I never received the email or text message for order confirmation when I made the order!
1) £4.99 to return the order collected from Holloway Road at the higher price (incorrectly charged).
2) £4.99 to remake the order and buy at the price I wanted – delivered to my home address.
Sports Direct charge for everything in terms of delivery and returns even on store collection for an online order. Even when there is an error, real person to person customer support is non-existent.
I would like this money - £9.98 - returned to my card used for payment.
This does not compensate for the time spent collecting order from my local store and then to the flagship store in central London to try to rectify the situation. They cannot help with any on line orders.
Claimed loss: £10 at minimum.
Desired outcome: A personal phone call or email where a real customer service person has actually read my email and supportive evidence and acknowledged the problem. A refund and some other credit to compensate for time and energy lost.
