I purchased a pair of Steve Madden sandals in May of 2008 in Tampa, Florida. When I wore the shoes this year the heel of the shoe broke. I love Steve Madden shoes and I don't this to effect me purchasing these shoes in the furture. Can someone please contact me in regards to this matter.

I don't understand what you are saying but I don't think Steve Madden shoes are worth the price, the material breaks or gets worn out very quickly.
Steve Madden shoes are always falling apart. You can try taking it into a store and making them return it, but they will probably only give you $19.99 (their lowest sales point) if you don't have a receipt. I have had countless shoes fall apart, the best thing is to save your receipt and demand a full refund or exchange.
Unbelievable! Purchased these boots a month ago at DSW and the right one is falling apart! (The left one is fine) I only wear them when I go into work and I sit at a desk most of the day doing taxes. How could a company make such crap? How can I get my money back, or if this is just a manufacturing defect, another boot sent to me?
