Dress damage print
It is my first time im buying and LAST time to STYLEWE. They taked long time to delivery , and i received the dress with damage print and wrong size. The fabric is horrible (texture, low quality). I follow the instruction for return and waiting for code of return, never came. I contacted Customer Services and sended photos of damage , and thet responded to return partial credit. It no fair they did two mistakes. I will NEVER going to buy STYLEWE.

I am very pissed! I have notified your company on several or more orders that I need to return. Not only is how you do your returns its very confusing and now I'm still trying to return the items.
There are dresses, capris, and other items that I need to return and it's not my fault it has taken the delay to get these back!
I'm expecting your full customer service to be 150% plus. I have several hundreds of dollars for these items that need to be returned due to the fit and the dresses well my son's wedding is called off there will be no wedding!

I have been trying to return some items for the last two weeks. The website says someone will contact me within 48 hours. Here we are two weeks later (well over 48 hours) and still no contact. In all my years of ordering clothes online, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Why won't your company contact me. I've placed a order by the beggining of March for 2 dresses (order HBB03116977). My credit card was charged on 2nd March for 2 dresses. I received a message saying that one of the dresses was out of order and suggesting me to replace by another one.
I added another dress and you gave a new number for that order (HBB03116977-1-1).
I have received the first ordered dress.
Since then I don't have any new about my second dress. The wedding I wanted to wear the dress is already over.

03/25/2023 Spent $300.00 to purchase some clothes. It took approximately 3 weeks to received the items. I knew the Company is international so timing was understandable. The problem is the items do not reflect the advertisements. The clothes are too big, colors, pattern and material way off. I purchased a pair of pants in size 12; however, I need a size 14. The online chat rep told me to click the 'tracking order button at the bottom of the home page, enter my email address and order number and click the 'Return'button. When I clicked the return button, the screen went back to the home page. I have repeated this process several times. I need a return authorization and a return label for Order #HBB03146268.

I have been trying to return my merchandise because the quality of the product does not look the same as what is advertised and the size was too large. I have followed your return policy via your website but have yet to receive an authorization and return address within 48 hours of my submission which your website states as is the return policy. I tried to access "Chat with us" on your website and get a "refuse to connect" error message. My order number is HBB03121995. I submitted my request via your website a couple of days after receiving. Not able to make a return
I ordered a pair of jeans on 2-28-23 and received the item on 3-21-23. The pants are nothing like the picture. The waist is tight, the legs are baggy and the material is thin. I'd like to return the item, but when I complete the online return process it won't let me submit the request. I tried to contact a technician via their "live chat" process but will have to pay $1 for someone to help me, with no guarantee they're going to honor their return policy (within 30 days and not worn). I have submitted 2 Refund 'Tickets' via StyleWe website (order number: HBB03061516) and despite the Company saying I will hear from them in 24 hours, nothing ever happens. The item I have ordered never moves out of 'processing' status. Refunds are only available prior to 'shipling' so I will be furious if they suddenly ship my item when I have clearly asked for a refund. I needed the dress for a special event and because of their slowness in shipping, the event has now happened.

After waiting 2 months for a blouse that I ordered, it arrived, and the quality of the garment was substantially worse than I expected. The cuffs are so large that the sleeves fall off my hands (who thinks that women have wrists that are 6 inches in circumference!?). Also, the cutout for the buttonholes are so small that the buttons do not fit through. I feel that I should receive a full refund, but buyer beware their return policy is horrible.

First order placed was large; terribly dissatisfied with quality/fit/look of items ordered. They look nothing like the ítems depicted in catalogue. Once they were contacted for full return/refund, they claimed that time for return had expired, without addressing the issues listed on my complaint; ie: suit jacket came in what appeared to be a misshapen oversized jacket, with different shade from pants…ufg! How can one confuse a Size M, with an XL. What a nightmare.
Bluedragonfly, it is because of all of the complaints like yours and others that I decided not to order from this company. I am sorry they scammed sooooo many people. Seems this goes way back to 2015!

They have been trying to resolve complaints for this company since 2015, YET they have their ADS all over the website on every page and almost after every complaint! I find that very strange.
