On Sunday afternoon 01 November 2019 I visit your guys Heiderand branch, with my entrance at the branch the waiters at the door not even acknowledge me, I greeted one waiter at the door and he didn't seem like greeting me back, really that is so a NO, I walked past the waiters standing in the entrance and nobody minded que-ing me or even offered me a menu, so I ended up go getting my own menu and ended up picking my own table yet to shout for someone to help me, after 5 minutes a waiter came to help me, I place my order.I ask for a cheesy quesadilla just to get a chicken quesadilla, so I know this must not be my food, so I ended eating the food because I felt just like I don't like the people to say yohr you likes to complaint.I wanted than a sauce and than a take-away for my quesadilla because I wanted to end my day with a dessert, I waited for my waiter until my food was up and he or even the manager on duty didn't even came check up on me not even once.So I ended leaving to pay front at the cash desk for my meal and my waiter is standing there I told him his service was not really up to standard and the Manager on Duty Enver who was helping me with my bill tells me that they don't need my Tips, if you guys are treating your customers like that i really don't see a future for you guys, that will really be my last time I will eat at one of your franchises.
