Nazeer ahmed. m, having sb account in sbi, ambur branch of chennai, tamil nadu. recently I lost my atm-cum-debit card. I don’t know the card number, please help me out. hence I request to block my atm card with immediate effect.

I am one of your customer, I applied for Internet Banking. I recieved Internet Banking Username on 3rd Dec 2008, but still not got Internet Banking Password.
I already called customer care, they told to contact Branch of which I am account holder.

Didnt your branch give you a sealed envelope, that envelope contains your temporary login ID and PASSWORD.
It takes around 3 working days for SBI to activate the account, so after three days of receiving the letter, you can login & change the ID/password & continue Internet Banking.

I have a SBI credit card which is a year old. Have been making regular payments till i lost my job. Post that i couldnt pay for sometime. Even after i started paying the monthly dues the collection agents from the Mahim (Mumbai) office have been calling me numerous times in the day and send their collection agent to my house. They use suedo names when they call and lie about their designations. The agents are rude and have no manners. They have even used threats and abuses. One of the girls who called me was literally yelling at the top of her voice and wouldnt listen. She said she is heading the legal team however that turned out to be a lie when another representative called me and i questioned him. He accepted that she had lied and was not at all worried about the same. I have filed a complaint wit the RBI and communicated the same to the SBI representative who called me. The SBI representative had the odacity to tell me even if i made 20 complaints to RBI nothing will happen and the calls will continue. This is the worst banks i have ever come across.

When I go to pay money to SBI clreical exam SBI Thiruninravur staff tell me 12th Sep'09 is the last date. Then I go to browsing center and take pring out of SBI clerical recruitment 2009 details. It shows the last date for payment of fees/postage : 15th sep' 09. When I show the print out to him, then he reply ok see branch manager, Branc manager says 12th Sep' 09 is the last date to pay SBI clerical the exam fee after clarify with one person and we has instruction from our higher authorities and also online information is wrong. we have only the right information. So i loss to write the bank exam. I loss one oppurtunity to improve my future. Pls. give correct information in website. and also

My Father is holding a saving account with SBI bank Begusarai, Bihar, 851101 branch.
They have also provided an ATM card with the account.
On 12-08-2009, when I checked the A/C balance, Rs. 20, 000/= have been debited from
my father account. On 13-08-2009 I went to SBI barach office for written complaint, the Bank staffs said that
it is a technical problem with ATM machine thats why it showing this kind of errors.
Even the chief manager of the bank has the same answer.
It has been 27days now from the complaint, todya [protected]) the Bank Manager said, it has been
withdrawn by someone, we can not do any thing regarding this matter.
I am the only earning member in my family and I am facing much problem because of this issue.
I am really frustrated and disappointed with such a service of the bank. I want money any how.

I have a savings bank A/C No. [protected] and a PPF A/C No [protected]. I wanted to deposit acheque drawn on above S B A/C in PPF A/C.I enquired from help desk.The lady told me to deposit in any counter.I tried in counter no5 in a que. On my turn I was told to do it on any counter other than 2, 5, 8 . I tried through a long que on counter No.6 .On my turn Iwas told to go on inside counter for cheque deposit. On that counter Iwas told that your signature scanned image is not in system and directed to get signatures from Mr Kishori Lal . On contacting him, he directed to contact counter No 11 .On counter 11 I was directed to contact Mr Dilip. Oncontacting Mr Dilip he again directed to contact counter 11 . Icould not get my signatures varified.My A/C is more than 10 years old and transactions are going on till last month.Now no scanned signatures is not understandable.l went counter to counter without success.Is it expected service. I am disgusted with the management.

Sbi capsec, a group of sbi advertised in website that no charges will be taken for opening a demat account. my daughter applied for it. to our surprise they deducted rs 793 for the same. still worse is their support. a delhi person has to use std to talk to support group and that too will not be lifted. the matter is fully known by delhi office of sbi capsec. the system is very slow and hangs now and then. I am also told that there is cheating and amounts are deducted and no response is given. I urge this to convey this to poor customers who plan to go for sbi demat by getting lured by free charges.

I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards an ill treatment of the employees of the State Bank of India do with their customers.
I am a valued customer of your bank. I availed home loan from your bank in 2004. Since then I have been paying monthly installments regularly without any delay.
Yesterday, 29th August, 2009, Mr. Manoj Kumar came to my home and banged my door and said in a very harsh manner that my installments are due and I have not been paying the installments for many months. I was shocked to hear all this and that also the way he was using to speak to a lady. When I showed him my pass book. Even then he did not believe it and started screaming at me. I was alone at home with my daughter. He also threatened me that We the bank people are very nice with you and you people are taking advantage of us. It became very difficult for me to bear such a bad behaving person.
I would also like to request the concerned authorities to look into my records and find out if there is any discrepancy found on my behalf.
Please do not send such reckless employees to the customers who are not even well trained to behave with clients and especially with women.
I hope that strict action will be taken against Mr. Manoj Kumar, who was introducing himself as a Deputy Manager of the Hauz Khas Personalised Branch.
