In order to return items, you must go on their website and request a refund to obtain a Return label and/or form. When I did this, the password did not work. When I requested a new password ("forgot password"), they did send one to my email, but it does not work. I have tried 6 times using their passwords and still am unable log in. There is no contact...

wrong sizes
I ordered three dresses from StyleWe. The moment I took the items out of the package I knew immediately that they are not going to fit. My size is 8, but they sent me extra large clothes (size 12). The dresses were absolutely gorgeous, I really liked the material and quality. But dresses were too huge for me. I'm sadly disappointed as I spent about $500! I contacted customer support and asked for an exchange, but was told all items I ordered were out of stock. I shipped my order back, but they refunded only 50% of the whole price. I'm very upset and disappointed.

Our items usually run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc，it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check . You can also refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc).The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.

I purchased two sweaters from StyleWe. When I received my items, I was extremely disappointed. The sweaters were too small, and I have been trying to return them for two weeks. I have sent them many messages asking about returning the items. But there was no response. They also didn't send me a return label. Finally I received an email from them. First message stated they would get back to me in 24 hours. Well, I am still waiting. The customer service is just ridiculous. The second message I got from them said to click the return button and I will get authorization. I have submitted my request many times for authorization, but it just didn't work. This is not the way customers should be treated. Shame on them! This is my worst online shopping experience ever!

Horrible service
I purchased a dress and it said it was a XL, 12-14 US. It is about a US 10, however it listed to be a US 12-14, it is not. I have been trying to contact them to return it, however they will not respond. I have been trying to get a response for almost 3 weeks, and the company policy states customers have 30 days to return purchase it has been almost 30 days trying to get a response. Never purchase anything from this company. The return form should come in the package, you should be ashamed you your customer service.
Waiting for customer service to contact me so I can return items. So far no response. If I dint hear soon I will take it up with the BBB and began a campaign that will inhibit anyone else from buying.I'll do that on their FB site and Twitter and start a blog.
