Subway inappropriate result

On the 14th of April myself and grandchildren were getting our lunch. After asking my grand daughter several times what she wanted (and was answered each time). employee Erma turned to other customers to inform them, that kid has attitude. Even if she did have an issue it should have been discussed with me and not complete strangers. When I asked Erma why she said what she did, she informed me that it wasn't meant for for us. At the time she was serving us and there weren't any other young girls in line. I think inappropriate comments are unnecessary whether the employee thinks itor not

Subway picy italian sub

So I decided to get a 12" spicy Italian sub at the subway in Newport Pennsylvania and I did, but the lady over the counter did not put everything she was supposed to put in it. I get this sub practically every time I eat there so I know. Anyways I couldn't even taste the meat, and there was no mayonnaise and also I found a hair in my sub so I didn't eat some of it.

Subway lack of service-not by counter person but the manager

I stopped at a Subway in Blairsville, Pa. on my way home from work. My wife had called and ask me to stop and get 4- 12 inch subs.
I arrived at the subway at approximately 5:15 pm. and ordered 4 meatball subs. Well they only had enough meatballs for 2 and a half. The young lady at the counter apologized and said that it would be awhile to get more meatballs ready. She began to tell me that the manager (Janessa) said to her that we didn't need anymore meatballs out.
I finally got my 4 subs at around 6 o'clock and the young lady behind the counter must have apologized 8 times for the delay.
I have stopped many times in Armagh, Pa. and have had no problem being taken care of.
The worst problem is that when I called the next day to talk to Janessa she said that she never told them not to get anymore meatballs out. I know that for a fact that someone isn't telling the truth.
This took place on the 10th of April and I called Janessa on the 11th.

Subway service and food

I went into Subway located on 7908 S Halsted Chicago IL. No one was in the front and waiting about 3-4 minutes. When a worker appeared from the back, with food in her mouth. She then grab a sandwich sheet wipes her hands and put gloves on. Never washing her hands. She greeted me and asked what I wanted. I proceeded with my order and asked for the Monday special. I then noticed a 6 in piece of Italian Herb and Cheese bread sitting exposed on the counter. The worker asked what kind of bread I wanted, I answered Italian Herb and Cheese. She proceeds to grabbing the bread already exposed to give me. I told her I didn't want that bread and became angry and told me it wasn't out long. I told her again I'm not paying for bread that has been sitting out and exposed. She refused to give me another 6 in, and put the bread back in the bread holder. Then said I don't have no money anyway. I asked for her supervisor who never came out to speak.

Subway service from general manager in virginia beach / woods corner location

I went into a subway today 4/10/2017 to use a coupon that come through my phone, which always come though my phone. I always go to the location at 1920Kempsville Rd. Woodscorner Location to be rudely talked too and after ordering my food was told that I can not use my phone coupon due to the fact that false coupons were being used. This upset me really bad because I always go to this location at lunch time and always use my phone offers. I than told the gentleman that I called another store and they would take it. When I got to the other store after ordering my food the phone rang and this gentleman from the other location told them not to accept my coupon. This out raged me that he would do this. And to make matters worse he described me as a lady that is trying to use false coupons and called all the stores in this area. As if I was a criminal. I am so upset and he was rude. I can not believe that Subway has someone like this running their stores. What happened to customer service. I lost an hour from my job, clocked in late dealing with this matter. I would like for this General Manager by the name Antonio to be talked to and I would like a call in this matter . I will talk to everyone in my Company, emails, social media, and have them do the same about Subway and this General Manager until I feel that this matter has been address and I have been apologized to about this embarrassing, rude, ill mannered young man.

Subway rude customer

Hello my name is megan pilcher and i called a order in at 8:53 pm today at subway in beanstation tn..the young man who answered then phone was very rube. I told him i wanted to place a order he responded with "gosh" what can i get you..i placed my order and he told me it would be 10-12 mins. I thought the reason for his rudeness was because the website said the store closed at 9pm. When i got there it said 10pm on the door..i walked it to pick up our food and the same young man rung me up he wasn't very happy at all..it was him & a young lady working! I went to leave and a man who was walking in opened the door for me as i went to walk out that young man said "f### " not sure if it was towards me or the man walking in the door...my family has been eating at this subway for a long time now and i couldn't believe the way i was treated on the phone and in the store..everyone has bad days & days where they dont want to busy but thats no way to treat a paying person..we got home 1 sub was fine and 1 was by far wrong! Subway food and services

On 04/01/2017 at 9:09 p.m., myself and another coworker walked in the subways sandwich shop located at 234 NE 3rd St Miami, Fl 33132. As we proceeded to the bathroom to wash our hands one of the employees said the bathroom were out of order, as I proceeded he stated both. By the way my coworker was a female. I could understand one being out of order but both, so we proceeded to the counter to order and the clerk stated the computer was down. At this point I begin to feel we were being discriminated on, since we were the only two black people in the establishment. If this is a practice of subways I feel they don't need to be in the food business, since there business depends upon 85% customer services.

Subway online ordering

I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I thought I would take advantage of the option to online order. The ordering process was straight forward and very user friendly. When I got to the part to pay, it did not give me option to use a coupon. I realize when you order online you have to pay ahead, but I though they could make adjustments and the credit card payment would be "pending."
When I picked up my food, I asked if the coupon could be applied and I was told no. That once the online order is complete, no changes can be made. Also, I had ordered the botted apple juice and bottled lemonade. The store was out and there was only bottled orange juice available. I did not want that. The store employee gave me two fountain lemonades to substitute, but that isn't really what I wanted. If requested, I should have been able to have that money credited to the bill. I also should have been able to have my coupon applied to the order. The employee may have not known how to do this, but through the computer you should be able to pull my order back up using the order number and make changes as necessary. My coupon was $6 for any 12" sub (limit 3 subs). I ended up paying full price for both subs and I am thankful for the substitution on drinks, but wasn't what I wanted and I wasn't going to walk out with nothing as I had already paid money for drinks. The employee was nice to me and I was nice to her, but it isn't right. Thank you.

Subway service complaint

This young Asian-looking fake long eyelash wearing girl of the Groton, CT restaurant, was scraping the bottom of the teriyaki chicken container short-changing me on my sub. When I made mention of this fact, she completely ignored me and began thrashing my 3 sandwiches around. She appeared to be angry that I dared say something. I never uttered another word to her. As she was handing me the change, the coins fell and didn't bother to pick it up or even apologize. As I was exiting the store, she sarcastically blurted out "Have a nice day!". She was clearly being flip. I will never go to that store again because I may end up doing something I'll regret.

Subway customer service and lack of food items

I have always loved Subway sandwiches and salads, however; over the past month there has been at least 3 occasions where they were out of multiple meats and breads. Well today 3/16/2017 I went to Subway at 8:00PM and there were no customers in the store and only 1 employee who was very disgruntled and made several negative comments that I'm sure the company would not appreciate, he made the following statements:

-"I am very tired and working on 4 hours of sleep so if if each of you were here to order 3 or 4 sandwiches I would tell you I can't do it"
(It was myself, my husband and my son)

-I asked if they were short staffed and he replied "Always, we never have enough help, it's few and far between and they are as strung out as me"

-He said he was "looking for another job and was in a bug hurry to get out of this place"

-He said he was "not staying until 11pm, he just couldn't do it"

I have never seen such negativity from staff or such a lack of food or service from a Subway before and this is in my own town, what a disappointment, I think these concerns should be investigated and taken care of if Subway wishes to remain open in Bowie Texas. Employee's name was Michael

On March 18, 2017 my husband and I enjoy Subway, I was in the mood for a salad and soup but I was told they don't have any soup. Okay after looking at the tomatoes, cucumbers, etc., salad was out, everything looked as if it was laying there for days. so I ordered a six inch tuna and my husband ordered a six inch Italian! My bread was so hard I could have broke a tooth. The two girls looked unprofessional, one looked dirty and the other had pants on lower then her belly button. We will never return to that Subway again. We felt like we threw $10.87 right in the garbage! Subway # 28565 Served by Aurora. Thank you for listening.

Subway service/lack of food

We live in Oglethorpe, Georgia and the closest Subway is in Montezuma. Almost every Friday or Saturday night we have gone into this particular store, they are always out of tuna, meatballs, etc. Always the same story that the previous shift didn't leave them anything. I just spent $22 or my money on 1 footlong tuna, 1 6 inch steak and cheese and 1 6 inch in italian sub. They didn't even know how to make the new Italian hero sub. Someone should really come in and take over this store and run it the right way. Most of the time the employee's are standing around talking about sex or whatever else comes up. The music is always on rap and way too loud. Straight shameful, there are no places to eat here as it is, and what we do have sucks.

Subway I am complaint about the lack of love put into our sandwiches.

So I ordered a sandwich online, I turned up extra early, they had no customers in there when I turned up, I wanted it toasted, it was really cold, there was way too much lettuce in there, the avocados tasted funky, it came looking and tasting disgusting inside and out, the presentation of the sandwich is absolutely disturbing! I'm so angry, I love subway but I'm not too sure now. Please sort this out, I've had the same problem with the manager closing his shop early also! By the way the sandwich I bought was a seafood sensation.

Subway the blt

My wife and i, went to subway tonight.2-21-17. They were out of the italian cheese bread, so we got the same as always, when we got home and started eating it, the fast of that bread was like cardboard, we had 3 bites each, and couldn't eat any more of it, we wasted $7 on that, and we were really hungry so I had to order a snappys pizza which was $12 more dollars. I would be happy with a $20 store credit. It was really bad tasting.

Subway mis pricing of the steak, & cheese as well as mis direction of toppings on a sandwich.

we bought two sandwiches on 1/29/2017
we bought a footlong meatball marinara sub.

they charged us for extra cheese triangles. we didn't order extra cheese triangles.
( please note that every time we have ordered a footlong, they place 4 slices of cheese on our sandwiches. )

the other thing was that the Steak, & cheese Footlong is supposed to be 6 dollars.

Subway tuna

I purchased a 12" tuna sandwich with very little mayo, onions and pickles on Tuesday January 24, 2017. On the first bite I knew something wasn't right but I thought maybe it was a sour pickle. I took another bite. I then opened the sandwich & tasted the tuna only. The tuna did not taste right & had an unusual smell so I did not finish the sandwich. My stomach did not feel right the remainder of the day. At 12:35am I began to throw up & have diarrhea with bad stomach pains. I had to miss work the next day due to the vomiting continuing. I phoned the local Subway where the sandwich was purchased & spoke with mgt. & was told that food poisoning takes 72 hours to show up. I was told if the symptoms persist to phone back & a complaint could be sent to corporate. I was told that no money is involved in these instances. I told the worker that I was not interested in money but did want to report what had happened & hope that no one else suffered like I had. I was spoken to rudely & told that no one else ever complains & that the tuna is made fresh every morning. Two more days later, when physically able, I went to my family doctor to be told that yes, I did have food poisoning. I have reported this to the local health department & now to you, corporate. I was unaware that Subway employed physicians as managers to give medical advice as to when the ecoli would set in. Her tone was unacceptable for mgt & customer service. I am requesting this employee to be dealt with accordingly.

Subway stale bread

I went into Subway store #11089-0, at 1607 Williams Hwy, on 1/25/2017, at 5:25 pm, and ordered a foot-long roasted chicken breast sandwich. After getting home, I took a bite, and the bread was hard and stale. Upon calling the store, the employee told me that there was no way the bread could be stale, that I must be imagining it, that toasted bread is always hard. I go to Subway several times a month, and have never had toasted bread that is hard as a rock. The employee actually hung up on me when I tried asking for a refund or a new sandwich At the very least, I'd like a refund, since I had to throw this sandwich out. As someone who has bad teeth, eating this sandwich was extremely painful, and I don't believe I will go to this particular location again.

Subway price for wraps

I don't think one Subway should be able to charge more for their wraps than another Subway in town. I went to one Subway in Peoria, IL and they charge $6.50 for all of their wraps, whether it is a regular wrap or a signature wrap. The other Peoria Subway still charges $4.75 for the regular wrap and $6.50 for the signature wrap. Me and my coworkers are wondering why this is? We work next door to the Subway that charges $6.50 for all of their wraps, so we have to drive down the road just to save us some money for the regular wrap!

Subway coupon exclusions

My husband and I visited our local Subway today for lunch. I ordered the reuben (which was very delicious) and my husband got the roasted chicken (also very good). I presented a coupon we had received in the mail for $10 for two (2) 6-inch, which includes chips and drinks which we purchased. The girl checking out said we could not use the coupon because the reuben was considered a "premier" sandwich. My husband and I both looked very closely to the coupon we had and it did not specify any exclusion to this type of sandwich, so, there fore we were unable to use the coupon. I would like to recommend that these coupons be a little more specific in their exclusions before someone has their meal prepared and find out it costs $5-$6 more than expected.

Subway bad customer service

We stopped at 1pm for dinner, there were 5 people ahead of us so we were patient and knew they were probably going to be busy because there was a basketball tournament that started in the morning. There were 2 gentlemen working, didn't have name tags that I seen, one was heavier set and one tall thin guy that had tattoo's (no problem with tattoo's just describing them)the heavier gentleman took the orders at first and he was very rude when asking what you wanted and when we said a salad he looked at us and rolled his eyes, preceded to ask hot or cold chicken and when we said cold he threw the 2 pieces in the bowl and stomped away for a min. His attitude, facial expression and throwing veg in the bowl was rude. When he made the sandwich he squirted the sauces (a large amount of 2 sauces) very sloppy . his coworker took over making the rest of the sandwiches the rest of the customers ordered because he disappeared in the back doing prep work on food I guess. The guy with the tattoo's was awesome with taking, making wrapping and taking the money while the other guy was in the back. This guy ran about 15 ppl through by himself with courteous customer service even though they were very busy. I believe instead of the guy rolling his eyes and being so rude he maybe should have called a supervisor to have extra help come in with the bball tournament. I will not take my business there if the heavier set guy is working. His partner did excellent.
