It's very unfortunate that StyleWe has such a terrible customer service policy, when they carry such classy fashionable products. Never in my online shopping experience would I every expected not to be able to communicate with the company in which I'm ordering product directly.
I placed an order on 12-14-24 for (2) items needed prior to the New Year and according to my tracking information, those items haven't left the warehouse since 12-17-24, however indicates I should expect to receive only (1) the item today 12-27-24 and (1) by 12-30-24. While package #1 is obviously not moving since 12-14, it is unlikely I'll receive anything before 2025!
Nonetheless, there's no way to contact a customer service rep to see why my product still hasn't shipped!
I won't need either of the products after the fact, so I'll be responsible for shipping the items back on top of that is ridiculously absurd.
StyleWe you can do much better customer service for the type of products you sell!
