They showed up and were just amazin. Awsome attitude and mad fast. Nothin got damaged. They dont waste time. I was shocked and mind blown about how smooth it all went. I would totally use these guys again.

Amazing service. Oscar, Ulises, and Tony were efficient, fun, and hardworking. They made my move seamless. Fastest move I've ever had! I would highly recommend. This is my third time using STI and never let down. My sisters use them now for their moves too.

I'm really happy with the fast and efficient moving services from STI. I had a last-minute situation where I needed to move the next day, and STI made it happen. They sent four guys, all the moving supplies, and a huge truck to move our things from a four-bedroom Georgian house. They were careful with all our stuff and furniture. I'm really thankful I chose them.

The movers were on time and handled my things with care, but I wasn't always there. I was quoted a low price, but then they said it was wrong, so they added 4K more to my expense. They didn't explain things well, and I think this might have happened before to trick people into choosing them with a low quote, only to surprise them with the real price later. I checked two other companies, and all three had good ratings, but I went with the cheaper option, and it turned out to be more expensive than the others. They also didn't tell me that it would take almost a month to get my things. I'm sorry I chose this company because they didn't return my calls at first and couldn't give me any information about where my things were.

In August, STI moved 54 boxes (no furniture) from Tempe, AZ to Seattle, WA. The cost was $1760, including $300 for shuttle service because the semi could not fit in the parking lot. Adi in the office was very friendly and helpful. The movers on each end were professional and efficient. Nothing was lost or broken. I got quotes from several other moving companies ranging from $3000 to $4600! All in all, it was a very good experience.

This is the best moving company that I have ever worked with! Being a real estate broker I often recommend moving companies and you can’t go wrong with STI. They recently handled my own personal move and I couldn’t be happier. Moving can be stressful and STI was so on top of it that I immediately knew the move would go flawlessly. The crew were fast, courteous, had a great attitude and were extremely careful with our belongings. We had several delicate pieces and artwork which they handled with care. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I would never use another moving company and will continue to refer them to clients, family and friends! Thank you STI for making our complicated move seem easy! You have a customer for life!

For my recent move from MD to WV, I employed STI
For my recent move from MD to WV, I employed STI. The company was outstanding in all respects! In a word, "Bravo!" From the personnel I first contacted on the telephone to the actual packing and moving crew, they did a marvelous job. The company encountered what could have been a problem when one of their top drivers contracted COVID; however, that presented no difficulty as they were able to improvise, adapt and overcome. Another crew was dispatched with a smaller truck, and they accomplished the entire job in two trips instead of one. Plus, this all was done in the originally scheduled time frame. I don't think I have ever seen people work as hard as they did to get everything done on time. I must add here that even though the speed was remarkable, there was no sacrifice to safety, either for personnel or items. The packing was done carefully and methodically, and the move was accomplished with the utmost care. They even called our attention to a problem with an antique China cabinet of ours; the legs were wobbly. (This was prior to packing.) They employed extra care in packing and moving it, and we were extremely thankful for their advice. It was delivered safely, and we shall contact an antique repair shop about possibly repairing it before loading it with dishes. I would use most assuredly employ this company again and also would encourage others to do likewise. Their service is exceptional!

I scheduled a long distance move from AZ to MA via Unpakt. The moving crew in AZ was fantastic, Marcos was very polite and professional. Then the problems began. We signed a paper in person stating that our first available move-in day was the 10th; somehow, wires got crossed and the company had the 21st in their system because they didn't update from Unpakt. I had to call THREE TIMES to figure this out, after being repeatedly promised that the company would call me back with no follow-up. First I was told my items would not arrive until after the 19th. Okay, that's still within the promised delivery spread of 10 delivery days (after which is $25/day compensation for late delivery). It is now the 23rd and I had to call again for an update. NOW they are saying that they have 18 business days before they have to compensate me. I was "given the wrong paper." Not my problem; I signed a paper that said 10 business days after the 10th. I am typically very patient and have been understanding thus far, but the follow through from this company has been EXTREMELY unprofessional. I shouldn't have to hound a company to know where my stuff is. In response to my call I get another "We'll call you back." No apology, no explanation, no nothing. Obviously I'm not expecting a callback. Use this company if you enjoy not knowing where your stuff is over over a month, sleeping on the floor, and eating off paper plates for Thanksgiving.

I had them move our piano and furniture to our new house
I had them move our piano and furniture to our new house. They said it would be fine to bring it up the 13 stairs. When they got here, they wanted us to sign a paper saying they aren't responsible for any damage to the stairs or piano. They only move pianos up to three or four stairs. They ended up putting my piano in the basement. I want my $250 back for the piano.

STI movers took my furniture on June 23. They said I would get my delivery between July 1-10th. It's July 12th now and they won't call me back to let me know when I'll get my stuff. I called on July 9th and Adam said they left my shipment behind because they couldn't find the bill of ladding. I gave it to him earlier. Adam said he'd get back to me the next day, but he didn't. I contacted Solana, the office manager, and she said she had to talk to dispatch when they came in at noon. She said she'd call me back after talking to them. But I haven't heard from Adam or Solana about the status. I've called many times, but she's always either at lunch or on another call. We've been in an empty house with kids for two weeks now. Please help!

I contactd STI to move my stuff from my storage unit in IL to another storage unit in Phoenix, AZ. They came 12/28 to pick up my things, they called and canceled my delivery twice, on the 17th and 18th of January . I complained about it and was only refunded $50, that's not good I had to miss a days pay for them at a rate of $17 an hour for 8 hour day. Also a flight of steps was included in my estimate but when they arrived, I was told since this unit was on the second floor it would be $250 more. I called the office and got the run around, they basically left my stuff at the dock. I'm glad my daughter was with me or I would've had to move all that stuff by myself, it took us almost 3 hours. Plus to add insult to injury, my very big picture of Jesus is missing! I want a partial refund for the work they didn't do, I'm requesting $250, the amount they wanted to charge me on top of the $1569.25 I'd already paid. $50 for my big picture that vanished and $250 in labor, there were no stairs to climb, there was an elevator and 7 carts to put my stuff on, this was plain laziness on their part. I've sent an email to Kate and spoke to her and all she said was she'll speak to her boss and that the driver was wrong. I missed a days pay and lost my picture and was in pain from moving all the stuff they were supposed to do. I paid for a delivery service and only got a half *** job and I want to get some of my money back for the suffering that I've endured.
