in reverse. I have had four different companies attempt repairs, each one assuring that their changes would resolve the issue. However, from that day forward, the scooter has been completely inoperative.

Hello, I just bought an electrical scooter 8/1/2022 to fit my needs as an Individual with a disability. After delivery, the driver saw that I was in a wheelchair so he offered to help. He lifted the box from the scooter and threw the remaining pieces in the trash. I tried to sit in it but its too small. I requested that Spinlife refund my money and have not heard anything back yet. In a email response, they wanted $349 for returning and a 400 restocking fee. I go for my daughter in my manual wheelchair which is about 1/2 mile away. Please help? Thank you.
I purchased a top-of-the-line lift chair from Spin Life. While under warranty, the seat frame of the chair broke. In April, we initiated the repair process with Spin Life. Since then, Spin Life has dispatched numerous parts, each delivery accompanied by issues, either due to incorrect parts or defects as determined by their technician. We now have seven large boxes in our home that are of no use to us. The technician visited today for at least the seventh time and discovered an additional issue with the latest shipment from Spin Life. On August 6th, I voiced my concerns to the manufacturer. They informed me that the responsibility lies with Spin Life and directed me to resolve the matter with them. At that point, I proposed that they should simply replace the chair. My sole request is for the chair to be replaced or fixed, as it is essential for my wife's mobility, enabling her to stand up from the chair. Given that it was marketed as the best available from Spin Life, we did not anticipate such durability issues.

Sent wrong $1800 mattress, will not take responsibility I purchased a new Flex a Bed mattress for my Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame. The product page said it was compatible with my frame. Disappointing Experience with SpinLife Bed for Disabled Son: Unsteady Hand Rails and Unsuitable Mattress
My son, who is blind and paraplegic, recently purchased a bed from SpinLife. We had a number of conversations with the sales representative to ensure that the bed would meet all of his needs and accommodate his unique challenges with getting in and out of bed.
When the bed was delivered, we were surprised to find that it came with hand rails that we had not seen in any of the pictures. Unfortunately, these rails are not steady enough and give way every time my son tries to use them. Additionally, the mattress that was sold to him is not firm enough on the edges to support his transfer board, which has resulted in him falling twice while trying to get into bed.
We have tried to contact the company multiple times to address these issues, but have not received any response to our emails. Needless to say, we are extremely dissatisfied with this bed and cannot recommend this company or their products. It is disappointing to see a company taking advantage of the disabled in this way.
Overall, our experience with SpinLife has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We had high hopes for this bed, but it has not lived up to our expectations. We hope that the company will take our concerns seriously and work to improve their products and customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with SpinLife: Mobility Scooters and Service Issues
SpinLife is a website that sells mobility scooters and other related products. I recently purchased two mobility scooters from them, but unfortunately, the order process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. The website promised certain things that were not actually true, and when the scooters were delivered, there was no white glove service as promised. This was disappointing, as we had paid for delivery and expected a higher level of service.
To make matters worse, there were many issues with both of the units we received. The most serious issue was that the throttle on one of the scooters would stick, which caused an accident. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the unit was damaged and we have not been able to get it serviced. We have also had trouble with missing parts, and have been unable to get the seat to move forward. Additionally, the radio on one of the scooters does not work, which is frustrating.
Before we made the purchase, we were promised that there was an adjustable seat and tiller, but this turned out not to be true. It seems that anything can be promised for a sale, but the reality is often different. Both SpinLife and Ewheels, the manufacturer of the scooters, have ignored our calls and emails. We were assured that they would provide service, but all of our attempts to contact them have been ignored.
Overall, I would not recommend SpinLife to others. The experience we had was frustrating and disappointing, and we have not been able to get the support we need to resolve the issues with our scooters. If you are looking for a mobility scooter, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
SpinLife Review: Good Prices, Poor Service and Unreliable White Glove Delivery
I gotta say, SpinLife's prices are pretty good compared to other places, but their service is not so great. I mean, I paid for the white glove service to get a lift chair for my mom in the nursing home, but it took forever for them to deliver it. The chair was already within 10 miles of her location, but it still took the White Glove service an extra 2 to 3 weeks before they finally brought it to her. And now, less than 6 months later, the chair is stuck in an upright position. I called to get it fixed, but it's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything back from them. My poor mom is stuck in bed or in a wheelchair all day long.
I don't know, maybe I just got unlucky with my experience, but I wouldn't recommend SpinLife to anyone looking for reliable service. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
Disappointing Experience with SpinLife: Paid in Full for Scooter, Still No Delivery or Communication
I recently made a purchase from SpinLife on June 11, 2020 for a scooter. I paid for it in full, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my scooter. My first due date was on July 2, 2020, but they have set a delivery date two more times without any success. They have not called me to explain why there have been delays or to reschedule the delivery. I have been the one doing all the calling, but they never call back when they say they will. When I call, it seems like they are reading from a script and they always say they will look into it and get back to me by the end of the day, but that never happens. Today is July 13, 2020, and I was supposed to receive a call from them, but it is already 11:00 am and I have not heard anything from them yet.
They always schedule the delivery on Fridays between 1-5 pm, so when they don't show up, it's too late to call them until Monday. This cycle has been going on for a while now, and I am starting to think that I have been scammed. I wanted a lift chair for my husband, but I will not be buying it from SpinLife or anything else from them. They have lost my business. I am still waiting for that phone call and my paid-in-full scooter.
It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not communicate well with their customers. I understand that delays can happen, but it would be nice to receive a call or an email to explain the situation and to reschedule the delivery. I hope that SpinLife can improve their customer service and communication in the future.
SpinLife's Poor Customer Service and Unreasonable Restocking Fee
I gotta say, I've been having some issues with SpinLife lately. It all started when I bought a portable wheelchair from them back in December of 2021. Unfortunately, the darn thing kicked the bucket just a few short months later in February of 2022. I've had to call their customer service team a bunch of times since then, and let me tell you, it's been a real hassle.
There's one person in particular who's been giving me a hard time. I won't name names, but let's just say they're not exactly the most helpful person I've ever spoken to. Anyway, after all the trouble we've been through, my husband and I decided we just want our money back and for SpinLife to take the defective wheelchair back. Seems like a reasonable request, right? Well, apparently not.
SpinLife is willing to take the wheelchair back, but they want to charge us a 25% restocking fee! Can you believe that? We've given them every chance to fix the darn thing, and now they want to charge us for their own mistake. It's just not right.
To make matters worse, since the wheelchair died, I've had to push my husband around in a manual wheelchair for his dialysis treatments. I'm 65 years old and have my own disabilities to deal with, so it's been a real struggle. And to top it all off, his big power wheelchair won't even fit in my small car. Thank goodness we didn't get that one from SpinLife too.
Now the defective wheelchair just sits in the corner of our apartment, completely useless. It's a real shame that SpinLife treats their disabled and valued customers this way. The president of the company should be ashamed of themselves.
Disorganized and Frustrating Experience Ordering Wheelchair from SpinLife
I had a bit of a rough experience with SpinLife when I called to order a wheelchair for my elderly mother. Let me tell you, it was a bit of a headache from the start. They recommended a basic style for me, which I went ahead and ordered. Unfortunately, the first one they sent me was the wrong size - 16 inches instead of the 18 inches I had requested. To make matters worse, they charged me for two wheelchairs instead of one. It was a real mess.
It took me over two months to finally get them to credit me for the extra wheelchair. Once that was sorted out, I ordered the correct size wheelchair from them. In the end, I did get the wheelchair I needed, but it was a real hassle. I had to send both of the wrong ones back, and they only paid for the shipping on one of them. My mother ended up having to pay $89 to ship back the second one.
I had to make a lot of phone calls to get everything sorted out, but I think I finally got all of my credits. However, I'm still out $89, which is a bit frustrating. On the plus side, Kimberly, one of the representatives I spoke with, was very kind and understanding. But overall, I don't think I would do business with SpinLife again. They always seemed a bit confused and disorganized, and it was hard to get them to keep track of what was going on with my order. So if you're thinking about doing business with them, I would advise against it.
Strict Return Policy: My Disappointing Experience with SpinLife
I recently ordered a "walker holder" from SpinLife for my mother's mobility scooter as a Christmas gift. The item was shipped on December 8th, but due to living in a different city than my mother, it wasn't opened until December 25th. Unfortunately, it was another two weeks before I could travel to see her, mount the walker holder, and try it out.
Upon mounting the holder, I found that neither her hospital issue walker nor her rollator would fit correctly on the holder. I was disappointed and decided to return the item. However, when I contacted SpinLife to request a Return Authorization, I was denied due to their 30-day return rule. I appealed for additional consideration due to the Christmas holiday, but was denied again.
Now, I am left with a brand new walker holder that is completely useless to me and my mother. I find it frustrating that the return policy is so strict, especially since the item has never even been used. I would understand if it was an item that had been worn or had a shelf life, but this is a simple welded piece of metal.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with SpinLife and will not be ordering from them again due to their strict return policy. It is important for companies to have policies in place, but I believe there should be some flexibility for special circumstances.
SpinLife Scooter Review: Unreliable Product and Terrible Customer Service
I bought a scooter from SpinLife for my 89-year-old father. The scooter worked fine for the first 11 months, but then an electrical problem developed that caused it to shut down and start beeping. I called SpinLife and they diagnosed the problem over the phone based on the number of beeps. They said it was the main wiring harnesses. Can you believe it? After only 11 months! Luckily, it was still under warranty, so they ordered the part and it arrived about 2 weeks later. However, it took multiple calls over the last two weeks to get a technician out to put in the part. By this time, the scooter was unusable and would mostly just beep and stop. To make matters worse, the back-end motor started making a grinding sound about 2 weeks ago, and when I checked it, it was red hot. I'm sure it was a fire hazard.
When the technician finally came out to put on the wiring harness, he didn't even mention what was causing the motor to overheat or make a grinding sound. He was just there to swap out the part. I will update this review as I work through getting them back out. SpinLife lies constantly. They say they will call you back, but they never do. They say they are short on help, but that's just an excuse. They promise they will have someone out there this week, but it never happens.
I would advise you to RUN from this company and the junk they pawn off on the most vulnerable population. Shame on you, SpinLife! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
Spinlife Review: Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Product Support
Spinlife has been a real pain to deal with. My father-in-law bought a chair with a white glove delivery from them for a whopping $1500. He had emphysema and COPD, so he needed a chair that would help him get around. Unfortunately, the chair broke after just a month, and we had to reset it by unplugging and replugging the electrical interface. But after two months, the chair completely failed, and we had to contact Spinlife to get it fixed. We called them on March 3, 2015, and we were still in the warranty period, so we thought it would be easy to get it repaired. But it's now July 24th, and we haven't received any kind of corrective action from them.
We've called Spinlife at least 15 times, and every time we get the same answer: "Oh yes, it's on the way, and we'll refund you completely." But this company doesn't support their products at all! They're a terrible company, and I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them. They won't support you in any way, shape, or form. My father-in-law passed away while waiting for this company to fix his chair, and it's just another sad story where Spinlife takes advantage of older people and doesn't support the people who have purchased from them.
My family and friends will all hear about my experience, and we'll never do business with this Den of Vipers again. Sincerely, Dan Smith -ROANOKE, VA
FGA-700 Bariatric Floor Lift
I ordered a FGA-700 Bariatric Floor Lift from Spinlife on 8/4/2022. The website said delivery was 5 to 7 days. I have not received it yet. I called customer support approx. 2 weeks after ordering the lift, and the person said the manufacturer was waiting on parts. I checked the website today 9/2/2022 and it says ship date 9/2/2022 and that it hasn't shipped. The only reason i ordered through Spinlife was the shipping promise. Had i known they didn't have their refuse together, i would have never ordered from them. Almost sounds like a bait and switch tactic. I am already making payments on the lift and probably won't receive it for 6 months. I am most unhappy. I don't know how they can stay in business with dealings like this. I will be making a post on Facebook about this so my friends can avoid this aggravation.
Desired outcome: The lift delivered by 9/9/2022. I have waited long enough.
Spinlife
Ordered and paid in full in June and have been advised delivery won't be until mid August. Should have gone through Amazon and will from now on. Original delivery date was first mid July. No where did it say on the site when ordered that delivery would take more than 90 days. I emailed and asked if there was a way for them to expedite my order and received a reply would be mid August.
Desired outcome: A more rapid delivery
7 Day delivery from Amazon...
Estimated delivery: July 1, 2022 - July 7, 2022

I did receive my scooter today. XPO Logistics was awesome and had Awesome customer service.
09/16/22. I received a call from Spinlife Customer Service this morning. They stated the manufacturer is informing them that the back ordered seat will be in by 10/11/22. Spin Life said if it arrives before then they will ship it out early. I will update this again.
It's now September 15, 2022 and Spin Life has pushed this out yet another month saying it will be October 11, 2022.So now you know what will happen. October 11 will come around and it will be pushed back to November 11. I emailed Spinlife and begged them to contact the manufacturer directly and see when they expect to have this. I received the same generic response as always which doesn't help me at all. Be really careful when ordering from this company. The response was as follows:
Good Afternoon Robert
Thank you for your order with SpinLife.com. The order is estimated to ship from the warehouse on, 10/11/2022 . Within 24 hours after this item leaves the warehouse, we will provide you with tracking/shipping information by email.

I checked again on 09/14/22 as the ship date was now extended to 10/11/22. I've made 4 payments on this scooter and sent an email begging Spinlife to contact the Manufacturer of the seat to get a better Idea on the delay. So it has been pushed out again. This is so frustrating. simply asked for a more specific response. But I was sent this generic replay, the same every time.

My order has not arrived yet
I ordered a power chair for my mommy in October. They immediately called me to confirm my order. I was surprised by their service and how fast they got it.
But on that note, all my good impressions are going to fade away.
Because we never received our order. The power chair cost us a lot (we are not millionaires) and we had no intentions to give our money away.
The customer service was responsive and nice, but absolutely useless and not helpful at all. When I asked about my order status they only said that the system doesn't show anything and all they can advise is to wait for a little longer.
It's almost December, how many more days am I supposed to wait?
terrible delivery service!
My order was delivered in a terrible way.
I ordered a Vision CF Power Chair and wasn't notified of the delivery date.
So they just dropped it in front of the door and didn't even let us know. They didn't clock the door, didn't ring, didn't send any email, didn't call.
It rained the entire day, so the chair was outside for about 6 hours. Yes, it was wrapped, but who knows what could happen to it.
They should use another delivery service. This one is very unreliable.
did not support their products
Spinlife has been horrible to work with. My father in law purchased a chair with a white glove delivery to have them install and setup the chair for a total of $1500. He had emphysema and COPD. The chair broke in about a month and a reset would fix it by unplugging and replugging the electrical interface. The device failed after about 2 months and we started to contact Spinlife to resolve the issue. We called March 3, 2015 to have the chair repaired as we were in the in the warranty period easily. Well it is July 24th and we have not received any sort of corrective action. We have called in at least 15 times and received oh yes, it is on the way and we will refund you completely, but this company does not support their products! They are a awful company. Please do not order anything from them as they will not support you in any way. My father in law died while waiting for this company to fix his chair. they do not deliver in-house as they claim
Spin Life.com does not deliver in-house as it claims.
"Free-In House Delivery" If you have more than two (2) steps - they will leave it curb side. Customer service is inept. Not worth the breath you breath. Delivery man also, arrogant, rude and ignorant! My husband offered to help the delivery man bring it in the house (by the way - my husband currently has a dabble stomach hernia) I thought he was going to help-- he just got in his truck and drove away. Called the trucking company -- just as stupid and rude.
Can you imagine if my 84 year old father was alone in his house and they just left the chair on the curb? Nice! Huh! These people prey on the weak and elderly by not telling them the whole story.
Stay the *** away from spin life.com and golden technologies for lift chair.
