I purchased UK dress sizes as per thier measurement chart for 2x bridesmaids. I measured the bridesmaid myself, it should of fitted. Dresses arrived and both is missing a minimum of 2 inches off the bust and further inches off other areas. Get in contact with HW company for a return - they refuse to refund. Offer £30 and advise to sell on the dress, they withhold the return address. It has been over 2 months. PayPal got involved - agreed with evidence that I would get a full refund upon return of items.
Items have been sat in china customs for a week, there was a custom tax charge that I was told wouldn't be there. They are ignoring the packaging, ignoring me when I asked for the payment link so I could pay the tax charge so the item can be returned to them so I can be refunded.
The dress looked lovely and material was nice but wasn't made to how requested. Custom service is terrible, proves they lied multiple times to PayPal - thankfully I screenshotted all our conversation to prove they lied. Now with the packaging being left in customs, they refusing to contact me or provide the means for me to pay the tax - my refund of £150 is on hold until package has been delivered.
SCAMMERS. Extremely dishonest company.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs - even if some gave a good review I wouldn't risk my money
Ordered 2x dresses for my bridesmaid. I measured my bridesmaids (several times) and was happy that they could fit in UK standard sizes. Ordered standard UK sizing.
The dresses arrived. Looked beautiful. Did not fit them. Bridesmaids spiralled as they actually been healthy eating/working out. Measured the dresses more than 2" missing from both of thier busts.
Asked for a refund with photo proof within the refund policy of 2 weeks. They offered to make custom size dresses for an additional £30. I declined. They can't do a standard UK size as ordered on 2 dresses I'm not risking another one and being further out of pocket.
They then offered to give me £20 per dress and told me to resell them. I am owed £132 refund due to faulty dresses plus p&p according to thier return & refunds on their website.
They refuse to offer me my full refund despite UK trading standard guidelines and thier own policy but instead offered me £70 to take down the review stating their faulty items and poor customer service - which to be honest is now.
I got PayPal involved who agreed in my favour and would give refund once item returned to seller. I sent it as advised, told their should not be any custom tax as it is a faulty product return. The package has been sat in china's customs for nearly a week as their was some custom tax to pay. Seller is ignoring customs & myself, I asked for the payment link to customs to pay the tax. So now at complete stalemate as PayPal can't refund until seller receives package and seller is purposely prohibiting the return to avoid the refund.
